Staff was extremely polite and very helpful. I was on a tight schedule the day that I dropped it off and asked if they could return the car to me and they did no questions asked. I would highly recommend Town & Country sales to anyone.

Poor workmanship takes forever to get in and only do part of the work took truck in for noise different noises a week later. Fixed a leaking tire at purchase was told they couldn't figure out why pressure sensor light was on found on my own there was no sensors in the tires

I just picked up my 23 Bronco Raptor that Cody Moon so expertly helped me get. He s the man. Knows his stuff. Straight shooter. I highly recommend him. Dealership is first class Imo. Very professional and friendly staff.

Overall, im highly satisfied with this company. I bought a used vehicle a few years ago and bought an engine/trans warranty. I've had a few issues with it since, which the warranty I bought didn't cover these parts or labor. This company was very understandable and covered everything, which has saved me a few grand. They definitely honor their customers and will continue my service through them for years to come. Special thanks to the service women and manager for making me 100% satisfied!

This is the first dealership that I have been to that went above and beyond to get us the best vehicle that we wanted. Worked within our budget. Very nice and friendly. Not pushy at all or demanding. We will go back and send our friends and family.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! There service to help you fixed your car is horrible and you just get looked down on like there the best and there not !

The lock out service tech is very friendly!! My teenage son locked his keys in his car several times this year, always after 10pm. The same tech responded to each call. He was always there and done within 15 minutes and had a pleasant, upbeat attitude. The same tech also towed my car this week and completed the job within an hour on a holiday weekend. That great service prompted me to purchase my next vehicle from them. As expected, the service was outstanding. The sales rep was knowledgeable and courteous of my budget. The financing was fast and painless. The entire experience only took about two hours. I wasn t expecting to buy a car that day but my transmission went out on my old car. What started as a stressful day ended well thanks to the great team at Town and Country.

With all sincerity, this is the perfect experience for a first time car buyer. Send all new purchasers here!They will learn a great deal about the experience and what to take away and learn from. It was wonderfully helpful for me.I ve learned:-Sales teams are not provided sufficient training-The little brother of the manger may call you and apologize for their sales team after they provided you incorrect information-Phone calls will not be followed up with-The manager may not honor their employees prices and conditions as discussed-Receipts can be intentionally vague-Towing rates may be 200%+ the national average-Sales folks may become non-responsive after citing data on why the vehicle is over priced-Asking questions about warranty s is the same as shooting a poison dart, and renders the sale persons incapacitated and non responsiveWith all sincerity, send your kids here! Hopefully someday they start teaching this in school, but this is an excellent secondary option in the mean time
