I have been going to this shop for the last couple of years consistently. These gentlemen always do a good job. They are honest and transparent about whatever work I need done. And they get it done in a timely manner. I believe one the guy s names is Robert? and the store manager Josh, always does a great job and they are very kind.

They were fast. You know, it's just like the commercial, they got me in and out and back on the road. My windshield wipers needed to be rereplace. They always take good care of me. And any company that reminds me to go online and look for coupon will get my business again!!

First time there... Stopped by on Thursday at 530. Plenty of crew on hand. Knowledgeable of product and services. Great forward facing customer service. I will be a returning customer for sure. Great experience.... Period. Keep up the good work!

I love Uncle Ed s these guys have taken care of my car for years and always do a stellar job! I can trust them! They show me the condition of air filters etc before they replace them so I m never paying for anything I don t need. I can take my puppy along too and she loves watching all the activity as they do their work and they are sweet to her too!

5 star for sure and if I could give them 10 I would. Always so kind, helpful and speedy. My go to for oil changes on all my vehicles & when getting ready for a road trip, they make sure my vehicle is all ready l!

Always a thorough inspection! Even informed me of headlight out and replaced in no time. 10 years and 193,000 miles still going strong. Regular oil changes are a must along with good inspection and maintenance. Surprised to learn Uncle Ed s even does engine, exhaust etc repairs.

You guys are awesome, friendly, quick and thorough! Plus the vehicle owner, me, is there, and can see you guys do the work,double check drain plug, oil and fluid caps and look for any tools before shutting hood. I'll never do a Walmart oil change again.

Got our radiator flushed and it was a quick process. We were well informed throughout the whole process. At the end we had inquired about coming back to get a headlight installed and they did it right there and then! Will definitely be coming back for future services!

the portage location is always very nice, they check my tire pressure and fix it for free and also add my oil back before my mileage reach the oil change mileage. great service!

These guys keep me coming back. Simply because they are good at what they do.Customer service professionals - and willing to help you with whatever issue you may encounter. Robert fixed my brakes in a pinch and got me rolling same afternoon for a reasonable price.

5 stars for the service I received. Quick, thorough, and didn t try to upsell. Actually showed me my air filter and said it could wait until the next oil change.BUT, I received a text at 2:28 AM to do a review. That is unacceptable!

Oil change was great, fast and friendly with no wait . After ward I drove away and there was a strange rattle a few miles down the road. I called, and Josh came to the rescue. He met me at a store nearby and triple checked everything. The rattling stopped and we were off with no more issues.

Out of town and needed a quick oil change after unexpectedly having to drive a little over 1000 miles, and this place was great! It was INCREDIBLY quick, both employees were efficient, thorough and knowledgeable (but didn t talk down to me). Would definitely recommend for any locals!

I came to get my tire pressure checked and to see about oil in my car and the guy Michael was very rude. Tried to make it seem like I couldnt pay for myOil and all then gone say well this isn t registered look at my history it s a new vehicle sorry the last person when I brought it in a month ago didn t update my information. But clearly at least six to eight vehicles have been brought in right through here through me. I won t be back time to go else where but he was so rude don t want to hear from Michael anymore but Anthony was great and I wish he was the one to finish talking to me not the other guy long story short I did pay for my oil but stop the rudeness everybody out here isn t bad people or looking to get everything for free. Congrats on losing a loyal 10+ year customer. BYE ILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Awesome visit! Connor Noah Kyle and unfortunately didn't get the 4th guys name but all awesome. Filled up all fluids, tires and even changed my turning light! Feels good having all my check vehicle lights off for a change! Thanks dudes!

I had a great and speedy experience! On a whim between preschool drop-off and meetings I stopped to cross an oil change off my list; I was in and out with great service. One suggestion.. please replace the tube man! My daughter loved him, and when weighing my options of where to go, the memory of tube man was the deciding factor :)
