I firstly want to say the customer service was amazing. I had a longer than expected wait time and the manager Matt made sure I was fully taken care by the end of my visit. Management like that keeps customers happy and helps the business continue to grow! They were super transparent on updates, finished my oil change fast, and assured me a better experience on the next trip in.

Great Customer service! Since I'm not a car guy, I always struggle with maintaining my vehicle. The friendly and quick service that Valvoline provides gives me reassurance in the longevity of my car. (Shout out to Dom for how well he did. )

Amazing service every time, like chick fil a of oil change!! Dano helped me today and was so friendly. Dominick helped me decide on a couple extras and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions well. I have been here before and will continue to make the drive. It's worth it!!

DO NOT Let these people do any work on your vehicle, because if you do and they cause even more damage they will not repair it. They will run you around with excuse after excuse and never fix their mistake. Go at your own risk.

Went for an oil change in November and am now at a different shop for a fix on the split gasket they put onto my oil pan. Never had an issue before getting my oil changed with a leak and now know to not return! This was never told to me after getting the oil changed and should have if a discrepancy was seen. Will not be returning.

I can't give a 5 star rating because I had to go back a few times to have a few things adjusted. The staff is super friendly and tries to get the job done and get ya out. I had a few problems but the manager made it right with a smile on his face, he's a nice guy

Valvoline does a great job. Take both my cars there for oil changes. Quick and easy to get in and out. Employees are super nice.

The guys were so helpful and kind. I was also impressed with the way the bearded man handled my mother who has Aphasia, people usually try and rush her because she has a brain injury and he was patient. Thank you so much beared man

I had an exceptional experience at Valvoline, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Matt, the manager. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of oil suitable for my car, but he also took the time to explain the process and benefits of each, helping me make an informed decision. His team was quick and efficient, completing the oil change faster than I anticipated. Matt's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Kaleb was nice and super helpful! I usually change my own oil, so I was a little nervous, but they showed me the safe oil level after; a little expensive, so best with a coupon, but overall worth it with a quick and great experience!

Wonderful staff. Rachel was amazing and so was the rest of the team. Very convenient service. Got an oil change, air filter, and rear brake and turn signal replaced in practically no time. Highly recommend.

For having good ratings, I had a rather poor first impression. I arrived at approximately 1230pm, it wasn't busy, and I waited for almost an hour and still never made it in to be serviced. Another car that arrived after I did got seen first. I'm not sure what all was going on, and I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. I would have waited longer if I hadn't had to get to work, but rather disappointed in my first impression. May be willing to give them a second chance.

Brand new Valvoline facility right here in the heart of portage which looks well equipped and equally well staffed opened up just today. It's an instant oil change service so you will be in and out in about 15 mins without even stepping out of your car.They are located right next to Burger king. Overall a good initial experience so far.

This is a very busy shop. Matt, the manager, is going between all 3 work stations and also, taking the time to go out to advise waiting customers what their estimated wait time might be. I have been here twice for an oil change and both times I ve been very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. I don t feel like they try to take advantage of me and sell me things I do not need. They are also first responder friendly! While I didn't end up receiving the manual transmission service I was going to get, the man helping me was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My dogs even instantly liked him. They usually bark at strangers but they acted like they were excited to see him. I would definitely come back to this location for service if needed.

Instant Oil Change .I waited 90 minutes to complete my oil change this morning. It s never a good sign at instant oil change locations when the two people in the vehicle in front of you get out of the car and walk away, not to reappear for another 45 minutes.I spent a bit of time being shuffled between all 3 bays only to be told that even though I was directed by staff to a certain bay, they couldn t force bay occupants to relocate for waiting customers. I accepted that fate but after you ve already asked me to move it s pretty annoying.Valvoline if you re reading this: Jeep Wranglers that pull in with a request for a tire rotation, front and rear differential fluid swap, and an oil change don t qualify as an instant oil change . If you bill yourself as an expedited service you cannot offer bells and whistles and assume that s normal. Your clients left the vehicle for the better part of an hour because of the inconvenience to THEM.Service: Oil change

This was the first time stopping here and after a major issue (not the guys faults) with a blown o ring on the new oil filter and major leakage, Matt and his team went above and beyond to make everything right and fixed the entire issue including a full refund. These guys are consummate professionals and were amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I don't usually use chain oil change, but I needed one quick! Matt and his team went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was not related to the oil! He looked up parts, called auto parts store and talked me through the replacement of my radiator! He didn't have to do any of that. He could have sent me away with a "sorry lady not my problem"! But instead helped me tremendously! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! The technician was friendly. Knowledgeable and chatted with me while getting my oil changed. Fluids checked, and tires topped off. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will be back!

Joey was super helpful when I came in for an oil change and even went as far as to find me a great discount, new windshield wipers, and gave me a second opinion on something that another place was charging me way too much for when it isn t necessary. Super friendly staff and super quick. Was in and out before my 3 year old woke up from the back seat.Service: Oil change

I went in for oil change before going to Chicago. They checked my battery even wrote on checklist it was ok. Next day I get stranded. Tow truck driver tests says 4 cells are dead. I go in and they say ya that happens. So why test batteries and give people false sense of security.
