A long overdue post. Also my first time posting a review but acknowledgement for excellence in communication and service needs to be recognized.My girlfriend and I were headed up to Marquette from Milwaukee very late at night when my vehicle lost coolant and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. Was able to get a tow to the nearest repair shop and I am glad it was this one.This incident occurred late on a Friday night. Saturday morning, the owner called and gave me the scoop on the issues and immediately began working on sourcing the replacement parts needed. My girlfriend and I were concerned that we might not be able to make it home in time for her early Monday morning work related flight and we were scrambling to logistically figure out how to get back incase my vehicle wasn t fixed by then. Well, the owner came in on Sunday when is typically his day off to get my vehicle back in good working order to ensure we return home in time. He was friendly, honest and even called me on my cell phone while on my way home to ensure that everything was going ok. To this day, I have never had another issue with the vehicle.I was honestly shocked with the amazing service received and the extremely fair cost of the repairs. All while going above and beyond to ensure we were not left stranded and able to resume our return trip home as planned. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Numerous times.we have used this place and service keeps declining. He.offers a payment plan which we decided to use to make the budget easier. . I was told because we use.that service we won't be serviced on our appointment date but when they have time. I was also told that they were discontinuing the.payment service but our daughter who was.in the hole to them up until week ago, was offered to continue to do the payment plan ifshe needed. The vehicle was.in there for a starter and.oil change and.as in many times before, they didn't do theoil change. This was 2 weeks after my scheduled appointment .Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

The place is in tip top shape he has done nothing but good to me everything he has fixed he has warranted and he does extremely good work I will always bring my stuff to tucks no matter what it is. He has great workers there. They all do a great job.

Was heading out of town and Jeep kept stalling. Broke down across the street, and the guy was super cool and got me in last second. When the parts got there it was in and out fast. Bill was cheap and haven't had an issue since. In case the guy who worked on it sees this, you rock dude.
