I had my car in for repair after someone backed into it. They are extremely friendly and awesome at keeping you informed. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with everything done. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I would definitely recommend this place for whatever your car needs to have done. Dry timely. Staff was great to work with and they communicated with me from start to finish! Very satisfied with the workmanship.

Vehicle was in for repair after a deer strike. Even though the Lover's Lane shop didn't work directly with my insurance company, they took on the job. They hit their original promise date, and the car looked great when they were finished. They even cleaned the leather inside! I would definitely recommend them!

My daughter hit a couple of dear on her way to work in the dark mornings last fall. As busy as the repair business has been, Caliber had our car back to us within two weeks in complete working order. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with how my car looked after it was fixed .I was well taken care of. I would use their business again. My car took longer then expected but I wanted it all to be done right If they extended the time needing my car .Gabi the technician was very helpful and cared to make sure everything was fixed before my car was returned to me even if it met to keep my car longer .

Ken was fantastic to work with. His communication was great through the whole process. The car looked amazing when I got it back and it was done in a timely fashion. I plan to coming back for any other car repairs that I need.

They are very friendly. Did a great job but it took a lot longer than expected. Ended up costing me extra money out of pocket for my rental time being extended.

I had the pleasure of working with Ken and staff today as part of my collision claim. Everyone was beyond professional, reassuring and informative. They understood my stressful situation and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with the claim, estimate and repair process. They walked me through the process step by step and I left with the confidence that I was in the best hands possible. The building was meticulously clean and all employees were A+++!!

Stopped in and spoke to Mort and Jenny. Unbeknownst to me all I needed was my truck buffed out. I was afraid it would all kinds of body work I was so surprised they could honestly take care of me besides selling me hundreds of dollars worth of work I was pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate me so honestly and quickly. I have full trust in Caliber after this experience. I didn t know what to expect but their expertise was phenomenal. I will recommend this shop to everyone. paint work was great. alignment of parts onto the body was not. big gaps and didn t use fasteners.

These people are the best! Visiting the area, hit something in the road at night that left part of the bumper dangling. Ken fixed it in place so we could drive back to Texas and get the bumper replaced there. He did the work in 5 minutes and didn't charge us a dime! Gaby(sp?) at the front desk was also quite helpful. Thank you!

We searched the web for an emergency rental car, the nearest one listed was portage, MI Caliber Collision. We walked 1.5 miles to learn the web was wrong, they didn t have rentals. The staff was very apologetic even though it wasn t their fault. They made several calls to help us find a rental car and even gave us a ride to Enterprise. We couldn t have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff. They helped us manage a stressful situation. God bless them.

Took my car here after it was hit from behind and had bumper and rear quarter panel damage including the rear tail light. They got me in very quickly (other places were months out). They told me it could take 7 days, but they worked to get the parts there before my car came in and turned it around in 5 days. The work was done well. Car looks great and drives great. They made the process of fixing a parking lot door dent super easy. Worked directly with the insurance so I had nothing to do except drop off my car. Friendly service. Kept me notified of progress throughout the time they were working on my vehicle. When I picked up my car the repair was perfect, and they had washed it inside and out. Jenny, Ken, and the office manager Mort were nothing but amazing and kept communication with me. My vehicle needed a roof molding and was on back order from Honda, it indeed took a very very very long time to get the molding in, but each staff member called and kept me updated on the status. I got the molding put on today and it looks good! Thank you everyone!

Do not recommend! I would give zero stars if available. They had my daughter s car for over 2 months. They fixed everything but it still needed new hub caps. She needed the car back to get to and from work. They allowed her to pick up her car and said they would call her when the hub caps came it. Well it s 3 months (5 total) later and she s still getting the run around. Bad customer service.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My wife brought her SUV in, without an appointment to have it looked at. We had her windshield replaced last year by a different company and they broke the fasteners for the two strips of trim on her roof and hid it by applying some double sided tape. The guy she talked to, can t remember his name, but he was great, had her car pulled around back and they put some adhesive on the trim and had it fixed in a few minutes. We have since driven all over the UP with no issue. The dealership wanted to replace the pieces of trim for over $1k. Thanks, Caliber!
