The best service! Super kind from start to finish. Prompt in picking us up when our truck broke down on the side of a busy highway. Highly recommend!

Our truck was towed after being pulled over for no insurance. Outlandish price to get it out which is why I'm sure that's why county chose these jokers. Not only did they charge $365 for the first day and $60 for each day after, but my wallet was in the truck which they REFUSED to return to me, lied saying it wasn't in the truck and that 2 of the team members had checked. I was very polite when I called to ask if it was in there, as I needed it to pay to get the truck out. Instead almost 5 DAYS LATER after cancelling my cards, I had to borrow the $ to get truck out $655. Go to PMS Towing in Chase! They are absolutely Amazing and Affordable! Have used them in the past. Not only did they work with me on the price but they delivered it. I even tipped them for their services. I'm just glad all of my $ was on my debits as these Reed City people have been accused of stealing stuff out of people's vehicles.

Reed City Towing and thier driver Dustin did a phenomenal job towing a one of a kind 1946 Fire Truck 200 miles back to it's home town. Dustin loaded the truck and towed it back flawlessly. Quick and efficient service for towing my vehicle from privately owned repair shop in Big Rapids to personal mechanic. I scheduled the tow request online and then called to follow up as I had a typo on the plate number when initially submitted. Customer service was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The cost to have my vehicle towed 11 miles was $155, which was higher than I anticipated. Was sent a link via text to pay with my card on my phone, user friendly and simple. Receipt was emailed to me right away. Driver called me to verify pickup and called again to confirm where to release and park the vehicle upon drop off.

A tragic car accident landed in my front yard the other night. It was a long night for our first responders, including the wonderful tow operators from Reed City Towing. My yard was destroyed from the accident. Dustin, Ron and Jordan came back the next day and by early afternoon had it all leveled back out, the mess cleaned up and straw/grass seed laid down. Great, fast work by a group of hardworking, stand up individuals! Our community is blessed to have them. Thank you, Dustin, Ron and Jordan and the whole tow group!

Absolutely phenomenal company. Got stuck in what was basically a sand pit and he managed to yank me on outta there with good grace, professionalism, kindness, and humor. Started raining as soon as he got there and he didn't seem bothered at all. Also, the directions I initially gave them were incorrect (my fault, not on purpose, sorry guys) but they still managed to get to me and they were very patient with me. Also, he offered to lead me back to 37 since my Indiana navigation skills obviously were lacking.. Great people. Great service. Highly recommend.

I placed a call to Reed City Tow at 7 AM for a tow of my Jeep Wrangler, they showed up in a timely manner, friendly, polite, and gave me a ride to my destination. I appreciate that I can always depend on Reed City Tow!!

I was in a bad situation today with my work van stuck on a hill on an unplowed road in the middle of BFE. Dustin came out to help get me out and worked his tail off to get me out, and in a position to not get stuck again. The level of professionalism demonstrated in a bad situation for me helped ease my mind when I was in a bind. Definitely recommend these guys in a pinch.

Call somewhere else. Since the new owners took over the passed few years it s became a money scam for them to buy wrecked vehicles and charge you so they can sell them. Go to Curry s in Big Rapids if you can. At least they re honest.

Not terrible but outrageous prices for absurd reasons. 2 ratchet straps I could have tossed on myself cost me an extra 50$. Call someone else and save money and hassle.Can t bill insurance like every other company can after hours. Bill them. They pay it. I need my car home so I don t get a ticket.

After telling dispatch what was needed. Tow truck driver still showed up without needed tools. Bad communication. And was told we would rather tow you then change a tire. That's why we don't carry tools.

Definitely garbage customer service. I ve been sitting in my vehicle broke down since 10 pm it s now almost 6 am and they are refusing to service me because they would have to drive 37 miles. Mind you there are limited companies that work with AAA in this area apparently. And This company being one of two of them and they have refused to tow my vehicle.

I had to call today for a flatbed to pick up my husband who'd had the back tire on our car shear the studs off and the tire went flying. Thank goodness he was ok. I called Reed City Towing and the gal on the phone was great and helped figure out his location and sent out a truck right away. The guy driving the flatbed was awesome! His name is Jordan and is extreamly skilled at handling that machine, and having a great attitude was a bonus! If you have ever broke down and been in need, you know how much it means to have safe, reliable people that are kind there to help you. I can tell you I have had my share of having to deal with towing companies that I couldn't say the same for. We won't call anyone else. Thankk you so much to the gal on the phone and to Jordan for all of the help, and your kindness.

I recently used Reed City Towing to help my dad transport his vehicle from his house to a local auto dealership. Overall, I had a positive experience with their service. However, there was one aspect that prevented me from giving them a full five-star rating.The towing itself was executed smoothly, and the driver was professional and efficient. They safely delivered the vehicle to the designated location, which was exactly what we needed. I appreciated their prompt response and assistance during this process.However, my disappointment came when the driver was unable to provide my dad with a paid receipt for the service. This became a minor inconvenience as my dad, who isn't very tech-savvy, couldn't handle the electronic receipt himself. Consequently, I had to step in, make several phone calls to the towing company, explain the situation, and request an emailed receipt to myself.After receiving the receipt, I had to make another trip to my dad's house, which took me around 45 minutes, just so he could obtain the necessary documentation for reimbursement from his insurance company. In today's digital age, I found this aspect of the customer service to be lacking, and it was definitely an inconvenience that could have been avoided.While I believe Reed City Towing provided a good towing service, their failure to offer a smooth and convenient payment process did impact my overall experience. It would be beneficial for them to address this issue and streamline their payment and receipt procedures. Improving this aspect of their customer service would undoubtedly elevate their rating and ensure a more positive experience for all clients.In conclusion, Reed City Towing did a commendable job with the actual towing service. However, the lack of a seamless payment and receipt process prevented me from awarding them a perfect rating. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance their customer service in the future.

Outstanding service!!!! Blew a tire in the highway at 11pm. Towed us to their yard and allowed us to stay in our truck bed mounted camper with electric hookup for the night. One of their drivers used his personal truck to drive us to a local tire shop in the morning. They were the only ones that were able to help my fiance get back in his car after he locked the keys inside. We had called mutlipe services, who either cancelled on us, or didnt respond. The woman on the phone was super friendly, helpful and kept my mind at ease. They also got him back in his car within 30 mins, without any damage. Thank you!Service: Car lockouts

They were very polite, and the gentleman that towed it made it so I could walk to the other side of the truck with a walker by moving snow. Their new credit card system you use over the phone didn't have all the kinks worked out yet.
