Have to say our experience was not the best. We went over and test drive Dodge Journey...ask why there was a whining noise when accelerated....mechanic said, and l quote " its the aggressive tires that are on this vehicle"...now my step dad was a Ford mechanic...so l do know there is such a thing.. so we purchased said vehicle....two days after buying....acceleration is sticking...rpms running in the 5 to 7 thousands....quit driving vehicle...contacted Hill Top auto after a diagnostic test told us it was the transmission or the sensor on the transmission.....first off...it took forever to get someone to call us back....there response was well we will pay half if transmission is bad on labor...which could run 2000.00 just for transmission ... then they said if it's the sensor we will send you 200.00 in mail....now our appt to have said vehicle looked at is not til Aug. 18th....so at this point, l am still not impressed with there mechanics, or Hill Top Auto, especially since we questioned the noise...

Typically you will never get same day service from any shop, but I lucked out on this past friday! They were not only fast taking care of my problem, but the pricing was absolutely great for the speed of service and courtesy extended to me. 10/10 recommend them, will absolutely go back for any future work. Good job fellas!Services: General repairs & maintenance, ElectricalServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical
