So appreciated this business as we were traveling and had a water pump issue. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. Happy to be able to pick up quality equipment with knowledgeable staff !!

The one and only place I trust to buy a camper from!!! I recommend anyone that needs work done on their camper or is in the market for a camper stop here first. The process with them is seamless and the service is the best I ve ever seen!Update they even reached out to us after a year of owning our camper to wish us a 1 year anniversary. Northern RV keeps impressing me more with each interaction I have with them!Keep being awesome!!!

Quoted $38 for a refill of a 30lbs tank. $11 dollars more then City Sales. If you don t like filling tanks why even offer it?

Took a 98 truck camper with a leaky roof to get sealed. Matt in Service Dept. Did everything we d hoped. Jeremy Got all new marker lights in time for the service work. Wonderful job. Looks new and NO leaks! Nice people to deal with!

We were traveling and had tire/wheel problems with our little travel trailer. The folks at Northern RV were wonderful. They worked late on a Friday night to get our RV back on the road. Very friendly, very competent, great customer service. We would highly recommend.

Paul and the gents in the service department have been awsome. I purchased a used camper privately and they were more than happy to welcome me to the RV community and get me set up with everything I needed to go off grid winter camping out west. Thank you to all who helped getting me ready for my adventure.

Very nice show room and sell a lot of parts and accessories also.My camper awning broke some parts in a wind storm and they had them on stock.

Traveling thru Iron Mtn, we needed propane. After checking prices, we decided to stop at Northern Rv on our way out of town. Fast, friendly service. The only thing stopping this from a 5 star review is the difficulty of getting into the lot and to the propane. We were able to maneuver our 38 RV pulling a tow without an incident but it was very tight.

We had some problems with our new pull behind Jayco. Between Eli and Mark I am 100% satisfied. They were patient with my questions and concerns. Most importantly they wanted to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. We traveled quite a distance to purchase our camper there and when we brought it in for repairs they really made sure they got it serviced in a timely manner. Thank you Mark.

We are on our fifth RV. Bought a Pinnacle here last August. We are summer people. Service scheduled us easily, and completed work ahead of schedule. Bought a new truck and we got hitch installed within a week. Thanks to Mark and Jeremy. You guys are awesome!

We are on a 2 week tour of the U.P. In our travel trailer. On our first night our water heater quit working. With RV Service centers few and far between. We were lucky to find Northern RV in Dickinson County open. We arrived about 30 minutes before they closed. After trying a couple other parts to no avail. We were offered to try a board they had in the shop to see if it would solve the problem. It did and they stayed late to help us out! We would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to the guys at Northern RV for their kindness and help.

Don't bother with this place of business. There are people in the parts department that are not capable of ordering a slide out cover and then when you ask them (numerous phone calls) about it, they say "it slipped my mind". Go elsewhere for service.

We bought a new camper and we love it. Of course there are always a few things to be adjusted or tweaked. The service department has taken care of everything we ask them to.

I bought my new 2017 Jayco travel trailer from Northern RV Center in Quinnase, Michigan. All the people there are great, especially my salesman Paul Moon and the service manager Mark!!! Everyone was SOOOOOOO helpful and patient with me. I had shopped around and they gave me the best price!!! I looked at the local dealer here in Escanaba, but Northern saved me $5000 + on a bigger and better trailer than the local dealer was offering!!!! When I told them what Northern was offering they didn't even bother to try to come close to matching it! If you plan on buying a new or used RV, shop around. Then go see Paul at Northern!!!!!

Great place to get travel trailer, they took good care of us. Veteran friendly and professional. Eli installed my trailer brake controller and it looks great.

The sales agent I talked to was incredibly rude and hung up on me because I requested more pictures of an older RV, specifically photos of the undercarriage (as anyone with a functional brain would want with any sort of vehicle with ties to Michigan, which has to be among the worst states for rusty vehicles in the nation!). He simply said, "This is not the trailer for you." and then hung up. Why it isn't the trailer for me? I'm not sure: - because it is corroding off it's frame? - because you are too lazy to take more pictures? - or because you don't want to deal with customers who want possibly important details?
