Great little storeknowledgeable staffHad the part I needed. I was surprised it was actually cheaper than the big name stores. Can't complain about that.

I always receive great customer service at the Reed City Parts Plus! They are excellent at helping me identify the part i need as well as showing me the options for that part with respect to pricing. They have also been accurate with respect to how long it will take a part to get in for me if they don't already have it in stock. I really appreciate the staff there and am glad it is a local business available to me when i need their help!

These guys make a veteran feel appreciated. Price on new battery was cheapest in area. Very good customer service here. Will be doing business here again for sure.

Be prepared to be talked down to by Ryan the store manager.I would suggest you send a male to deal with him and his staff. Females, no matter how knowledgeable, are treated as though they know nothing.Its a wonder that they are still in business.Smdh

They almost always have the parts I need or get them same day if I order in time. Staff is great and knowledgeable about most everything

It's been about a year but when I was buying a car battery I looked around everywhere trying to find an affordable option, and Parts Plus in Reed City was $20 cheaper than any I found in in Reed City, Paris or Big Rapids, I think it's worth giving it a check.

Broke my wiper blade needed immediate help. The clerk couldn't of been nicer. Fixered me up with a new wiper and even put it on for me. Big thanks!
