Outstanding service, 5 star, good communication, good prices, excellent work completed and even came down to the shop on the weekend in case I needed the car back sooner. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Joe will take excellent care of your vehicles. He took in our car that had to be towed there as it wouldn't start, and did a very thorough inspection of our car. After it was running again, Joe himself spent close to 25 min with me on the phone explaining everything, going over my options, and provided advice on what should be done now, what optional work we might want to consider, as well as a plan for future work at a later date if we chose to do so. We will only trust our vehicles to Joe from now on, and have shared with our family that they need to take their vehicles there! Thanks Joe and crew!

My transmission started leaking on the expressway so I pulled off in Portland. Joe's shop was the nearest so I limped my truck to him. We had hoped for an easy fix to get me back on the road but the transmission ended up needing to come out for a more major fix. Being from out of town and not many options I trusted the job to Joe and staff and left the truck for a couple of days. Due to my work schedule and a two hour drive to pick it up, he gave me the option to come get it on a Saturday morning even though the shop was closed. I am very pleased with results and felt the price was fair. You always hear stories of a shop that will take advantage of a traveller that has no other options, but that was definitely not the case here with Joe. While waiting nearly three hours for my ride to pick me up, I chatted several times with Joe and also Sally the office manager. They are definitely some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and I highly recommend Joe and the work they do. It is a little off the beaten path, but as busy as he is with customers I'd say that really shows how good of a shop it is.

Everything went as I was told it would: the estimated charge, and the estimated amount of time it would take to get the job done. Additional perks were the beautiful, sweet dogs that kept me company, and a very nice lady who works there who chatted with me about dogs while I waited for my car to be ready. I would happily recommend Joe's Auto Service to everyone.

Joe's work is high quality and reasonably priced. I have a 2007 Acadia that needed new brakes and transmission rebuild and my car was ready within a few days. There is a loaner car option too.Don't be dissuaded by the drive off the beaten path because Joe and Sally's customer service is worth the extra mile.

i had a blowout on my horse trailer and no spare while traveling on 96. I bought the trailer used and had no idea how old the tires were. We just googled and Joes Auto Shop showed up with 5 stars,after meeting Joe I could easily see how and why he had gotten them! Joe is a sweetheart, knowledgeable and just a honest man, which are hard to find these days! Joe got right on the phone and got me 4 new tires and rim for a spare! He made sure we were comfortable while we had to wait giving us something cold to drink! He got me back on the road felling a lot safer with 4 new tires and a spare ! I would highly recommend him!!!

My daughters p/s went out had it towed to Joe's. He not only fixed her P/S but also inspected her whole vehicle. Being it was an older car he went over all the recommendations in a priority order. Great Service

Took my intrigue here for some transmition work. Very nice and honest people. My car was done within 2 days and was done rite. Very satisfied. Highly recomend. Will take my car back there if needed in the future

Needed a track bar installed and then an alignment, had the track bar ordered but was informed that Joe was adamant on researching and ordering the part himself to make sure that it was correct part, so I canceled the order and let Joe take over, two days prior to the service appointment I received a call from Joe saying that he could not find that part online in stock anywhere and that I would have to get the part myself so I ordered the part again that I would have already had and when it finally got to me I give him a call back and they're booked out for the next two weeks and can't fit me in anywhere, that's not very professional, thanks Joe!
