I was in a minor accident two weeks ago and since I had purchased the car from Huvaere's (and I have other positive history with the dealership) there was no question in my mind on where I was going to be bringing my vehicle to be repaired.Even though Progressive did not have Dick Huvaere's Richmond Auto Body shop as one of their preferred locations - they worked great with Cory and team. Cory kept me in the loop on the timelines. While they shifted slightly from the original estimate - which I had figured as well as this had been communicated to me - that once they pulled my car apart they may find some other damage that would need to be repaired. Something was not right with the brakes and it would need to go to the service shop after they fixed the body damage.Overall - I'm really pleased with the service and professionalism. Thank you again! :)

When I leased this vehicle from the Richmond lot of the same ownership around the corner from this collision shop I was able to have it delivered to my home, down the street about 1 mile. Fast forward to me bringing the vehicle in for repair due to an insurance claim/accident after having the vehicle for about nearly 2 years.I ended up waiting nearly 4 months to even get the vehicle in because there was a wait for parts apparently. Upon getting the vehicle in to be repaired I was told it would be about eight days and they would let me know if it was longer. About 2 weeks later upon checking on the vehicle it looks like they are getting the last part they need today and the vehicle will be finished tomorrow.I requested if they could drop off the vehicle at my home as they did before when I purchased it. I let them know that I live 1 mile down the road, I also made them aware that I have an ankle injury and it s a bit difficult to get around at the time. They informed me that this was a different department and they weren t able to do that. You would think after a 4 month wait for parts , and an additional 2 weeks to complete the repair driving it 1 mile down the street to a customer who is paying to lease the vehicle would not be an issue. Terrible customer service experience.Whenever I made them aware that I was a bit dissatisfied with the lengthy time, the only thing they repeatedly did was remind me that there was other cars there waiting for parts much longer than mine. As if that was going to help the situation, no apology or anything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a small deer with damage to front drivers side. I worked with Corey and he was great! On top of informing me of updates with the parts ordering process during COVID, updates on service appointments and painting. The vehicle had a bubbling hood not related to the accident but he recommended fixing it with my warranty still in tact. There was a side issue with an alignment that I would NEVER have known about had they not found it during alignment in the garage. He explained everything to me in detail along the way. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. Communication was perfect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with we dropped off our Jeep on the 13th of May for some problems that was under warranty they kept it for over a week. Then we was told that it would have to be taken to the body shop for some additional work. We said ok that was fine. We assumed that our vehicle was taken to the body shop but was told no that we would have to pick it up ourselves and drive it to the body shop. We did this on May 21st. We was told that our Jeep would be in the body shop for about 3 days that was over 2 weeks ago and as of today's date June 3rd we still don't have our vehicle back. If they didn't have the parts why didn't they let us know we could have went back and got our Jeep. It was still drivable and then when they got the parts we would have taken it back in to be fixed. But they assured us that all the parts was there. We will never deal with them ever again. So for over 3 weeks total we haven't had a vehicle!!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous. Over the years we have leased vehicles from here plus have sent 2 other people there whom also leased vehicles but never again will I recommend them nor lease from them. There are many more Chrysler dealers than this place and they will get our business going forward.

My experience is from Jan/feb of 2015. I was in an accident and took vehicle there because they had done a nice job before. I went to pick up vehicle and the front left fender was damaged and the left side view mirror was damaged. They said they weren t sure if that was there before the accident, so instead of calling and asking, they decided to leave it alone. The running boards were crooked. They fixed all that, but when I drove away, after 6 weeks in the shop, I noticed my steering wheel was out of center. I took it back to have it corrected, because of blinkers not functioning correctly. They said they aligned front end again, but steering wheel was still not correct. They never did correct the issue. Likely because of incompetence or lack of concern. Either way, the experience left me realizing I would need to use a different shop from now on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had a vehicle that got rear-ended needed a bumper and a hitch some paint they were having a hard time coming up with the parts it did take about 6 weeks to finish due to Parts problems they did a good job they also worked with my insurance company seamlessly

Well I would say they have done a nice job building their dealership into a great business. They have some good people working for them, their inventory is big and I understand they like to make a deal or two. They pretty much are the biggest thing going in Richmond so if you are looking for a new ride I would recommend you visit if you are not far from the area.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from the service department! I feel bad for their sales department because just based on the service department alone I will never come back. The service manager who I spoke with on the phone was irritable and far from helpful, yet she still told me I could come in for service under warranty. Once I got there, a different (but just as irritable and cranky) woman checked me into the service department and all but laughed in my face when I told her it was supposed to be covered under warranty. After waiting for about a half hour I was told that the service in fact would not be covered and they were going to charge me - at this point I asked for my keys back and made the hour drive to the dealership in Auburn Hills where I leased my car from. They took care of my situation with no questions asked.I have never felt more offended and disrespected from someone who is supposed to be in customer service in my entire life. As someone who works in a customer service department, I was in utter shock that someone would treat a customer the way that I was treated. Although I have now moved to Richmond and this is the closest dealership to me, I would much rather make the hour drive to Milosch's Palace or any other dealership other than Dick Huvaere's.

My sister goes to purchase a vehicle and they wouldn t even return her call because there wasn t any all white wranglers in the us so we went and bought the exact vehicle we wanted at palace dodge.Most arrogant service department I have ever had to deal with. Talked down to my wife, and wouldn t explain any issues about her vehicle. Called asked to speak with the service manager, it s been over a week and still no returned phone call. Will never let any family member or friend go to this dealership for anything.

Must be a busy place, 8 days now and still my car is not finished. Dropped off Monday. Was told they would try to get my car done on Friday, now im being told Tuesday possibly Wednesday. I called on Thursday and they said it would be painted on Friday would be ready Monday. Asked if they can have my car ready asap, due to the fact I am moving. Very slow. The also dont offer help with a rental.

Primus did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable of the product lines and pricing. He took plenty of time explaining all of the options and how they work.

This place is horrible don't bring your vehicle here these people are scammers they try to hide there horrible work lie to your face very unprofessional. You have been warned your car will sit there for weeks on end not getting repaired they use the excuse it's the insurance and your vehicle is just sitting there waiting they are so slow and the paint looks horrible a bunch of bumps all over the paint like trapped dirt and they do nothing but bs you.

They redid the entire driverside of my pickup.. They called a few times to ask how it was i told them time will tell.... Well times told alot entire side of truck is scratch scuffed to all hell driverside headlights leaking my lights flicker after they have work on them front fender doesnt line up now the passenger side which is original looks great no issues no chips scuffs etc...if you take pride in your vechile and keep it clean lile me please use a better body shop this one obviously jist cares about your money in not your vechille..

I had a vehicle get into an accident called for an appointment same day in and out in 20 minutes for an estimate was charged nothing great friendly people to receive me when I walked in the door went above and beyond what I expected
