Caleb did a great job helping me install a replacement battery. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and I would recommend Caleb and the team anytime you re in need of assistance.

Kalamazoo store; I needed the low beam light bulb replaced in car. Package of 2 purchased. Young man was able to replace both headlights. He identified a safety issue where I had new battery replaced an arm that secures battery in place was missing; too much movement of battery could cause positive or negative cable to break and possibly induce a fire under the hood. I purchased the replacement and he secured the battery.All work done in O'Reilly parking lot in about an hour!I am comfortable going thete again or calling with questions.As I drove away...I forgot to ask his name..but Thank you!

Outstanding customer service! I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me with my headlight, but he was very knowledgeable and quick to help. Would give ten stars if I could!

Just went here and got a new battery and installation by Cody. I HATE dealing with anything cars. Of all the dreadful things, cars may be the most dreadful to me. My house could burn down and I'd be like "well at least it's not an issue with the transmission." Cody was so helpful and informative! No stress. Completely straightforward. Had fun chatting with him, too. He laughed at my dad jokes. Thank you so much!!

Knowledgeable staff. Come in and let that one dude tell you about the car chase he was involved with. That was one helluva story, man . . . and he took care of the check engine light.

I wanted to thank Randy the assistant manager of this store for helping me tonight and putting my battery in my Yukon. I had a major back surgery about 4 weeks ago and I'm not able to do alot of things. Randy was there for me. My wife and I so appreciate that, it didn't start out a good day and he got things taken care of for us! Fantastic job!!

Auto Zone told me on the phone, I would need something that cost $200. I was freaking out, because I'm a single mom on disability. Went straight here and a couple things just needed tightened which a wonderful employee did!

Sent my wife there for new windshield wipers. She was very happy with the service and suggested I submit a favorable review. She said that they were friendly and had the wipers installed in seconds..free. I also like free, friendly service!

Great location. Great parking space but due to the location I feel that it's hard to get out of unless you are heading south. Crossing traffic to go north bound is a little harder. Shelves seem full and service was willing to help if you ask. Prices seem to be the same as all the other auto parts store.

O'Reilly as a store is a good stop but one of their employees harassed me in the parking lot for parking at O'Reilly instead of Culver's after I just purchased parts and didn't want to move my truck.

Thank you Jeff! I purchased 2 headlamps for my car a few months ago. One went out and I went in to have it replaced. I did not have my receipt, but Jeff was able to find me in their system and replaced the lamp for me! What amazing service!!! Thank you so much!!!

O'Reilly was a great place to shop for your car needs. They are very helpful in getting a part for your car. It didn't take a long time to get the part we needed for our car

Even after triple checking what vehicle I am ordering parts for and the specific parts I am needing I have never gotten a single order correct (we are talking about vehicle specific things such as brakes, lug nuts, suspension components, etc.). This goes for parts I've ordered that I had to wait for to ship in and parts that they "had in stock" and every time I get told it "must be an issue on the manufacturers end, because we never mess up." Avoid going here, AutoZone is literally right next store and actually has what you're looking for for comparable prices.

Worked with a gentleman named Austin and he was just absolutely phenomenal and went way above and beyond what I was expecting. I was having difficulties with the brake and turn signal lights, and after I explained the problem he came out with me to the car and looked. He tried replacing the bulb and low and behold it worked! After I checked out, he came back out and replaced the other bulb for me. I told him I could do it but he said he was more than happy to do it and it would only take a few minutes. He put everything back together and now the lights work perfectly. By far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks Austin & O'Reilly Auto!!!

Only giving four stars because last time I came in to have my check engine light checked, the guy at the counter seemed annoyed that he had to help me. Other than that, i have received great service and fair prices.

Not the most knowledgeable in autos as some of the other stores but it just depends on when u go in n who's working pricing is about the same as others in my experience it's basically just another parts store

This particular branch of O'Reillys has terrible customer service, the employees don't seem motivated and pleasant to deal with. It was also weird seeing the asst mgr Dave opening up a pop can and drinking while on counter with customer.

Have been going to O'Reilly Auto Parts for over 7 years, the last 4 years to this one in Portage. I've had two brake calipers purchased from them fail in less than 2 years. In addition, when they sell you the wrong part and you have to take another trip to return it (which happened to me today), the sales clerk first said the part was right and upon realizing his mistake never said sorry (or anything of that nature). They're losing my loyalty quickly...

O'Reilly almost always has what I'm in need of at reasonable prices and one of two places that carry my antifreeze.
