Just had my first experience with Kzoo, switching out winter for summer tires. Was easily able to get an appointment and was in and out in literally 15 minutes. I m used to using one of the chains, where d I d often wait for several hours even if I had an appointment. And the pricing at Kzoo was very competitive. Highly recommend

Honest and they do an outstanding job. Competitive pricing. I consider their pricing a good deal since the quality service surpasses the big companies. As a comparison, Belle Tire and Discount Tire are like high school football teams and Kalamazoo Tire is an NFL team.

I was treated so rudely by the woman at the front I would give this place 1 star but I gave it 2 because the man that worked there was at least nice and helpful.As a business owner, I am appalled that they can stay in business with employees that treat their customers like this. There was absolutely no reason to keep me waiting for over 3 hours and when I went in to ask if I should plan to come back tomorrow, she said she couldn't give me that information. The man walked in behind her and said it would be done in 10 minutes. Then when I paid she just pushed the invoice in my direction without a thank you or even a look. I'm not sure why she didn't like me from the moment I walked in the door but I can guarantee she won't have to be offended by my face again. Now I have to tell the person who referred me to Kzoo tire what happened because I know he will be so interested to hear how well my experience went.

I went into Kazoo Tire early on a Friday afternoon because I had a leaking tire on my truck. "Bring it in Monday and leave it for the whole day" they said. "The whole day?" I said. "It can take as long to find a leak as it takes to put four new tires on" they said. What nonsense. On the Saturday I went to Discount Tire - they are open on Saturdays, unlike Kazoo Tire. Discount Tire fixed the leak in 30 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I won't ever be going back to Kazoo Tire.

I wasn't actually able to get my service done. They had no record of my appointment and there was no mechanic in that day. Not sure what happened, but caused us to waste our time.

Im clueless about car stuff but these guys are respectful & nice. And do a great job! I ve only been going here less than a year but have so far gotten new tires from them, oil changes & a few other things. I appreciate the old school, pleasant customer service as well.

Awesome experience! 7:00 am flat tire needed air to leave home. 7:30 am pulled into Kalamazoo Tire Co and explained my problem. 8:00 am, tire replaced as it couldn't be repaired and back on the road again! Fast, friendly and honest communication. What more can ask for today! It is all about the customer service experience.You have my business for life! Thanks again!!

Called to have a tire looked at for an air leak. Explained they installed the tires and the tire will not hold air longer than 24hrs. The best they could do was an appointment 3 weeks out. It s more important to make big money on new tires than keeping returning customers on the road.Update:The individual who took my call was rude, showed no empathy in the situation, and offered zero solutions even when I requested to removed the tire and drop it off. Your response changes nothing. Initial interaction with any customer is crucial. I took my tire to discount who accepted it and will have it repaired. A national chain will get my money and all future business. Too bad. I would prefer to support local. But not when they mistreat a customer of over a decade.

My experience was great. They are beyond bomb! The Customer Service is great,& the work is beyond professional. They stopped the air leak in all four tires. I saw how they treated every customer as I waited for my car. I'm a forever customer! It's worth the drive for me. I live East and was referred to them by one of they're loyal customers. You will be SATISFIED! Pricing is good too.

We have been Kzoo tire customers for a little over 20 years and they are simply the best! They have good prices and excellent customer service but the thing that stands out the most to me is their honesty and integrity. If they recommend a tire to you then you can trust that that tire will be the best for your car and circumstances. Similarly, if they say that your car needs mechanical work then you can trust that your car needs that work done. We're very grateful for Kzoo Tires!

I needed new tires before we had snow hit as my tires were well past safe. They had me drop off my car that same day and completed my tires by 1:30pm. It was fantastic. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The fact that they fit me in that day was amazing and I will only ever take my car here for routine maintenance! They have earned my business for the rest of my stay in Michigan.

I went there for a oil change. I ask if they have purple royal oil, I was told yes they do. So I had them do the oil change. I change my oil and seen the oil was not purple royal oil. I am upset, I was told what I was getting was the oil I ask for and didn t receive that. I do my own oil change regularly I know what purple royal oil looks like dirty. Only let them do it because it was just to cold. The people seem nice though, I was grateful for them rotating my tires but just upset I didn t get what I ask for. I m glad my car is fine though.

I've bought several sets of tires here, and had countless oil changes. They are always easy to schedule an appointment with. They are always nice, and they finish the work much faster than I anticipate. The coffee is not too bad either.

Really appreciate the folks at Kzoo Tire Company. Been there a number of times for different things and have always found them knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I'm almost always in and out of there in a half hour or so. It's obvious that they work hard and value your time. So glad they're right around the corner from my house. Don't hesitate to try Kzoo Tire Company. I think you'll be glad you did.

Bad Tire Patch Job! Went to see them to have a tire patched and it did not hold. $18 charge. Went back within the month as it was leaking and they said they found a SECOND hole, but patched it no charge. Went out of town the next day and the same tire leaking AGAIN!!! Took it to Goodyear out of town to patch and they handed me a small patch that fit in the palm of my hand and said it had not been repaired correctly. I asked about the second hole....WHAT they said?? there was no second hole!! Months later the patch the out of town place put on is still good. Guess I know why Kzoo Tire didn't charge me for the second patch, there was no second hole!! Have been a customer for years, but no more! So sad they lied to me.

I cannot say enough about this company! It was my first time visit and I had a bad tire with a wobble in it. The worker, not only got me in immediately, helped me figure out the cheapest way to fix it that would provide the most safety for traveling, also went above and beyond to help me unload my ENTIRE trunk inside his garage to get my spare so I didn't have to do it outside in the rain. Very honest and full of integrity here folks. Service you can trust. I'll be back for sure.

The gentleman that work they're always so nice and friendly. The waiting area is clean and wonderful and just comfortable to sit in the chairs. They're always willing to work with you. I would highly recommend them your car will be in fantastic hands when they are working on it.

Great service, great prices and it was fast. Had a flat and he fixed me up with a used tire for cheap and was happy to do it. Definitely will be back for most of my car repair needs.

Just purchased a set of Michelin tires for my 2010 Toyota Venza and couldn't be happier. Owner Dave Foley gave me a great deal and was very helpful in walking me through several options before deciding on the Michelin's. I have been dealing with Kzoo Tire for almost 25 years and have never been disappointed once. Dave, Scott and Chris are great guys to deal with and customer service is their highest priority. Thanks again for a good experience.

This place is amazing! Not only did they squeeze me in to a very hectic day, they were fair and reasonable! Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Will definitely come back to these guys!

Recently had a set of all terrains put on my truck. I will say, the speed of the job was excellent. You really can t go anywhere and beat the price either. That being said, the ride was really rough and my truck was shaking at highway speeds immediately after the tires were put on. I thought that maybe it was all in my head. After about a week of driving I realized that maybe the tires weren t balanced correctly. I decided to take it to a chain store and have them re-balanaced. I didn t tell them they were new tires or where I had purchased them from. When I came back to get the truck, the service tech said that my tires were severely out of balance . Truck rides like a dream now. My wife and I try to spend our money local, but it was kind of a bummer that I had to spend another $60 at a different shop to have the tires balanced properly. Anyway, service was good..price was excellent...just lacked in the balancing area.

I went out on my lunch with a flat tire due to a nail in it. When I walked into Kzoo Tire, it was so nice to see two familiar faces behind the counter when I was already in a panic. I gave them my paperwork and they said they could fit me in today, but all their guys were at lunch. I said I was too and needed to get back. The manager that was helping me stopped everything that he was doing to help me. He said he would fix it and took my car into the bay. 20 minutes later my tire was fixed and I was on my way back to work! I can't begin to say how grateful I am for their awesome customer service! This is the reason why my family has done service with them for 25+ years and I will recommend Kzoo Tire to everyone for their tire needs.

Have bought my tires here for probably 30 years. Also oil changes, brakes, wipers, rotating. Great service. They take care of you. Its busy..dont wait till last minute if routine...make an appointment!

Been here a few times, always a great experience. They even sent a tech with an impact gun to my house once to help me take off a tire in my driveway. Well run company, efficient, and always a great price!

So happy with the service here at Kzoo Tires. This is the only place we have our tires serviced for our vehicles and for our travel trailer. They are fair, honest, and work with you to find the best deal! This is such a fantastic business right here in Portage for your tire needs!
