This place is amazing! My lincoln was stuck in the ditch, and Glenn came all the way from Prescott and got It back on the road! It was tricky, but Glenn was professional and reassured me that he would not leave until the job was done! Thank you, Glenn and Local Tow, for the speedy recovery of my car!

They left the keys in my car overnight while they had it, unlocked.Not only is this unsafe but it damaged my battery beyond repair as that left electronics running.When I called to inquire about it, "Mike" was condescending and told me that I told him when I picked the car up and had him JumpStart it, that the battery was already bad. This just simply isn't true and shows what kind of a person Mike is.They keep telling me I will get a call from the owner but this hasn't happened. Extremely unprofessional. Do not trust these guys. I'm from out of town and get this treatment my first time in Prescott. Won't go back.

Local towing came all the way from Prescott to Baycity just to tow my vehicle back home! They took great care of my vehicle and my driver was such a gentleman! Excellent service!! Glenn was very polite and helpful. He was very timely. It was within 10 to 15 mins of submitting my claim for tow online thru my insurance company he arrived. Very happy with your service, also happy with the employee that helped me tonight. Would definitely recommend!!

Guy was great, Jack, I think, loaded the bike up nice, and got me where I needed to go, insurance was being a PITA for both of us, but everything got sorted out

I used this service a few weeks ago and the tow truck driver that came us was very polite and professional. I believe his name is Ernie. We are very satisfied because he was able to get my broken down vehicle safely Off the road and into the nearest town do that the shop was able to get it fixed in the morning. Just had Mike out here because I needed gas. The gas station I had purchased from did not pump gas into my car. Mike called his boss and ended up giving me the gas. I just lost my job recently and this was a much needed blessing.Service: Fuel deliveryService: Fuel delivery

I have not personally need local towing but a friend did and they got a terrific team of hard workers! One of which is Glenn Stellwag he really was a great member to add to a great team! Deffently local towing is the way to go!

Surely will use if I need a tow. Courteous staff and the driver is a very nice gentleman. Reasonable prices and will work with insurance if they can verify insurance will pay them. Besides it's nice to support our local businesses.

Very happy with local towing our car was wrecked on christmas and they arrived promptly and took good care of our belongings. The driver was great.also they noticed my car from the neighborhood as I purchased it from another local and treated me as a community member.glenn stellwag is also a great employee of the company I met him thru town as well and he volunteered to take my son home for me as myself and wife was in the hospital with no means of anything.shane Gamez is a wonderful local businessman always helping the community and offered us a car from the trade in lot on low terms as we had no transportation. Hit a deer early in the morning taking children to school & they immediately responded & came to tow my car to a local garage. The very next day when a collision shop was found for insurance purposes they immediately responded to tow my car once again so I could get into a loaner car.Excellent response time & convenience for the customer.Service: Car towing

Mike towed my car from Saginaw and it was a Mercedes Benz so the air shocks were blown and he managed to carefully and precisely tow my car and perfectly park it off the tow truck without ruining my front bumper or back fender! Only wanted cash on night of tow would not accept check or card! I don't carry 800.00 plus in cash to have a car towed 3 miles, especially late at night. Never mind the fact driver had confirmation insurance was paying

Glen the driver came out to get a friend out of the ditch .. we called and within a short time glen pulled up with there truck with a helping smiling. The tow went well I will use them again .
