My husband had an amazing experience there yesterday. He mentioned how nice the staff was. They had everything he needed to get the trailer back up and running so he could drive it home, which was a 3 hour drive. So if you live locally to Portland you should definitely support this local business!

I have been coming to B&W since I was a kid. My Uncle Tom worked there forever and always recommended car quest products. The guys that still work there are Top Shelf as well. Ralph,Rick, Jim, Randy, will get you pointed in the right direction.

I washed my white Lexus and noticed that I could not remove small brown spots on my car. I went into CarQuest and asked what to do. They said it s iron and recommended Meguiar s Iron Removing Spray Clay . It worked so quickly and effectively!!! Great recommendation -thanks. This is the 3rd great recommendation from them -they know their products!

I will drive the 30 miles round trip, out of my way, to give these FINE FOLKS, all my business from now on !!!"DEUSCH SUPER DISSERVICE CHANGE THAT K TO A D !!! Had some wheel studs break on the winter beater, on the way to a Very Important appointment at a Museum in Lansing, with my 2 young children. I was told it would be 2 hours for his parts guy to drive to Lansing and back to retrieve "special bolts" and that I'd need a new rim....38 minutes later I came back From THE Family Friendly Folks at CARQUEST AUTO PARTS AND SUPPLIES, Less than a mile down the road, They LET ME BORROW A BRAND NEW JACK, PERSONAL HAMMER AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE STUD TOOL THAT BROKE AS I WAS INSTALLING THEM, ALL FOR UNDER $30 !!!I ASKED WITH ALL MANAGERS PRESENT, WITH MY KIDS. WOULD YOU TREAT YOUR OWN CHILDREN THIS WAY!?!? from 's !!!I could never sleep at night!!! They will always go above and beyond to get you the part you need. Ask them first before ordering a part online. Most likely they can get it faster and cheaper and usually better quality with no hassle returns. Machine shop is great too

Was able to get a mopar parts power steering pump pulley for a2009 Dodge Journey SXT from here that Autozone nor O'Reilly's are not even able to order at all. The also have machine shop service at the Carquest store. Very satified with this place. Looks like a rather new store also. 5 stars for me.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Prefer driving to Portland to shop here as opposed to going elsewhere! My family has always purchased items at B&W! :)

My tire rod was loose and I had a couple bad lug nuts but after a quick stop here where the people were very helpful and friendly I was back on the road in no time

We broke down in Portland Michigan and thankfully by this auto parts store! The employees and I believe the owner went out of their way to help us. We were in their yard all afternoon long! Can't say enough good about these folks! Thank you Carquest Portland Michigan!
