They are all so nice to every one , I brought my car in to get my front end fix. Because a deer ran into my car. On opening day. They had my car for a week, they fixed it like brand new. I'm so happy with my car and the guys who work on it. They did a great job. I'd recommend D&A Auto Body Shop .to any one who needs body work done. And if I every need them again it great to know they'll be there for me. They do a great job . Thank you D&A. they take great pride in there work and it shows. Terri Stacey.

Great place to take your car for body work. Had a very pleasant experience from the day I received the estimate for repairs until the day I picked up my car after the work was done. It's a place that you know that the work will be done right. They care about the quality of their work. Jake and his employees make you feel like they care and will fix your car like it is their own. I plan to return to D & A Auto If I ever need their services again. I would highly recommend D & A Auto

I recently had some collision repair done by D&A. Fortunately, it had been 16 years since I needed any work like that. D&A did the work last time so I thought I would start with them. Simply: I am 100% satisfied with their work, but more importantly, with how I was treated. From my first call to Will, my initial estimate with Jeff, the help with rental car coordination, the completion ahead of promised time, the way my car was washed and thoroughly cleaned inside, including spotless windows and floors, and follow-up about a question after I picked the car up, I could not hope to be treated with more professionalism, respect, effective communications and friendly manner. I recommend D&A unconditionally.

Probably the nicest people I ve met! Super understanding and kind. Being in a car accident is stressful enough and the individuals here were so extremely nice. They got back with my estimate really fast and were completely honest about any additional charges I might see when getting my car fixed. Once I come up with the money to get my car fixed I will 100% be taking it to this shop. So professional! And great communication!

This is my third vehicle over a 10 year period that I've used D&A for. They are always professional, the place appears clean and well organized. This time my technician was Jake. He kept in contact with me to explain everything and my vehicle looks beautiful. Thank you D&A!

I will only take my cars to D&A. They got me in for a estimate same day, fixed the car enough so I could drive it, offered a loaner to get me thru the "soft fix". Was clear on the date to bring it back. All around great customer service.

Wow, that is about all I can say. But I first got into the accident with my vehicle. No other garage was willing to take my truck. These Guys were willing to take it on was my project manager and was phenomenal cut updated along the way. They went above and beyond But they were supposed to do they essentially made my truck look brand new again even a couple of things that was wrong with it before the accident. I have heard horror stories about body shops, so Jake was nice enough to show me parts were replaced, and not Bondo And anytime I stopped in, would make me through and show me the progress.

I would highly recommend D & A!! I had the best experience with them. They were recommended by my insurance company. I had hit a deer and wasn t sure what to do but that s okay. All I had to do was tell State Farm I had chosen them for my repairs and Jake from D & A took care of everything from there. He kept me updated on the repairs being done, and when I could expect it back. I fully expected it to be awful a bunch of excuses, we can t get this in, can t do that. There was none of that! They called to let me know when a loaner was available for me. Even though it was late on a Friday, they made sure I was taken care of for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up the inside was cleaner than when I left it with them. When I was leaving Jake told me if I had any issues with the car, he wanted to be the first to know!

I highly recommend D & A auto body! I hit a deer on my way to work and when I called them to schedule an appointment they had it originally scheduled right away (Nov) however due to the world being short staffed they needed to push me out to the beginning of Dec, which I was ok with! They loaned me a vehicle with pretty much one stipulation, bring it back full and it was FREE! They got all the work done in a timely fashion, Trevor kept me up to date on parts/repairs. If (which I hope not) I need any more work done I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO D& A AUTO!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my second time I brought my white Honda CRV to D&A Auto Body to repair a few dents on the bumper due to slight collision this Tuesday and D&A Auto Bidy did an awesome job , beyond my expectations. One thing I m extremely satisfied about this Auto Body store is when I pick up my vehicle, they clean up everything inside and outside my vehicle, shine and clean and give my vehicle a clean wash . Today I got my vehicle back in satisfaction after just 3 days of their work hard . I want to send shoutout to mr Trevor Jepkema ( Estimator ) and his team for their wonderful job . I recommend everyone to this Auto Body store 100% . We will be back . Thankyou. We appreciate

Let's just say me being in the automotive field also, I am fairly picky about what my truck looks like. I had a few friends that have been in the autobody business highly recommend D&A after I hit a deer on my way to work. My previous "favorite body shop" disappointed me last time I needed something done. So anyway I decide to give D&A a try. I'm happy to report I'm so very glad I did. The repair work on my truck possibly looks better than the factory original paint! I hope I wont need them anytime soon, but if I do I won't hesitate to use them again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Definitely check this place out if you need something done with your vehicle! I went through another shop for a simple tail light casing replacement, and they left me hanging for close to two years!!I refilled the claim, choosing D & A Autobody, and boy did they not disappoint. I rolled into the shop around 1pm on a Monday; didn t even hit the highway and they d called to tell me the part was in stock and that when they got it they d schedule the repair. I missed the call THAT SAME AFTERNOON. I called them back the following day, they scheduled me and within 48 hours they had replaced the tail light casing. It works great.I waited on another shop that continuously blew me off, for a year and a half. D&A treated me like they cared. They resolved my issue swiftly. I was only in the shop for maybe 45 minutes overall. That s inspection and installation. You can t beat service like that, and all of my repairs will be through them in the future.

I got my keyed car (3 panels) fixed up here and it was great! They even detailed the inside which I super appreciated. I went through my insurance (Progressive) and only had to talk to the shop to confirm the appointment, the rest was handled my insurance and updated online for me. The job took 5 days and my car was returned in amazing shape!Service: Body & Trim

I was stressing out because the rear glass window hinges were rotting really bad and coming off on my 2012 Ford Excape. I was afraid my window was going to fall off while driving down the road. I called and got it looked at the same day. The next day it was fixed. I would highly recommend them. Great service and staff. Great price. Thank you so much!

This will be the second time we have used their services. Both incidents were caused by the other drivers. D and A has always put our vehicles back together . Will be picking up my Highlander tomorrow. Could not ask for a better Auto Body Shop and staff.

Excellent costumer service. Best expirence with a body shop. Things like car repairs alway stress me out. But from the time I took my car into the shop, they took care of everything. You will not regret anything. I will highly recommend them.

Every once in a while people experience a glitch in the system when dealing with a business. I recently had a little glitch at D & A. The good thing about it was Jake " bent over backwards" to make it work and get it right. This is why I brought my vehicle back a second time when I needed something repaired. Because of what happened, they were very gracious to me. The folks at D & A want to get it right and make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this business for your auto repair needs. Thanks Jake and D & A. You're the best.

After a minor car accident, I left my car in the hands of D&A and was so happy with them!They worked so well with my insurance, kept me updated on everything they were doing, and got my car back to me in an Impressive week and a half.My car returned to me looking brand new, even a good cleanup on my interior!Everyone I communicated with there was super friendly and helpful. I hope that I don t need body work again in the future, but if I do I will be sure to use d&a!Service: Body & Trim

I chose this shop completely at random. My car was damaged in a drive by after it was shot. The 1st shop I called didn't answer and so I called the next one in line and it was this shop. I'm so glad it was, they are amazing. They worked so smoothly with my insurance, they gave me a loaner car since my insurance didn't fully cover a rental. They fixed all the interior work beautifully. A couple weeks later I had a minor accident and wanted to get it checked to make sure it was only cosmetic and I only trusted taking it to them. As a woman, you never know if people will shoot straight with you but I trust them. They took a look at it, no charge, to make sure it was safe to drive. I will forever use this shop for all my car needs and I recommend them to anyone anytime I can!Service: Body & Trim

Incredibly satisfied with the quality and speed at D&A, they were great about explaining everything and remaining in contact with me. They gave me a loaner car for while they worked on my repairs and had everything done and my car back to me within the week. They also returned my car extremely clean and the bumper they repaired looks immaculate. I highly recommend them!!
