Got a battery here for half the price than what is at the other stores. The gentlemen at the front were incredibly nice, fast and helpful. I always feel like a burden at other places and they were awesome here. Check Campbell s out before the other guys!!! Thank you!

After receiving two heater cores from autozone without caps on the inlet and outlet of the heater core along with crystallized debri on them. Campbell was able to provide a heater core without crystallized debri and caps on the inlet and outlet. Happy to drive acrossed town for quality parts.

Their delivery driver pulled out in front of us in traffic - forced to slam on breaks. The dog and child in our backseat weren t happy

So I need a new battery for my car. I go to Campbell Auto, they had the best price in town. But I guess you'll always pay the price somehow. See, I can't lift the battery out of my car, and it won't start, and they won't switch them out for me. So here I sit in their parking lot, with a new battery and a dead car. I will never go here again. Customer service was less than desirable!

Had a frustrating experience changing my brakes this weekend and had to come in here 4 times in the span of a few hours. The guys were patient, kind, and beyond helpful every time - they got me all set up with the parts I needed at the best price. No plans to go anywhere else on the street ever again!

Outstanding service with very knowledgeable employees. Great service and ability to resolve solutions on the fly when parts are not listed in the books. They have a long local history and have been here before the invasion of big box and National parts stores.

My favorite part store in Kalamazoo Mike, Alex, and Jerry are the best they re 3 of the nicest guys you ever wanna meet they take their time with their customers and always friendly even talk a little junk with you I always feel welcome here.

Always got the part I need. Thank you Mike for repeating the price three times as the phone slipped off my shoulder (greasy hands). Been dealing with Campbell since last century 1999 and they are awesome!

Been going to Campbell's since 1988 Always took care of me for parts and got many overnight if not in stock. The counter guys have always been great and knowledgeable. They are great!

Used to be this was a great place w/a really cool, jovial guy behind the counter, now there are just grumpy guys who are always on the phone instead of waiting on you. Yeah, they've been rude which I just shrug off, but they got really rude to my gf when she asked questions about parts. Seems like it's their job to answer questions.

Go to for auto and lawnmower needs they have or can order you lawnmower belts, blades,and filters better blades than I bought from Sears and Tractor Supply. Were heavier duty. Been going there for years. Just great people with lots of knowledge and services. BTW blades and filters were cheaper in prices.

Great place to do business with . Been doing business with them for many years they always are very knowledgeable and always very helpful on any of your cars or trucks or for any of your motor vehicle needs. Ask for Jerry , Bo or Mike they all will take good care of you .

These are good people! Twice within a week the guys at the service counter helped us with issues: First, they sold us new wiper blades for one car and installed them for free. Then, a few days later, I thought we needed new wipers for a used Ford Focus we had just purchased. Turns out the existing wipers blades were just installed incorrectly. I'm sorry I didn't get the Campbell employee's name, but he took the time to check it out and re-installed the blades correctly instead of selling me new blades. Thanks guys! We'll be back!

I just want to say that I went to get oil change supply's for my Jeep today after walking out of AutoZone where I had no personal assistance and poor customer service there. I have no idea why I went to autozoone as I always go to Campbell Auto Supply but consequently left and drove right next door to Campbell. The gentleman that helped me today was very nice and friendly and assisted me all through out my questions and concerns and gave forth 110% customer service with all my oil change needs. Thank you Campbell for your awesome service and to the gentleman that helped me out today 4/22/17.Julie

I came on Saturday at 2:30pm no one in the store and the store is closed when I called them yesterday they told me you re gonna open from 8am to 5pm. Also, they still have my order and they know I have to pick up my order today because it s so important.

You can't find cheaper auto parts prices. Don't even bother looking at the others. Just speaking from personal experience. I still do though of course, but Campbell is the cheapest every single time. You think I would would have learned by now...

I have been a long time Campbell customer, I not only go here for all my personal auto repairs but I also use them alot for work. Staff is great and so is the onwer, I have never had a problem with them and will continue to use them even if they aren't the cheapest, because they stand behind what they sell.

Grew up dealing with Campbell. Now it's just another parts store. Used to get good discounts with Cambell. I guess times have changed
