Left work with a screw in my tire, all other shops nearby were unable to get my tire fixed that day. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and were very professional and kind! Will use again for future services.

Getting a hold of the department directly is almost impossible. You have to go through their "scheduling system" to get an appointment and it is terrible.Once you do finally get an appointment, you better not be a minute late. If not for those two issues, the staff is friendly and they do decent work.

Don t go here to get a tire repaired. Had a screw in ours and figured heck, they offer free repairs. Why not. Went there and they said oh it can t be plugged, you ll have to buy a tire. And then they tested the tire tread on our tires and said they were at a 4. We bought the car a couple months prior and it was at an 8 when we got it. We ve only put 5k on it since. Came home and looked at the tread with a penny and it was more than fine. Lesson learned. The screw was also no where near the sidewall and could have been plugged by them. If you re thinking about coming here to get it plugged, you re better off looking up a YouTube video and doing it yourself because they ll try to trick you into getting new tires.

Amazing service!!! The guys here are so helpful, kind, and just overall wonderful! HUGE shout out to Kaydon, Luke, and Tony!!!!! Those three work so hard and are VERY nice! I will always continue to come here for my tires, especially with Kaydon and Luke working! Those guys will take care of you, your tires, and are so friendly while doing so!! Only wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Terrible Service. The person was not helpful, tried to turn me away, argued with me about the size of my tires and wouldn't take my word for it til I went and took a picture. Told me the wait was 1.5 hours, which doesn't matter in an emergency. From his first sentence he didn t want to help me. And since the w we bite said they had the tires, I think he lied about not having them so I would go away, which I did. I had to go pay full price somewhere else instead of using the discount that I count on.

Took my car in for nail in tire. The process from start to end was quick. Better to make an appt. The guy at the desk wasn't enthusiastic but pleasant toward the end. My tires were under warranty which was a bonus because I had to get it replaced. Not a bad experience at all.

I took my car in to see what was wrong with my car since it was shaking at certain speeds. I mentioned that a family member thought a weight had been knocked off my tire and two workers proceeded to tell me that they didn t think that was the case, they thought it was something else. Then they charged me to rebalance the tires before even taking a look at my car, and when I picked it up they handed me the keys and walked away so I wasn t able to find out what they did with my car or what was actually wrong with it. I found out a week later at a different company that I need to replace my tie rod end. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the Sams Club workers.

Great service. Had a flat tire while on a road trip. Sams club got me an appointment within a few minutes and got me back on the road within 1 hour.

When given the round about from multiple places, I came here. Was in and out in under 20 minutes, got great service from Toney and the other gentlemen. Very pleased.

Sometimes it can be a great place to buy tires but often it's not as often it's hard to find help in the department
