The owner operator was hopping! He was answering questions on the phone and taking care of people in his business. He was very courteous and informative. I would highly recommend you check him out. Did I mention his prices are very reasonable? Check Reed City Tire for yourself! This is our new tire store.

Terrible work. They broke all the bolts on center caps, cracked one center cap, sent me on my way. Missed 2 hours of work having to take it back and have it fixed, no apologies. Spent 1400 on tires and that's the experience I had. Not going there again!

They always take good care of me and figure out why my tires flat. Today was my third time in for another flat tire, this time they found a little gold screw the size of a grain of rice, patched me up and i was on my way I'll keep coming back

These guys were great!!! Came in with a blown trailer tire n a leaking spare. They jumped right on it, got me all fixed up, and a reasonable price, too. Highly recommend this place.

Had a tire failure on boat trailer at the Reed City exit. Made it to tire center. I opted for two new tires. They had me back in business within the hour. Great service. The office lady (Paula) and tire installer (?) did a great job. I would use them more frequently if they were closer to where I live. Many thanks!!!

We got a flat while travelling and were so fortunate that this was the place we happened to stop. Staff was very friendly and got us back on the road in no time and for a great price. 10/10

I was having a miserable few weeks with cat repairs. Then one of my lug nuts was damaged and stuck on my van, and no shop had time to look at it. I called expecting to have to wait or schedule, but they said bring it right in. Not 10 minutes after arriving my van was fixed and keys were in my hand. Chris said "don't worry about it, just have a good one" and it was exactly what I needed. I got my car fixed, and some Faith in humanity was restored. No question if I will return or not, they have a new customer.

Spent a lot of money on 2 vehicles for repairs and tires. Didn't even get out of MI and we needed repair. Work promised was not the work performed and it led to road worthiness issues 100 miles down the road. We will not use this shop again.

Top notch service. Chris quoted a price on the phone and that was the price i paid. No extra fees added afterwards. Good tires for a good price. Cant ask for much more.

They take care of their customers! We messed up with what we ordered over the phone and they worked with us and gave us a huge break even though it was our mistake.

This place is great!! While on vacation, my vehicle had a tire plug that developed a slow leak and Chris got me back on the road and his crew fixed the tire properly for an amazing price!! When attempting to use my debit card, it was declined because I am 400 miles away from home (fraud alert). Chris told me not to worry and have a great vacation!! I didn't feel right about allowing him to fix it for free. Went to the nearest ATM and came back with the repair cost and a little much deserved extra for the very busy gentleman who did the repair. 5/5 is what I rate Reed City Tire. Great crew and great business. Highly recommend!! Thanks Chris and staff!!

I purchased four brand new tires here. They put the tire on the wrong rim begin with they didn't put valve stems in any of my tires and all of my valve stems have failed so I've had to go to a different tire shop and have them all replaced costing me about $80. They didn't give me a receipt for the work which means I didn't have a warranty which they're supposed to be warranted when they're brand new. I know it's not a big deal but the tires were 2 years old and they told me they were new with no warranty apparently I went in there to have them rotated and the guy acted like oh it's no big deal yeah I'll do that for you like it was a favor. I won't be back.

Had new tires on our fith wheel they put on all new tires and swapped out our spare with a great price and in less than an hour!

Fast, friendly service with a smile! Took my semi-truck to get all 10 tires put on and I am pleased with the service. I loved to see that the owner and his wife were not above getting their hands dirty and helping out with their mechanics. The guy who worked on my truck was awesome and easy to get along with. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

Love this shop. Chris has never done us wrong. We have brought two of our cars to them and Chris has been honest about what it cost to fix stuff and the guys who worked on them have been amazing and honest too we will totally recommend them

Had a blown tire on a trailer that bent the rim over Memorial Day weekend, Reed City Tire fixed the rim and had a tire on in less than 30 minutes. 5 all the way, thank you, Reed City Tire

Guys are always friendly, honest, dependable. I trust no one else more with my car. They are amazing and have fixed minor things without charging, because they care about the people in their community. Best prices around also.

This place was amazing! We were on our way up 131 north and got a flat tire. Got the donut on and drove to Reed City Tire. We're thinking we'd need a new tire ,but they patched it good as new for $15! We were in and out in 15 minutes and back on our way to our work conference! Great place and friendly staff.

Really pleasant customer service,. They were able to get me in very quickly, greeted me with a smile, and took care of my tire issue quickly and at s reasonable price. I will go there again myself and would definitely recommend them anyone needing your tires tended to.
