Hats off to the team at Precision Auto Body in Richville. The crew did an outstanding job repairing the fender on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Furthermore, they were significantly cheaper than the other estimates that I received. I will definitely return to Precision, should the need arise in the future.

Rear spoiler was torn off at car wash with some quarter panel and deck lid damage. They went above and beyond to make the repair work look like the damage never happened. Super clean shop area and a bake booth to boot.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys at Precision Autobody are great folks and very knowledgeable on all things dealing with collisions and paint and custom body work.I had some custom work done on my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend them...

Was good at first until we noticed issues with the initial work completed. Paint was not matched, obvious signs of taping areas off when they should have been removed and reinstalled. Sanding marks on the newly painted panel, bumper trim not fully reinstalled. Second time they made right with the paint not matching and the sanding marks but there was polish scattered over the car/bumper (and had the audacity to claim it was not from them), clean paint line on the literal headlight where they just taped it off instead of removing it.All-in-all it seemed like lazy, get it done quick work. My assumption is this is because the insurance quote was far off the quote given by precision. If that is the case though I would've rather been told they cannot perform quality work without more money vs what I have had to deal with.Other reviews praise this place which is why I'm confused of how much trouble the whole process was so take everything with a grain of salt even this review. But me personally, will not be a repeat customer, I'll go to a bigger company that has bigger implications for doing sub par work.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I recently hit a deer in my brand new car so I took it to these guys and they did an AMAZING job fixing it up. It looks like nothing happened to it. And they cleaned up the inside too. Have been to Precision Auto twice now after a friend recommended. He had 65 Impala that needed a new rear bumper, and they treated him right. I have an 2007 Saturn that my son hit a deer with, and I took it to Precision Autobody for repair. They provided an immediate estimate and later repaired it. The owner Tim has an email that you can send him questions and he responded quickly and gave me an appointment. When I took my car there, they gave me options to fix it and an estimated finish date. I was pleased that it was completed early, and it looks great! I went back a second time with the same car to get some trim repaired. Again, outstanding work. I was talking to Dylan, who works there, and he explained the invoice, and the parts needed. My son expressed his automotive interest to Dylan as a career. Dylan went the extra mile, and offered a Tshirt to my son. Love this business! Will be returning for all my automotive needs!Service: Body & Trim
