My two granddaughters and I (from Chicago) got a flat tire in Remus. Two wonderful people stopped to change our tire (thanks so much!)Went to see Mike at Gingrich tire and they had it fixed, put back on the car and on the road within an hour!! While we were there Mike was kind and thoughtful to us!!! Thanks Mike!!!!

My wife and I are second-generation customers of Gingrich's. The current owner, Mike, continues the family tradition of providing great customer service as well being a strong supporter of local charitable events of all sorts.Whenever we need new tires we go here. Mike advertises in many places including a full page ad in the local paper. It's easy to tell when he is having a sale of the tires you want.His shop does get busy so it's best to make an appointment. If you are having an emergency, he'll fit you in if he can.Because this is a tire center, he doesn't do more complex repairs. For example, he did a great job on the brakes on my car but when I had a car with a leaking brake line, I had to take that somewhere else.We have always been satisfied with the products and services we have received.The BP gas station portion of the business does sell gasoline, diesel as well as ethanol-free gasoline for your small engines, motorcycles and any other motor you want to keep away from ethanol.My wife's father and mother were customers for many years and we are very satisfied customers.Thanks for keeping us safely on the road, Mike & crew!

Fantastic! Had a leaky stem valve noticed about 40 mins north. Was changed so quickly and efficiently. We were scared that there was no tire shops at all open on a Sunday! So thankful we were able to make it down here!

The gentlemen here are hard working and offer great service. We needed to fix a leaking tire on a Sunday morning while traveling through rural Michigan. Couldn't believe it when we found this GoodYear store opened! They were busy but were able to get us back on the road in under 2 hrs. It's a small garage with a small BP gas station attached. They certainly do their best juggling both businesses. Small town America at its finest We were extremely grateful.

We have been buying all our tires here since about 1980. Always accommodating and always polite. Prices match or are usually better than most places once everything is figured into the cost. Don t look at big box and think sweet, lower prices . When you add it all up, these guys can t be beat for quality and service.

Scratched and gouged all 4 rims. I went to talk to him tried being very nice until he put his hands on me refused to help me out at all. Lied charged me more than originally told. Treated me like I was a dumb. No business should be ran this way. I'd zero star and add pics if it would let me. Reply to your lie. Any person can see it's not road rash it's scratched your a liar.. and it's on all 4 rims. That previously had no scratches at ALL.. if you go here make sure you take pictures of your wheels before because they're not trustworthy.

The boys helped us out big time. We found our 2 rear trailer duals were flat spotted with a gross load of 24k lbs.We snuck in off the road and they fixed us up right outside at a great price and service.Checked all tire pressures, worked on that loaded trailer without hesitation to remove, dismount, mount it all back in under 30 minutes. (We were not a scheduled repair like the other 3 customers who arrived).So that is quick to me. Great service, knowledgeable guys.Thank you.

Ran over some road debris unexpectedly and went across the street for some help. Received a poor attitude at first due to staff being behind on tires. All it takes is a bit of compassion and kindness even if you are busy to help make customers feel a bit more at ease and more likely to do business with you.Update: While our initial meeting felt rushed and rude, we did find that in the end the staff did do a quality job. We are planning to come back for replacement of all 4 tires.

It was worth the drive to have a pair of Goodyear Fortera tires installed on our car. The building was very nostalgic and service was great. I called to see if they could do the work today and was told they could fit me in at 1 pm, even though it's a Sunday and was last minute. They went the extra mile and I highly recommend their service. Thank you.

Great service at a small family owned tire shop. A large selection plus they can order if it's not in stock in given time.Because of their equality reputation in the area they tend to be a very busy place and it's best to call ahead for an appointment.They do great work and stand behind their products and services.My family has purchased many tires here in the past 20+ years and have always been happy. Today they are putting on some used tires for me that I purchased second hand for a vehicle I plan to replace soon but not before the snow falls. They gave me the same great quality of service as when I have purchased new tires in the past.

My son made an appointment yesterday for today. They then had him call this morning to make sure his appointment was still open. He also wanted to buy two more new tires for his car. They changed it on him and were very rude and aggressive towards my husband. The owner followed my husband to his truck arguing, while my husband was trying to walk away. Definitely do not recommend.

Excellent service. They treated me like a local even though I'm from out of town. Got 4 new tires after a Michigan grave, dug in the middle of the road took out 2 of my tires.

Gas was $0.26 cheaper so I stopped in and got my tires rotated for $24. That is a good price. They were also very knowledgeable on brake servicing.

Great place. Had a couple stubborn tires that other tire shops couldn t complete. This place made it super easy and fairly fast. Nice friendly staff. Even squeezing me in before my appt time. One of the last true Honest tire shops. Thank you! I could not be happier. Only place I m going to use now.

I just had new tires put on my vehicle over the weekend and they were friendly, quick and took the time to answer any and all questions that I had.When scheduling I mentioned that I had to do it later in the day because of my son's soccer game and the gentlemen I dealt with remembered and asked my son (who's a real talker) how it went and patiently waited for the play by play.I'll be back and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My wife had an emergency flat when she went to leave work. Our budget is not the most flexible and we were concerned that we would not be able to get her vehicle home. However, she called here and within minutes they were able to find the tire she needed in stock. We took the old tire in and for $45 they gave us a used tire and did the labor. Only took them a few minutes at that. Definitely will be using them for our future tire needs.

This place saved me on a Sunday. The only place open for a liget 100 miles. They fixed my flat and put on my new tire in minutes. They were also faster, better and more professional than any big chain facility that I have been to. It was great.
