I recently had some extensive work done on my car. I must say the quality of work and time frame that Dan and his crew did this complicated task was superb. I also have to give kudos to the great detail and care that the office staff provided me. Thanks again for all the great work and professional service.

The staff at Oriole Automotive preformed the required preventative maintenance on our Acura.They preformed this service at a reasonable price in a timely manner.We feel that our choice to use Oriole Automotive has saved our fleet money by allowing us to keep our vehicles running like new.We highly recommend Oriole Automotive

Had issues with the blower on my navigator.I was able to get a appointment and have it fixed in a timely manner. We were on our way camping, when our truck started running hot, we found you guys who was able to get us in right away and worked on the truck for 3 hours, the lady at office even let us use her car to take our grandson to eat since he was starving to death. We went down the road and had issues , I also left my change purse outside there building with all the credit cards and money we had, couldn t make it back toGet it , so they sent one of there employees zack to the rescue to bring my change purse, he went over and above and tried to help us on his own time , he also gave us his personal cell number toCall when we got there . You have one good employee there and we really appreciated your service, also had to take truck back additional issue they did not charge us for labor and part at cost since we had soMany issue! We have used Oriole Automotive Services in Quincy several times since we moved to Michigan 2.5 years ago. It is a family-owned business, and the family members have been very professional, friendly, and helpful to us.Dan, the owner, has brought us into his very clean and neat garage to show us problem areas in our cars and how they can be repaired. Dan s wife, Dawn, and his daughter, Danielle, who work in the front office, have been most accommodating and personable. I was able to get an appointment in a fair amount of time, they pretty much re did most front end suspension on my car. When I got it back, drove like a new car. Only thing I had to do is reach out to get updates on the car, although I understand people get busy. They followed up with me two months later to make sure the car was still doing well. I ve taken many vehicles over the years to Oriole Automotive and have always received top notch service and fair prices for parts and labor. The staff is amazing, Dan and Curtis have always provided excellent service and advice for repairs and scheduled maintenance. Dawn, Danielle and Lauren have always communicated, scheduled, and helped throughout the repair process. The prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work. Great well run friendly helpful family business. Highly recommended!

I had my Jeep towed here after hitting a tree during the last ice storm. I was never informed they did not want to work with my insurance company (State Farm), instead they charged me an administrative fee and they charge more for labor than the insurance allowed .none of this was explained to me and none was negotiable. Instead of just paying my deductible I was left with an additional bill of over $300.As a supporter of small town businesses I gave them the opportunity to make this right, they would not budge.
