BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jayd Weyenberg at Diamond Auto. The first vehicle was a complete mess. We drove it 1 mile off the lot and every light came on as it went into limp mode. Jayd seemed nice and helped fix it. I also paid for the warranty, Thank God! THE SECOND VEHICLE AND WAS A COMPLETE JOKE! I bought a Nissan Rogue for a Florida Vehicle. As I am driving it down there, I see a sensor light on, the passenger window wouldn t open, and the dipstick was broken down inside the funnel. I texted Jayd the issues with quotes from the Nissan Dealer, which I have pictures of, and he told me to get them fixed and he would reimburse me. After I got them fixed, he told me the prices were highway robbery and sent me a check for $350 out of what he said was good faith. The total cost was $950 for repairs and I prepaid $600 for a 3-month, 6,000 mile warranty. I have bought a lot of vehicles from different small businesses in this area, and NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM. If you buy from Diamond Auto, you are making a big mistake!

We bought a 2011 Ford edge. They sold us a lemon. The touch blinking system broke within a month. They wouldn't cover the repair the cost from Ford. Even though I bought the extended warranty. Now, I drive around with my hazards on all the time. I will never buy from this place again. I also tell other people to stay away too.

I had a great experience purchasing a car from Diamond Auto Sales last week. The staff was super friendly and helpful (NOT pushy like I have experienced in the past) and the office was very clean and welcoming. I have noticed they always have a great selection of good looking cars outside so I was excited to finally be in the market to take a serious look. They made sure to let me know that if they didn't have what I was looking for , then they could get it - but I was glad to find something on the lot that fit all my needs and at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a great trade in value for my old beat up car so I was very pleased. Thanks to Ryan and Jayd, my car buying experience was very relaxed, comfortable and FUN. I love my new Kia and cant wait to drive it for many years ! I definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a car.

We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and had very specific criteria for the vehicle (year, miles, features, color, price). Jayd worked with us tirelessly helping us to find the proverbial needle in the haystack. Great communication and patience... we had a great experience.

Specifically asked before had what the issues on the vehicle were. I was told "car is pretty clean, its pulled and ready to go." Get there and there is a laundry list of issues with the car. Shady. Had you been honest I might still have bought it. The dishonesty had me walking away.

Drove an hour one way to check out a nice truck on this lot. Very close to being "the truck" I've een looking for. The lot was very clean and all the vehicles were standing tall. I'd have no problems buying here.

Ray Wank is HILARIOUS. Very dedicated to his job, and his knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot is impressive. Wasn't pushy at all, and extremely patient showing my husband and I different vehicles. All the vehicles on the lot were clean and we'll taken care of. Thanks Diamond Auto Sales!

I brought a Kia Sorento, which had a problem with its navigation and maps. The SD card was missing, so they got me another one. We found that the unit was bad. So they replaced that also. Most places wouldn't have done that. They kept in touch with me until the problem was dealt with. I am very satisfied with them.

My daughter bought a GMC Acadia from them last year. She paid over $16,000 for this SUV she pulled out of the lot there was no seatbelt on the passenger side that worked there was no spare tire. And there was a twist tie holding the shifter mechanism on the transmission!I would never recommend that dealership to anyone! Also she has spent over 2,000 on repairs! They are selling junker's!

I bought a great truck at a fair price and they gave me good trade in value on my truck. All 3 guys working did their part and all the transfers and financing went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone .

My son purchased a truck from them, they sent him to their sister lot to do the paperwork ( yes very shady but my son being 18 really wanted the truck, so he purchased it against my advise) then a month after he bought the truck the transmission went out in it. They over charged him for the truck, and took advantage of my son! Beware! They are scam artists here and will take advantage of you any chance they get!

Great experience, guy's there were just not trying to push an automobile onto you. Very knowledgeable about the auto industry. Not to mention very genuine and thorough. I recommend this place over any car dealership in Michigan. Nice selection of vehicles and inventory that is continuously growing. Overall good people to work with!! They also have in-house financing if you need it. Very friendly and they care!! Not just looking to make money off you like the other's dealerships in the business. If you want a great experience and looking for a great vehicle, definitely go see Diamond Auto Sales.

Saw some cool trucks online so I decided to go check them out in person.Experience with financing and trade-in was seamless. Guys really went above and beyond to make things perfect. The truck I purchased needed new tires. There was mud terrain tires on the truck and they told me they would put on some new all terrains for me. This was told to me by the salesman and the owner alike.Once I got to my tire appt, Kzoo tire informed me they bought the cheapest street tires possible. Talk about leaving a sour taste in your mouth. 2/5 stars.. If they would have kept their word about the tires, would have given 5/5.Given the parting, wouldn t use them again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. First, I am a positive person, so I would like to start off with a positive. Everyone I talked to there was nice. Justin was the one who I talked to most, and he seemed very interested in everything I talked to him about.However, the car we bought was definitely a lemon. It was a 2012 Ford Explorer with only 46k miles. I understand that this dealership is selling used cars, but there is no way that this vehicle was "thoroughly" inspected before it was sold. If it was I would have appreciated honesty and telling me what was wrong before selling the car to me.I bought this car in July 2020 and after owning the car for just 2 months, we had many problems:1. The exhaust pipe rusted and came loose.2. After further inspection, we noticed that the car had been in an accident. The body was all out of line which wasn't noticeable at first until I started working on the car. Nothing was mentioned to us when we bought it. They did a good job of hiding it.3. Front end parts started breaking like crazy. 3 parts of the front end are broke and now the back end is starting to clunk. We do not abuse our vehicles either. Our other vehicles have had no problems like this one.4. Every time we turn the steering wheel, it squeals. This was pointed out when we bought the vehicle, but we were assured it just needed grease and it would be good to go. We have greased it, but the sound comes back after a week.5. The check engine light came on right away after we bought it, which means that the engine light was likely turned off before it was sold instead of fixing the underlying problem.6. The car needs the coolant filled up regularly. Not sure where the coolant is going.From what I understand, many of their cars are bought from Canada including this one. They do not look at them beforehand, so based on my experience they try to fix them up as good as possible and hide the major faults.

Raymond was refreshingly real and honest in our dealings with him today . He was very knowledgeable with the details of the vehicle we are interested in , and had great suggestions as to maximize our car buying experience. The vehicle we decided to inquire about was very clean and in great condition, our test drive was great and the first in which we could enjoy and experience the car with a sales associate riding with us . And if any body knows that's typically not the case when they ride with u . We look forward to dealing with them in the days to come and strongly recommend that all potential car buyers make Diamond a necessary stop in their car shopping experience. Thank u Raymond!!

I came in with my heart set on one vehicle. And drove off the lot with a better car than i expected. I love this place, my advice for anyone looking for a nice car. Please come to Diamond Auto Sales in Portage Michigan.. you will not leave disappointed...Much respect for Raymond Wank he's a great salesman.

Came in to buy a new car (obviously). I just have to say, this is the best customer service I ve seen anywhere. Raymond told me that he can make miracles happen, and he definitely was not lying! So happy with my new car! Would definitely recommend Diamond Auto Sales to anyone in search of a nice, reliable car.

Jayd and Ryan were awesome. I wanted to look at a vehicle but wasn't going to be able to make it before they closed. They waited nearly 45 minutes after normal business hours. We're patient with me. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and when it was all said and done about 2 hours after close they were still very nice and patient. Thanks guys, love the car! *Highly recommend*

Great customer service! Affordable pricing! I have found big dealerships to be intimidating. Especially when searching for a $7,000-$12,000 range vehicle. Juston made everything very simple to get done and drive off the lot in a new vehicle! Highly recommended.

If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would give them that. I bought a car from them 3 years ago, no issues. Brought in my Ford Edge and traded it in for a BMW X3 that cost me $17,000 in a loan, so shouldn t really have issues and they do a inspection on all there vehicles right? Three days after doing so my new car died. I called them and they recommended that I take it into Harold Zeigler on Stadium who works with BMWs to have it looked at. Harold Zeigler gave me a list a mile long of things wrong with this car including the timing chain, oil gaskets, fuel control module, etc all totally up to about $4700 in repairs. Jayd told me that Harold Zeigler the place he told me to take it to was lying to me to make more money and that it was only the fuel control module that had something wrong with it and that was all they would help repair. I went without a vehicle for two months!!! I finally got my car back after spending $4,000 out of my pocket and going two months without a vehicle. Diamond auto sales did write me a check for one month of a car payment and they did fix the one minor thing on the list of major things that were wrong. Also, when I bought my car they told me I had a $1,000 check coming from over payment on my warranty of my previous vehicle that I would receive in one week. Well I will tell you it s been two months and all I ve done is get the run around on it and unable to reach whoever handles the refunds. I received a call today and oh surprise surprise two months later and nope I won t be receiving that 1,000 check I was promised refunded when they asked me to put $1,000 down on my new car, it is actually going to be $400. This place is nothing but lies, they are slimy and I will never ever buy or recommend anything from them. Below are copies of the receipts of things wrong with the vehicle I purchased from them.

I've waiting 27 years to purchase my first new vehicle and after choosing Diamond Auto Sales, I couldn't be any more happier. From the time the door opened to the time we walked out I felt comfortable and like family. I never felt pushed and everyone was extremely out going and nice to me. I got the car I wanted and I'm personally glad I turned at the light when I had the chance. Thanks guys for all your help and time.

Unlike other reviews that I see for Diamond auto sales, we had worst experience. We purchased a ford edge just 2.5 months back and we were told by Diamond team that WE HAVE GOT THOROUGH INSPECTION DONE and so were trusted by looking at reviews of others however in such a short duration- we got to know that tires are not okay, we have to get them changed, brake system is not okay- we have to get it changed. Really a very bad experience. So my recommendation is please do not go by words instead have a proper inspection done from your side.

The Staff are very friendly. I got a 2010 Chevy Malibu with 57K miles on it. However, the car was giving only 13 to 15 miles per gallon from starting. In less than 2 months, the car has an engine light on, damaged throttle body with bad injectors (reason for low miles per gallon) and a crack in the oil pan. I have to pay extra 2K bucks for repairing and third party insurance that I was offered while purchasing the car wont cover any thing. I am really disappointed and a big loss with this purchase.
