The service these guys give is worth 5 stars, unfortunately I was not a customer. I was an employee. After 3 days I got let go because I was told that the company is always looking for ways to improve efficiency, so I started suggesting ways to improve different things, while doing my job. Than I brought up weekly pay. Told my manager that bi-weekly pay is looked at as employers controlling our money because we aren't good with it. They did NOT like this. Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired.I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage.Avoid working here.

I was referred here for an oil change in a pinch. Was feeling good, as I got first thing in the morning and was able to pull right in. Staff was very friendly, and I was in and out in about 12 minutes. A little pricier than the dealer, but I thought it was probably worth it given the time savings I just received. Went a week without issue, since I did not get on the highway, but not even 2 minutes onto 131, a heard a rumble and then some consistent flapping. Pulled over and my splash shield had popped loose and was dragging along the highway at 70mph. Now need to go back to the dealer to get it fixed. Time savings would be great, if I didn't have to put more time in to get my car fixed.

Terrible customer service. Lying about appointment times then when asked for manager the manager jus screams into the phone without any knowledge of what s going on and hangs up. I highly recommend going to another place. This one is just trash and I haven t even been there yet.And instead of reaching out they comment on a review #Trash

I came through with a friend. They didn't tighten down something to his oil and it was sleeping out and the car could have blown. We came on Aug 1st. Never ever will either one of us come back to this place. Ruined the reputation for myself, him, his friends and family, my friends and family. Thanks for the great service. Haven't had a decent review in 2 months here. I can guarantee that you guys have messed other cars up and they just don't say anything. Just like my friend whos car this was. He would never write a review good or bad. So I did!!!

Amazing. I wasn't expecting to stay in my vehicle and be directed to where they needed me, yet they were awesome at respectfully directing me for all the checks they did to be sure all my lights are working and change my oil. They showed me my air filter. It needs changing, next time maybe. They showed me how my oil looked, yep it was time. They filled all my fluids. And Caitlin told me to stop by anytime to have them topped off as well. She said Perfirmance Plus offers that service, for all their customers, in between oil changes. They were efficient, friendly and did the job right. I'm so glad PP was recommended, as I am now a customer for life.

Great service, great people. You're in and out quickly so you can get on with your day. I went in to see if they could replace a headlight for me since it's difficult to get to, and they changed it for me with no problems. I recommend them for everything.

They have taking care of my cars for years and I have had excellent service. They know my cars on sight. My 1998 ran for 250k miles, before I traded it in. I still my 1999 and a 2016 and the engines have had no problems at all.

Steve and Antwain were amazing! They offered several oil change options, happily changed my rear wiper, and two lights that were out. I ve been to several other places that offered to change my license plate light and couldn t get it done. Great guys and a great experience. They even kept us laughing throughout our visit. Good workers there. Well the two I met. Shout out to them. They both explained to me very well about my vehicle as they worked. Quick service. Will become a regular. Until my place of employment opens back up our service department.

I was greeted by Steve and the entire team. I was the fourth in line but watched as the entire team, all of them, worked together to expedite the services. I was in and out in no time, and they even replaced the oil plug that had been compromised in previous oil changes. It was a hot day and they all were working, and sweating, in the heat. Every one of the team were pleasant and working hard. It is so great to see people working together, and working hard to serve the customer. There was no pressure for any "upsell", that I appreciated. I wish I knew the names of all that were involved, but I don't, as the technician below never appeared to me. I have a service business and must say I would hire any of the team that served me today. Good work team, keep it up!Service: Oil change

This place is okay, but I won't be coming back after being there twice. They told me that a taillight was out. After I got home I checked and it was still lighting up. I also checked the brake lights and it was the same.I also feel like they try to get me to buy services that I didn't ask for or need. There's not really pressure, but I don't like having to continually decline things.EDIT: Like I said, this place is okay. If you need an oil change in a pinch I would go here, but I personally won't be coming back.

I got great service otherwise, but I was told that I had a transmission leak that was "pretty bad". Obviously I panicked and took it to a garage, only to find out I did NOT have a transmission leak. Please be cautious if you go here and do not automatically believe what they tell you.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I will never go anywhere else again! I loved it! Dwain and Antwain were AMAZING. They were informative, speedy, and overall fantastic in every single way. Prices aren t bad either. This company is lucky to have these two working for them!

Rude, impatient, impersonal, and extremely unprofessional. From the moment I get there they are yelling at me from across the garage and are extremely condescending the entire time they are speaking to me.Half the time I can barely understand what they are saying and the other half they are swearing like sailors. You have to love how they change to a more friendly tone as soon as it's time to pay and they can tell you're not a happy customer.I will not be coming back and I highly recommend other people take their business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Was pretty quick and easy but they said the wipers were 2 for $25 and they would give me a $5 discount. Charged me $36 for the wipers and didn t give me the $5 discount.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They kept scamming me. I never had issues with my car until I went there. I gave them two chances and both times I ended up having work done on my car. Most recently I took it in and they told me my transmission fluid was leaking, they even tried showing me a picture that the guy took with his phone. I told him that it hadn't leaked before and I would be able to tell because of the snow we have been getting. He then checked my transmission fluid level and it was normal and clean. When I got home I checked where I parked and there was nothing there, but the next morning there was. I am very frustrated with this place. Additionally, their prices seem to keep increasing. They try to get you with a "punch card", but $40-50 for an oil change is ridiculous.

I was having a really bad day, feeling like I could cry at any moment and the people at Performance Plus Quick Lube were so overly nice and kind to me. They definitely made my day a little better, I think they deserve a bonus or a raise or both. Thank you all so much for being so kind and nice, I will definitely be coming back

I've been going to this oil change place for almost 3 years and I love it. The guys are always helpful and friendly. Wonderful service every single time I go in, even if it is for a top off of fluids. I would recommend them to anyone I know :)

Went there for a routine oil change. The attendant was very confused about some parts under the hood of my car. Mind you, I have a 2015 Traverse, so a pretty common vehicle. By the time I got home, my check engine light was on, oil was leaking from my car, and I had a completely flat front tire. I called them to notify them of the situation and they told me they would be happy to check things over if I brought the car back in. I guess they didn't get the flat tire memo. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to fix their mess. I will NEVER do business here again.

I will always recommend this business to all of my friends and strangers. I never feel pressured and services are explained in a way I can understand. I am in and out in about 10-15 minutes and EVERYONE is courteous and friendly. Follows mask protocols! :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is awesome. The staff is great, especially Dwain. He is always very friendly and straightforward. They don't make you feel obligated to buy extras and are not pushy like other places. The place is quick, convenient, is well priced.

Yesterday, I had about the most lousy experience I can ever recall at any retail establishment. I pulled in and asked for my usual "oil change, please" After the oil change, I expected the usual check of tires, fluids, lights, etc. but none of this happened. When I asked about the other checks, I was told I had only ordered an oil change, that I had not asked for these other services, and they were not covered in the $26 I had paid. The response was clearly that I was an idiot for not knowing about the February "Oil Change Only" promotion and that if I had wanted these "extra services" done I should have asked for them in advance. I didn't get them and I'll never go back.

Thank you Antwain for your amazing customer service. He got my Truck in and out in 20mins. He checked everything on my vehicle so i was ready for my trip down south. He also informed me of a recall on my truck that i didnt have knowledge on. Thank you again for all your help.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff want to help and answer questions about car care. They're fast too. Clean facility with a nice waiting room if you don't want to wait on your car on a hot day.
