You can't go wrong getting tires at a shop owned by Racers. If anyone knows about tires it's a family of Racers. They took great care of me and always have. What a great experience. Honest up front pricing. Nothing but the best service and they had my size in stock! The best part is the way they treat you when you walk in the door. You can't go wrong with this local shop. Love this place

Bought two tires somewhere else and had them balanced and installed on the front my truck and at a great reasonable price in and out in about 25 minutes Awesome job!

Vans is GREAT! I have been coming here for 5+ years now. They do their best on getting you serviced that day & in a reasonable time. The owner is a hard worker and deserves a vacation, lol! Thanks for being the best in the area.

Have been going to Van's for a while now. Fast service, great prices! Paid $2-300 dollars LESS than what I planned on paying for 4 new tires. Will definitely be back!

The owner of this business is an absolute moron. He has gotten many visits by the police (according to the Richmond Police themselves) because he's so aggressive and threatening violence to his customers. It is incredible that people use this business when you can clearly see how he treats people when sitting in his waiting room for only a few minutes. Stay away from this business at all costs!

On the phone They said they wouldn t charge for a valve stem replacement but when I got there the guy was rude and said he had to charge me $20 minimum to take the tire off and look at it even though I didn t need the tire taken off if the guy was actually nice about it, I won t even be leaving this review the fact that he was rude and I had my daughter with me. I will never ever go to this place again and I was thinking about buying all new Tires.

Went in for a simple nail in tire patch up and was told they were just finishing up the last car and it wouldn't be long and the guy had me pull on in and he jacked up the car...and 1 1/2 hour later I ask the dude to let my car down i had an appointment and i had to go, i apologized for the inconvenience and was reply to with an aggressive "yeah I'm sorry too". I heard great things about the place and I'm still a little shocked how he responded back when I apologized.

The owner of this business is really rude and obnoxious, and should not be in a business where he deals with people. It doesn't matter how nice you are and how you try to make his job easier, he is just horrible. Just don't risk it.

Had to get my tires balanced today but it turns out I had mud caked inside the back passenger wheel. Bob was so nice and didn t charge me to wash them clean. Nice place, great customer service and fast! We ve used them for years and would highly recommend

Bought new tires for my mini van here and that was great. Then came back for three tire patches and he left me hanging for there days until I picked them up and took them to a much more professional establishment

Had a piece of metal in my tire. I was 15 minutes away. I called and asked if they could get me in. Said I would probably have to wait a few minutes. I called a big box store they had said, drop it off, and we'll get to it by 5 pm. They were pretty busy the owner was very pleasant and super knowledgeable about tires. They had me in and out quickly. Highly recommend if you need tires while in Richmond.

I've used Vans Tires in Richmond Michigan for over 10 years. Bob the owner is a stock car racer. He knows tires inside and out. Vans caters to each customer's needs. Their service is fast and top notch, and prices are as good as one will find! Further, tires bought and mounted by Vans receive FREE lifetime balance and rotating. What more can one ask for?

Went to vans to get a tire rotation witch I have done before. Nice young man working there. Normal charge is 20.00 but this time it was 30.00. A customer ahead of me paid 20.00 for the same thing. I will be going elsewhere.

Van s tire is the best! I went to work and found a nail in my tire. Went to Van s and they were able to fix it within 20 minutes! Staff was very friendly!

Deflated Tire Center, I wanted to support local business and took 1 tire for a patch and a quote for a new set. Never hello, how can i help you. I dropped the tire off at 945 am I asked how long guy said I have 2 in front of you and we close at 1 pm . I returned at 1245 , guy came up said oh you have that tire I need to do it. I said No I can't wait and took the tire. Nothing was said , no sorry, nothing.Terrible customer care! No personality! I plugged the tire myself. I will go somewhere else for a much needed new set.

First time customer For me. Will do plenty more business with these guys. Bright in my 40 fifth wheel camper for new tires. They set me up with higher ply tires than needed, for extra safety and a great price. $500 cheaper than Discount tire quotes . Happy camper I am.

Needed new winter tires and Mike offered me excellent professional service. Pricing was pretty affordable. Everything was done in a quick and prompt matter. On another note, Mike is super cute, love his sexy ginger beard

This local "mom and pop" tire shop blows away the big chain places! Their prices are as good or better than the big names in tire stores but what keeps me coming back is their outstanding service. This is the only place I will go for tires. The owner takes great pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

Excellent service. Very friendly. I needed two tires which had to be ordered and they were in the next morning. No wait, no appointment. I was done in less than an hour. They were also cheaper than Discount and Bell. I highly recommend.
