They always get me in in a timely manner, diagnose and correct the issue and get me on my way quickly. Also they do a nice turnaround for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Of course they ll do a break inspection at that time and give you a report on the condition of your tire as well. I feel better with certified mechanics all around doing this work then you might find at your typical fast change oil place.

Brian and Steve were great on the phone and at the counter. The several times I witnessed them with other customers, they were very helpful with presenting the options professionally and without drama. They tracked down a wheel that needed to be replaced for a very reasonable price. Their tech diagnosed an ongoing electrical issue on an older Dodge Ram pickup that the electrical specialists missed several times. My boss swears by Zolman's Best One for his personal vehicle.

The mechanics were very informative and straightforward about the issue with my car. They took care of it in a timely matter and even made sure to look out for me pricing wise as two months prior my car was in the shop due to other issues and I spent a good sum of money then as well. Brian is fantastic with his communication and professionalism and much appreciation to all the employees there working on the cars.

Bob installed all kinds of performance parts for my husband's mustang. As well as new bumper and spoiler! New down pipe and exhaust system. New rims on old tires. They did so in a timely manner and did an amazing Job with all our personally bought products. Even when they ran into issues they worked with us and got the job done. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them. They are friendly and very helpful with everything we needed!

I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars if I could! They are always so Nice and helpful 100% honest with what my car needs and always makes it affordable! Alison in the alignment garage makes anyone feel at home with her kindness, John the tech was super friendly and flexible when it came to special accommodations for starting my car! Once again definitely recommend this place and will forever continue taking my car here in the feature! Thanks guys

I was on my way to work at 7:45 am and my truck overheated and the temp outside this past Monday at the time was 2 degrees and with no heat I limped it to Zolemans and they discovered the poor work done by another place that had touched my vehicle and corrected it all and had it fixed same day for a great price and it s back to normal and running great!! I d like to thank the whole crew down there for calling throughout the day with updates and pricing. Top notch, honest and do great work!! Thanks again to all you guys!!Rob M

Arguably the nicest guys I've ever met in a shop. Professional through and through. Patient with me even with some weird phone issues, they were awesome. Quick and efficient, honest shop! Always happy to go to Zolman's for help with my car!

I definitely recommend Zolman s. They are friendly and were very fast repairing my car. I went in on Monday afternoon for an estimate on noise coming from my front end. They had it repaired early Tuesday morning and the cost was lower than the estimate.

I've only had great experiences at Zolman's. Just had my third oil change. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Systems are checked and I'm informed of any issues. Prices are very reasonable. Allyson and Brian are the best!

Needed a last minute headlight repair on my car, I tried doing it myself but ended up breaking the light bulb in the housing unit. I called around to about 15 different mechanics and they were all rude, quoted me $300+, half of them told me I couldn t bring in my own headlights to be changed out I just moved to Kalamazoo in early January and this is my first experience with mechanics in this area.I called Zolmans and Brian answered, I explained to him my issue and he told me he has a guy who can fix my problem with the car. They had availability the morningI called and their pricing is reasonable! I was in and out in about an hour or so, I talked with Brian a lot as I was waiting for my car to be finished. Definitely a great guy and very very knowledgeable of the industry. I will be back again for my future vehicle needs.

Had a fantastic experience Zolman's Best One Tire & Auto Care - Portage. Steve got us in right away and wasn't afraid to work on a "heavy duty" truck. Very honest, fairly priced and well worth the trip. 4WD is now working as intended. Hopefully no more sinking in the driveway. Thank you Zolman's!

If I could repair my own vehicle, I would, but I'm like most people, completely lost and lack tools and space to do so. Zolman's on Portage Rd is THE BEST for all your car care needs. They are more than fair with price and will help you when you're in a pinch. Don't shop anywhere else.

I got my third oil change at Zolman sIt always been under $100For some reason this time apparently because of the $34 oil filter that was sold with the mobile one package that was recommended put my bill at $122Seems a little steep for an oil change

First time here for service of my Toyota Corolla, a friend told me about this workshop , amazingly SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, fair prices, and very professionals, my shuttle driver Anthony, super cool I can highly recommend this garage without a problem!I m going to take my F150 there for next service !!Thank you all of you !

I was very pleased with the fact that my work was able to be scheduled on the same day,when I called when you first opened. The technician who did my work was very willing to show me, in person, how the adjustments were made and the instrumentation which was used. I very much appreciated that!

Ally alone was 10,15, maybe 1,000,000 stars alone. It s what kept this review at a 5. The place forgot my appointment and then gave me a hard time about it. Specifically an older gentleman who runs the front. He has a chip on his shoulder, for sure. They almost convinced me I didn t set up an appointment but I confirmed through my call logs.All that being said, they still took me in. They thought there was a possibility that I was lying to them about my appointment, but still honored it. That s pretty admirable. They did a good job. Ally and the mechanics were very patient. The pricing on a rim swap and tire alignment wasn t half bad.Service: Tires

The best auto care place I ve been! Staff was very personable and friendly. They got my vehicle in the same day and even drove me home and picked me up while the work was being done. There wasn t one moment they tried to sell me something I didn t need which is why I dread taking my vehicle to a shop. I m definitely a new loyal customer.
