I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle again.They broke the hood latch on my truck- it s a newer vehicle so it opens a little differently and the tech pulled it too far.$1100 in damage.I had to take it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed- and they were able to confirm that they were the ones that broke it.The manager tired to tell me that it came in that way- that somehow the last people to open the hood broke the latch. In order for this to be true they would have had to break the latch, get the hood open (the ford dealer had to tear the front end apart to get it open), and then close it without bothering to tell anyone.Little do they know the last person that did the oil change was the Walmart on 9th street.Regardless- they broke it and can t be bothered to even attempt to make it right.

Friendly staff. It took them about two hours to service my vehicle, much longer than expected.This was my first time visiting this Walmart Auto Center location. Overheard some technicians getting frustrated rotating and balancing my tires on because they didn't have the tools to easily remove the tire lug nuts. Plus, they were concerned that it would delay them leaving work on time that day. Overall, while the whole process took longer than expected, some aspects seemed rushed because I had to return to the location the following day to have my oil gauge reset and talk with them about inconsistent tire pressures.

Other then there not being someone to buzz the you out the back exit good service and being waited on in a timely matter..

Not good . Called for tire replacement. Quoted price. Which was good , but would not install 1 tire ? Wanted me to buy 2 . When I was only replacing a flat that had a bolt in it . Went to firestone as it was very easy , 1 tire , no update and much more customer service then some ding bat at walmart. I worked automotive dealership for 28 years. Never seen such poor service as walmart.

Splattered oil all over my engine, car reeks of oil. Don t recommend you get an oil change here.

If you want a seized engine this is the place to go! Oil was low when arrived had me sign a waiver then on my way home seen oil dripping called a mechanic to my job and he showed me how it was still the original oil in my car and they never changed my oil the reason the was a leak is because the changed the oil filter and did not gasket and filter housing please for the sake of your investment go to a real oil shop where they show you their work!!!

Went in after calling to confirm they were availaible, and nobody cared to talk to me, even thought there were employees at the counter. After waiting to ask, they said they couldnt do anything that day. No option for appointments. First come first serve only.

I waited an hour and a half with my car in service. Only 1 other car was brought into the garage while I waited. Realistically I would usually do it myself but it was snowing. It took way to long and Noone could tell me why it took so long. Never will go back to this locationService: Oil changeService: Oil change

All the associates I met were very professional and efficient. When I checked in they said it would be 45 minutes before they could get to my car. They finished in about 30 minutes! I will definitely be back.

Came in early before an appointment (and asking while making the appt if I could also get an oil change, which they said yes) but, they said they won t also change the oil because it would take too long. I REALLY don t recommend coming here for ANYTHING because they don t care for their work or customers.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Have to thank these guys for changing out a flat and selling a couple last minute tires for me at twenty minutes to closing. I also greatly appreciated they offer a slightly later closing time than the other shops in town. Friendly staff and no issues whatsoever. Very accommodating . In the middle of a stressful move and had absolutely no time off to deal with this before work the next day.

The work done was perfectly fine. My truck has balanced new tires, and no missing lugnuts. They unfortunately had my truck for half a day before they realized they were out of tires (mine at least). The next day I went to the other store.

I've taken my car here several times for oil changes and once or twice for tires. Oil changes are usually quick (obviously it depends on how busy they are), but the tire changes have usually given me headaches before. I usually take my car in and shop around while I wait, but for the cases where I drop my car off and get picked up to run other errands, I wish the staff would call to notify when the job is done.

Terrible place. Left my truck with them for 2.5 hours only to get a call saying my 3/4 ton truck was to heavy for their lift. Called The store in three rivers to find out their lifts are plenty big enough to do the job. They told me the portage guys where lazy and didn't want to do the work.Service: TiresService: Tires

When there was a discrepancy with the price the manager was amazing to work with. I will definitely be back for more work because of the amazing customer service I received.

They mark as checked things that they don't check including the pressure of the tires that I knew was not ok before heading here. For your own safety I dont recommend this place. When confronted with the evidence versus the list of checked things on the receipt this guy could only give his word that the oil was changed and tried to give me a car deodorizer which I didnt accept.

Worst experience ever writing my review on my going on 2 hour wait to get a plug in my tire. With only one customer in front of me it's amazing to watch 5 workers stand around and look at one tire. If at all possible don't waste your time at this poor service shop.

It's 7:06 am and there is no one here to open the care service area. I waited until 7 so I could be the first customer. Two employees are standing outside smoking but never said anything to me. I check the door and it's locked. The employee just got in a van and drove off. Very frustrating

These guys rock. They were able to get my car in fast and in no time at all it was done. I come here with all my car's and have never had an issue. Thanks again for the great care you show my car.

Been there quite a few times in the last month and first time they forgot to balance tires. Then 3 days later valve stem on one side didnt get replaced. 4 days later a diff tire goes flat they didnt replace that valve stem either. 3 days later its flat and no one knows why. Now today its flat again. I dont drive far at all and same thing everyday maybe 22 miles a day and theres nothing in my tire. This is getting ridiculous. It better not be a misplaced valve stem this time.

4th of july unfixable flat, special sport tires not in stock at 9th street but had 2 someone ordered but didnt pick up at Shaver rd. The guys got me right in and had it fixed in no time. Great staff! Clean and polished store! Excellent customer service!

Adam was great. Very helpful. Helped push my daughters car from the front of the building where it died to the back by the auto service shop. Stayed past closing time to continue to try to help get her car started.

Disappointed. Got an estimate for a spare tire replacement at bell tire then had to check out the prices at Walmart (cuZ everyone always says its cheaper. Waste of time. Belle tire best walmarts prices So i thought walmarts supposed to match pricing to keep their prices the lowest in town???? .....Not so !

The worker back there skinny black guy mechanic did not offer to lift a heavy battery for my dad. I said "geez you aren't going to help, he said he's got it." Clearly struggling. Poor assistance. No customer service.Now I personally like Wal-Mart just this particular event was upsetting bc help was asked and he refused and gave a reply of I'm pretty much going to watch and wait for you to bring it to the desk.

My automotive work accomplished at the Portage MI. Store is always handled both timely and professionally. The shop Manager is top quality. I believe his name is Maurice.

I just stopped by at 6:30 to get an oil change and I was turned away. I was told they stop taking cars back at 6:30 so they can leave by 7pm I looked at the website and the hrs are 7am-7pm. They had at least 4 people standing around doing nothing.

I brought a dead battery in to be charged. I gave it to the service technician and he took it, gave me a receipt and said it would be ready in an hour. I returned 4 hours later and was told by another service technician that the battery wasn't charged because the charger wasn't working. I left with the same dead battery I started with.
