EDIT 4/9/24I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RNR TIRE AGAIN.Initially, it all looked very appealing, I guess that's how they get you in the door: $100 match and 4 months same-as cash... Let me tell you how that went.First of all, the tires are fine. I have no problem with the product itself. Even the mount and balance, lifetime alignments, and roadside assistance are good perks. But when you buy a $360 set of tires, put $100 down (which they match) and are handed a $16 weekly payment, you expect that weekly payment to pay off the tires in the 4 month period. By the time you figure tax, warranty, roadside, I could expect it taking a little longer than the 10 weeks the math says it should ($160 balance @ $16/week). As a matter of fact, based on their sheet that breaks down that weekly payment, the balance would have been paid off on the 17th week: 4 months.However, to date, I'm now nearly 8 months into payments and have paid them nearly $600 for this $360 set of tires. During a very tense phone call to them a while back, they told me that because the tires "weren't paid off in the 4 month same-as-cash period", my term is extended out to a total of 18 months. At that 18 month term, that means I will have paid nearly $1,500 for a $360 of USED tires, nearly $300 more than I paid just a few short years ago for a full set of NEW tires AND tire pressure sensors with the same warranty, roadside, etc... (different vehicle)I will be returning my tires to the store this week and never return.EDIT - After reaching out to the email provided in the comment on my original review, I was told their corporate office would be in contact to "make things right". I didn't not hear back for a week, so I emailed them back asking for an update on my case, they replied saying someone should be reaching out shortly. It has now been nearly a month and I still have not heard back. At this point I have given up trying to let them repair this customer/business relationship. I was willing to let them try make things right and edit my review for the better, but no such luck. I will be telling everyone I know and who asks me about tires to not shop at RNR.

What type of auto/ tire shop sells their customer a 6" lift kit along with his purchase and their installation of 4 brand new tires but forgets to return the customers previous set of 20" tires? This happened to my 19 year old son after picking up his white older model Sierra on 02/27/2024. And although he is still learning the ins and outs of being an adult and speaking up at times like this, I refuse to allow my child to be taken advantage of. Not only was this shop very unprofessional but when he picked up his truck and brought it home we noticed that his brand new license plate had a huge dent in it as if it had somehow got bent. This license plate is literally brand new. Maybe 2 weeks old prior to getting the lift. This wasn't the only problem either, my son didn't have his truck back 12 hours and he already had to take it back in because it was gushing some sort of oil from the lift kit that they just installed. I'm not sure if this company just assumed my son was an easy target to get over on but his momma isn't. And seeing as my son's truck is now sitting back in that shop needing to be fixed already after not even 12 hours on top of STILL not hearing a word about his previous tires or an explanation on the bent up brand new license plate he purchased, someone has some explaining to do. I feel he was taken advantage of completely and I do not feel that shop did a good job installing his lift kit what so ever. They did not even communicate with my son during this process and only booked him for 2 days on a 6" lift job and new tires. He was booked for Monday and Tuesday and they never reached out to him about the status of the vehicle the whole time. He had to call them on Tuesday only to find out they would have to keep it another day. The following day came and my son never heard from these people until he called them once again.. They said it would be done that day. Later that night still hadn't heard nothing so he called again and they said it still wasn't done. LIFT KITS TAKE TIME AND TESTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE FOLLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF ONE AND we knew this but this company delivered some of the most unprofessional service ive ever been a witness to. failing to communicate, failing to return the customers property, down to having the plate bent and 'having to take the vehicle back the very next day and even then they tried telling my son the mechanic would not be available. Ha. Bullshit he wont be, you folks better get him back in here to fix this issue. Its quite upsetting to me and when my son goes to get his truck, this shop better have my son's old tires in the bed of his truck ready to be returned and some sort of an explanation for the dented up license plate that was brand new and not dented before having the work done or they will in fact have a much larger problem to handle for their shop other than this review I left here.

I was in need of an alignment on my truck. Rob and his team worked with me over several reschedulings due to kids appointments and vet visits in preparation for our move. Finally today i was available to get my truck in for the alignment. They got it perfect. They stated not much adjustment was needed but they made corrections and it drives like a new truck. I am overly pleased with the service provided. I may not be able to do business with the shop in Portage after we move, but that shop has won my business and i will be taking my vehicles back to RNR when it comes time for tires or alignment services.

I purchased tires approximately 4 months ago in their "4 months same as cash" program. I just called to find out how many more payments I had left, and they told me I still have 28 more bi-weekly payments remaining. They were not upfront about the fact that their payment plan is apparently not a full payoff within that 4 month payoff. I will not be returning for any future tire or service needs because I refuse to use a company who misleads their customers and lies about payment plans. I will also not be recommending any of my friends and family to them because of this.

Wonderful place. The employees were all very nice to work with. We liked that we were able to get new tires on credit with no credit check, and low down payment.

Rob and his team of professionals worked to find a winter tire solution for my car. They wound up having to order a special part but had it shipped overnight and were able to install my tires the next day! Very professional and I would recommend Rob and RNR to everyone I know!

Stopped by on a whim looking for someone to mount and balance a single tire/wheel. At first I went to a bigger box store across the street with a big yellow and black sign that said NO, and in hindsight I m glad they did, because the service I received at RNR was friendly, fast, and affordable. All the staff at RNR did a great job and I ll be sure to return as a repeat customer in the future.

Staff very rude and disrespectful towards black people.They threaten people as if that going get anything done. Wouldn t recommend them if they last tire shop on the planet. They also feel that if you don t do as they say when they say then you have your tries repo at anytime. Like when i paid my tires off it months before the due date never again.

I will say I've had great experiences with this place when they had April working here now that she is gone this place has gone downhill I called to ask if they could push mine and my husband's accounts out and make a double payment next week due to the holiday our pay was less than normal for both of us. Tina said she had that done and it was pushed out til the next week then both our accounts came out of our account and overdrafted our account so now we will get 2 overdraft fees and screwed us over for the following week.

I called to get some information, price estimates and other necessary information to decide if this company was a good fit for me since I had friends, family and co-workers with mixed reviews. I asked the lady that answered the phone but she said she couldn't provide any of that information only book appointments and did I want to do that. I said I had questions I wanted answered first. After trying to get me to book an appointment and have my questions answered then, she finally said she would have one of the owners call me back within the hour. That was a Wednesday. By Monday of the next week with two more calls on my end to follow up and still no information or call back from anyone who could provide information to me, I finally gave up and gave my money to a company that provided me all of the information I asked for right then and there. Now I will never know what kind of work this company does because I will never give them my hard earned money. If I'm going to spend my money, I want it to go to a business that at least pretends to value me.

UPDATE: They issued the refund.Do not go here. Horrible experience from top to bottom. The service took very long, BUT that is not the main reason for this review. When I was serviced in April 2023, I signed up for a payment plan that was scheduled to end in August of 2023. I was on an auto-payment cycle, and the bill was paid on a bi-weekly occurrence. I did not miss a single payment, or incur any additional charges. The billing cycle continued to bill my card every other Saturday for 4+ months following August 2023. I was told by Tina in accounting that 'They don't stop their billing cycle until the customer calls to let RNR know that the account is paid off' which DIRECTLY goes against the documentation I signed to authorize the auto payment, and is ILLEGAL. I was also given an excuse that the system will continue to bill the card/account on file if the last payment is not exact to the normal payment? Did not really understand that statement, but nothing in the signed documents reflect anything of this nature. I admit that I should have caught this sooner, but to blame the customer for not verifying that RNR is following their own rules and the law is ridiculous. I will be surprised to get my refund back from them, and am prepared to take this situation to small claims court.

First off I wanna say this place ROCKS!!! Very positive atmosphere, very communicative, they don t mind working with you very reasonable payment plans if you need it. They very honest I ve had a few things done with them already with the payment plans and it works wonderfully. If you need help with your. Went in for a bad wheel bearing which they fixed. We paid half down, with no down it would have been 10 payments with it, it was 5 they charged us for a 6th time. When I called to ask about it they said that s just an estimate . I m not sure how they do their math but however they do it, it s not correct. They definitely take way more money from you than they put on paper.

With times like these who has extra money laying around for tires? I sure didn't and needed them desperately. Rob was amazing and explained the process, got me in the same day I called. Tina went over the Financials with me and made the process smooth. I have not had a single problem with them. I was able to get brand new tires so my vehicle was safe for my family and was able to make payments without breaking the bank. It truly helped in a pinch.

Very up set had new tires put on drove it over 40 miles a day on I94 one way to hospital my husband was in early mornings drove home at dark I m in my 70s and uses a walker notice my steering wheel was little wabble to it so next day I drove it let my son in law ok at it lives only 2 miles from me it became worse slowed down to hardly nothing all of sudden front drivers side tire fell off he came to assist me had to call a tow truck I only had one lug nut that was on the ground next to tire that s all I had one! I could have got killed or killed some one else! This has all been reported to them wrecked my front fender I was told the lug nuts were over tighten they got there tow truck pick it up from my son in laws house were it was towed supposedly by fixing it a wheel that it bent it s ok but it s not few days later brake pad was grinding I had to replace it it was broke so right now nothing is being done to fix my ugly looking fender nobody got back to me about it I haven t pursued it yet cause of my husband being ill going to now oh yes they do take my payments out every month I do have a winning case when I do pursue this!! Came in for my scheduled 1:00pm appointment and sat in the waiting area. At 2:30pm I got up and walked over to look outside and see if my truck was there just. to see a tech walking to my truck with a packet. I watched him get in and proceed to pull it in. I had another appointment set at 3:00pm for an eye exam and I missing it because no one even told me they were running behind or that they ran into trouble. I only get one day off a week and have to get as much done as possible so now I m not sure when can get another appointment!

The customer service from the Kalamazoo location is below average. Tina in particular needs more training on how to deal with customers. I wouldn t recommend anyone there for any services!

10/10 recommend. I called every tire shop in Kalamazoo/Portage, half didn't answer, and the other half told me their machines couldn't do a type F tire install. RNR got the job done without hesitation.

The service was amazing from beginning to end. It took less than a few hours to be feeling safe again with new tires underneath me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They even noticed some front end parts that need replaced and I will be back to have them installed soon. I definitely have found a place that I can trust and count on to keep me and my family safe while on the road. Thank you to all who work at RNR for your amazing service and kindness. For the most part the customer service was outstanding the people that I dealt with or nice and courteous the one thing that I didn't like is I was promised TPMS sensors with my new tires and I did not get them I was told if I wanted them I had to come back to get them and I live 45 minutes away and then I'd have to reschedule another appointment so now I have to come back and use more of my gas and more of my time for something that should have been done already

No one could get a set of tires put on my Buick Encore because they were all booked up, due to it being the day before Thanksgiving! We happened to stop here & not only could they put a set on but was thorough enough, they noticed my tie rod end was going bad. So they replaced that too & also included a front end alignment, in w the price & had everything done in less than 2 hours!! I will most definitely, do my shopping here from now on!!

RNR was definitely a lifesaver In a moment where I had no extra cash to replace flat tires. Instead of only being able to replace one I was able to make affordable payments in replacing all of my tires. Very convenient and a helpful team.
