I had a great experience with Mike Hinkley.He was very very responsive.He made sure to prepare our q7 and make sure it was perfect.The over all buying experience was perfect.The price was right and the car drivers amazing.No games.No gimmicks.Highly recommend.Call Mike!

As a sales manager in a service and sales industry, I can easily recognize when a provider offers an experience that goes above and beyond above the rest and I would love to share that I truly love my experience at this Audi dealership,especially their service department.I live almost an hour away (Brighton, MI), and have two other Audi dealerships closer to my home. While I can't say that my experience with the other two places has been unpleasant, I can say that my experience at Audi of Rochester Hills has always been absolutely EXCELLENT!Their entire staff is VERY welcoming. No unnecessary upsell, but adequate recommendations. But what I have been impressed with the most has been their personal touch. They remember small details about each visit and these details never get forgotten. My most recent services advisor was Melissa and she is just so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, but she is not the only reason, on my previous visit, Don provided the same exact level of courtesy. Everyone smiles at you, and they help each other out so there is not a sense of "that's your client", if one person is busy, a peer would jump in to help out.I've been there 3-4 times since I bought my Audi, and it has been a consistent experience every single time.Not to be forgotten, their sales department is also great. While I did not buy my Audi from them (they didn't have what I was looking for at the time and I needed it asap due a total lost accident), their sales team was outstanding! They kept in touch with me and never really gave up on helping me find what I was looking for. Even after I bought my car (somewhere else) they willingly helped me with a few things I needed set up.I am now a loyal customer if this great location and I'm definitely will be buying my next Audi from them.Thank you team Rochester Hills.

I had a terrific experience at Audi Rochester Hills. Mike Hinkley was very knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. They had a large inventory of gently used vehicles, and in the end I drove away with a gorgeous 2023 Q7! Thank you Mike for make this fun!

I bought my favorite car from this dealer. What an absolute pleasure of an experience it was dealing with sales, management, & finance. Mike, James, & John were great and very helpful. They exceed my expectations and went above & beyond to ensure everything was right. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Audi to only shop at Audi of Rochester Hills.

I'll start by separating the sales team and the service team. I have no interactions to talk about the sales.I do have 1 positive thing to say about the service team, almost every single one of the service representatives was exceptionally kind, courteous, and accommodating to the best of their abilities. Don was a 5 start guy, and so were some of the other whom I dealt with less. Marissa, too.However, the rest of the review here is for the absolutely piss poor maintenance, service, and management team. Brandon was the manager I had met with after my vehicle was incorrectly diagnosed, paid for parts and labor the vehicle didn't need, and then when the team realized they misdiagnosed the issue still made me pay for the labor which they could not prove was even performed correctly on the vehicle.Brandon was short tempered, quick to jump to conclusions, and very adamant that his time was more important elsewhere than to address my concerns. This was ironic because I asked to speak with him because my time and my money was wasted to fix an issue that was never resolved but still cost me over $2200 in unnecessary parts and undocumented labor hours with no proof of them ever being performed or logged.Brandon made it clear my time did not matter and he was happy to keep my money, even after admitting I had been improperly treated and unfairly taken advantage of. To make matters worse, Brandon kept making his service representative fetch things and pull up fact sheets and work logs that only continued to show that there was no proof of any work logged on my vehicle. Eventually he just turned to shouting, which is when I just realized there was no turning back for him.As I go to leave, I start driving away when I notice my side view mirrors have been smashed. These were some of the parts the service team thought they needed to replace. Apparently they must have accidentally smashed them when putting mine back on. Brandon refused to answer his phone when I called and even rerouted me to other office phones. I showed back up in-person and again the kind service reps were able to help me and took photos of the broken mirrors and car damage to my vehicle. She called Brandon, and he was saying "he would look into it." The guy is supposed to be a leader and a manager and represent his people. He's supposed to take responsibility and own up to his duty position too. Brandon is not someone I recommend working with. He will show his faults quickly and take advantage of you not being able to do anything about it.I highly encourage no one to use the service center here. If you must use Audi, please go to the other office near Birmingham. Though the Service Reps were excellent , stay away from the repair guys and management staff. If Brandon represents them, they will ignore you, belittle their kind staff and treat them like henchmen, take no responsibility for their actions, and offer no logic or resolution to issues that they allowed to transpire. On top of that they seem to think it's okay to waste your time, but it's okay to take your money, even if it's paying for things you didn't originally ask for and doesn't resolve the original issue you asked them to. Oh, and they'll break your mirrors apparently and make you pay for it. Jeez, Brandon. This was not a good look for you to represent Audi like this.I expected better. At the Cadillac Dealership, I got timely service, reasonable prices, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of my care while servicing it. Here you'll just let guys like Brandon walk all over you and be okay with your mirrors being smashed.Good luck Audi of Rochester Hills. Never again. Seeking civil litigation case. I'll keep you posted.

I just purchased my SQ5 and had a wonderful experience with Audi of Rochester Hills. Ron was delightful, responsive and knowledgeable on all things Audi. The process was almost seamless and when concerns presented themselves, they were addresssed quickly and professionally. The valet who picked me up was timely, courteous and easy to talk to. I would like to thank them. I would also highly recommend Audi of Rochester Hills to all my friends.

This dealership falls nothing short of an excellent experience. Brian went out of his way to make my used car buying experience to make it feel like a new car purchase. His high energy levels from day 1 until we made the purchase was reverberating, always glad to assist, provide information and quick turn around. The hot cocoa and latte is seriously better than Tim Horton s and other joints .Yet to experience their car service dept after I mark 5k miles on my A4.

Mike was AMAZING! He was so helpful and personable. He made the process of buying a car quick and seamless. The time flew by! When I pulled up he was already waiting with the vehicle I wanted to test drive. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. And he even helped me turn in my old lease at a different dealership! He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend going to see him for all your Audi needs! Thanks Mike! Needed to have my turbo replaced, the mechanic did an amazing job, car drives like brand new. Melissa at the service desk was informative and quick with call backs to keep me up to date. Between diagnosis and getting the vehicle repaired it was super fast! Could not be happier with the outcome!

Soooooo I ended up car shopping for my wife on a cold, but sunny Saturday in March. Ironically, the woman who bought a car from Mike before us also reviewed her experience on a used Q7. I reference this because to be frank.. if I didn t see her sitting at Mike s desk I wouldn t have known she was there. We went for a test drive.. she was taking a test drive when we came back.. then we worked with Mike and told him we wanted to walk around and think about it, grabbed a cup of coffee from the super nice coffee machine upstairs and by the time we came back down.. she was heading out and he was ready for us. Mine did a great job of letting us drive the experience and never once recommended the new car vs the gently used that we had test driven. He answered our questions and let us come to the decision to buy new. My wife dreads the dealership but she rather enjoyed this trip. And she loves her Green A5 dearly.Thanks Mike, Abe and Chris? For a seemly experience!

Susan goes the extra mile to make the buying/leasing experience seamless. Drove three hours to look at an A3. Mike and John made the experience wonderful, quick, and easy. Extremely professional and helpful and went above and beyond to for me to make the process quick and easy. Will be coming here for my future Audi purchases. I hate purchasing cars as the process is usually painful and long, but enjoyed my time there. These guys were very hospitable and super friendly. Never felt like they were trying to force me into something I wasn t sure about like my local salesmen.

Soran Jasim......where do I even begin.Amazing experience.Thank you might be falling a little short. Stayed with me since day 1.Guiding me on how I could possibly buy a stunning 2018 Audi TTRS all the way from Miami FL. I had no clue. I though I needed a passport. Silly me. Lol.I had a goal, my word to you, and you helped me at every step to make it happen.Put the deposit, and we go moving to selling my current car (2016 Audi TT Nano Gray), buy a plane ticket on 15% battery left, and uber my way to the airport with only a backpak and a plastic shopping bag holding 2 stuffed animals (Junior, and Junior Peque�o).You were an absolute champ and offered to pick me up from the airport. Landed at 1:25am in Detroit so I waited until 9:30am, excited for the future.Wow, Michigan is such a beautiful place.Got the the dealership and there it was. MK3 Pre-OPF TTRS in all its glory.We had a little unforseen issues for making the purchase, but the finance manager stepped in and defended my case against the bank. Ufff, close call.The finance manager also helped me understand everything, paperwork wise and how the terms would work.He never pushed, or tried to abuse his power.I felt at home and like he was trying to actually help me.I was almost 1.5K miles across the US, completely scared because everything was so new and I was alone, and both Soran and the finance manager were super welcoming.Boom! Done deal.The TTRS is finally coming home with us 3.Well, Soran took me for luch.He said it was arabic food.I accepted.So I took myself and the 2 Juniors (sentimental value).Then after that was done, I set off and started my 3 day journey to Miami (35.5h total)(23.5h of driving, and the rest was sleeping/food/bathroom/gas)(I slept inside the car, because there was no more budget and to also save time).I experience the other side of the US. I have never left Miami since I arrived 22ys ago, I'm 35 now (birthday less than 1 month ago). I stopped at every state to meet the locals, at least for 10m. It made me realize how different and chaotic Miami is.Words can't describe how thankful I am to Soran and the Finance Manager.A multi-year dream has now become a reality.It was never just about the car.Is about having a dream.Sacrifing againt the wisdom, to a limit, to make them happen.Stepping outside the confort zone.And Experiencing the world.Just being greatful that a higher being blessed us with opportunities to be happy and feel joy.I will absolutely recommend anybody I know to Audi of Rochester Hills.The experience and respectful treatment is worth the adventure.Sounds crazy, but I would take on the adventure in the future.You guys rock!

I had a stress free experience with Ron as my seller. The Finance process was also expedient and professional. I never felt like anyone was trying to push or oversell and Ron was very knowledgeable and patient (I ask a lot of questions) with what I was looking for. Once I decided what car I wanted I expressed to Ron I wanted to be in an out in 1.5 hours and I was. He s very communicative so I was able to go through any needed steps that could be taken care of before coming back in. Really pleasant experience at this dealership thus far.

This is the best car dealership anywhere to service your Audi. I have been buying and servicing my Audi s from them since the 90 s. Best sales and service and management you will ever find. I have driven 40 min and 10 min to get to them. No one is better, more thoughtful and more knowledgeable. If you live anywhere near them. They will be your dealer. Thank you Audi of Rochester.

I had a great overall experience buying my first (used) car in the USA. Ron was patient and knowledgeable in explaining the basics of the buying process. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in without being pushed to buy anything. On pick-up day, the car came perfectly clean and with a full tank of gas + some unexpected extras. Highly recommend Audi Rochester Hills

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACENot to buy and not to service your car.They are the worst dealership ever.They just want your money and if they owe you anything, forget it, you are not going to get your money.One time I had an issue with my car and even after 10 trips and multiple payments, they never got it right.Also, once I had an issue with my car and I towed my car to them at my expense, Audi Motors paid them and now even after 3 months and calling them 10 times, they still have not sent me my check yet.THEY ARE AWFUL!I will be calling Michigan consumers, FTC, and maybe my lawyer for them.

Ron is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Abe was also wonderful and so nice. He offered different service options but again didn t pressure us in any way. Overall a fantastic and friendly experience. We are so happy with our new Audi A4!
