Excellent customer service. Been going here for a couple yrs and no issue. Maybe busy at times but that tells ya this place is where you want to take your vehicle to get fixed. I took my van somewhere else because I was impatient and I got ripped off. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.

dropped the Jeep to get the door fixed as it was t boned. Phenomenal service. Looks just like new. Was not expecting them to detail the car and drive it back to my work. Best service. Definitely will use Richmond collision for all my needs.

We have used Richmond Collision several times now.....after having not so great luck at another collision shop in town....And I am so glad we take our vehicles there now! They take care of all the leg work with our insurance company and handle everything from start to finish. Matt is excellent to work with and makes sure even the most minor detail is handled. We wouldn't use anyone else. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I had some work done on my mother's car here in November of 2017 after an accident involving a deer. I was quite overwhelmed the day I came to the shop, as I was trying to help my Mom while also managing my 2 young toddlers. Matt was very understanding and was ready to help from the start! There were multiple issues with the vehicle, and Matt was on top of it all! He was also extremely helpful in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to explain the issues with the vehicle in a way that someone who is not mechanically inclined (me) could understand. I would not hesitate to return to Richmond Collision for future repairs or to recommend them to my family and friends. They do quality work and value their clients. Thank you to the guys at Richmond Collision!

Our vehicle was hit in a parking lot with no information left by who did it, Richmond Collision took care of the communication with our insurance company, did an excellent job on the repairs and got it back to us a week before the insurance e company told us it would be done. Highly recommend!

When I had damaged my truck, I had feared the worst but after talking to Matt, he assured me they would take care of me and that they did! Definitely happy with the work that was done and would recommend Richmond Collision in the future!

Took my car to Richmond Collision after a hit and run that caused extensive damage. The insurance company was going to total the car, which I was not in a position to replace. Matt was able to save the day by finding used parts to significantly reduce the cost of the repairs. Finished product was perfect and just like new. Would not hesitate to recommend Richmond Collision. An added bonus was Matt setting up my rental car. Thanks for the great work!

Back right quarter panel was crushed. Water was leaking into car. One year later I find out they plugged the metal hole behind the rear tail light with some putty and now there in water in the car again because the putty has worn off. And this is after already bringing it back to them once after the repair was done to fix the leak and they just patched it. I wouldn t bring anything to these cheap repair guys. They will do your job the cheapest way possible and you won t be happy with it.Service: Body & Trim

Matt and the crew at richmond collision did outstanding work to get our f150 back to perfect. After the insurance company and adjuster denied the use of oem parts, matt worked his magic and was able to get us a oem bumper. Everything was done quickly and the truck looks great. Richmond Collision has always exceeded my expectations on paint and body work.

This place is absolutely amazing. This is the 2nd time i had to take 2 diff vehicles to collision specialist and both times i took to richmond collision.... not only are they friendly but they take care of you and your vehicles as if it were their own. Im very happy to choose richmond collision everytime i will need a specialist I HIGHLY recommend to everyone... thank you Matt and your team for a fast, friendly and more affordable rates than anywhere... I will always come back (i mean hopefully I dont need to but if I do). Thank you so much.

Long story short. Had my car repaired and painted after a collision. The body work was so so, the paint was the complete wrong color, did not match the rest of the car, along with the over spray and tape lines left over. Brought it to there attention so they repainted it a second time, still came out the wrong color with base coat stripping... tried to convince me that a new car off the line would look like that. They wouldn t refund me, nore would they send it to the dealer to have the paint done correctly.. after many ignored phone calls, doors locked before closing hours, unprofessional comments made too me and several cort dates I ended up getting my refund, the Judge said clearly the paint does not match the factory paint, Richmond collison is incompetent of body repair . Took the car to ST. CLAIR COLLISON and a week later the car was restored back to factory paint and it looked perfect. DO NOT take your vehicale to richmond collison, they DO NOT stand by there work, and WILL NOT, admit to mistakes that they will try to hide. If you go inspect your car very closely before you pay them. At your own risk. There are many many great body shops out there that are NOT fly by night shops like Richmond collision.

DO NOT GO HERE.Horrible paint job, swirl marks on paint, dents weren't pulled out all the way, they left out a screw and a trim piece got messed up, they wouldn't do a thing about it. To top it off they painted one of the side windows shut on my ranger.Also horrible communication. They would return my calls a day or two later, and Berber answer once they got my truck in the door.DO NOT GO HERE.DO NOT GO HERE.
