Truck would not start after lunch and he tried a quick fix of a jump start but that didn't work so he towed it to where I wanted and even dropped me off at home! He was very fast at getting to me which was nice on a cold day! Definitely recommend this company for towing/assistance services!

Visiting from WI and had a tire blow. Lovely newer car come with fix a flat can not a spare tire?! It was late and Austin was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone. Words can't express how pleased we are with the service! What we thought was a simple battery issue turned in to needed a new starter. From crawling under my truck to bang on the starter, to helping us find someone who could, not only get it in, and done in time for us to leave in the morning, to offering to come back and pick us up when my truck was done. Austin did an outstanding job! They were the only company willing to come and try to get us out. Drove over 1.5 hour to get our truck and trailer unstuck when other company's wouldn't come. Austin was extremely optimistic, nice and funny. I don't think can't is in his dictionary.

We were stuck in what we thought was an impossible situation. The tow fellow called, gave us his eta, and reassured us he had never failed to get a vehicle unstuck. He arrived early, got us out in 4 minutes, and was the nicest fellow you'd want to meet. Excellent all around. Thank you so much!

It was early morning hours that we needed a tow, on-star called this towing company for me and I could not have been more pleased with his (Austin) patience! Not only that but he showed up IMMEDIATELY. An entire hour sooner than on star had quoted me. He was incredibly helpful getting me set up with a drop off destination for my truck as I was not from the area, I live four hours south and was trying to get closer to home for my repairs. Polite, helpful, speedy service but very patient and understanding, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with! absolute 5 star service!Services: Car lockouts, Long distance hauling, Fuel delivery, Local hauling
