Was awesome, reasonably priced and got my truck fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't ask for any better shop, Jake's the best. Before and after photos below. Hit a deer on the way to work one morning.

This is the second time I ve had to drop a car off at Blanchard and after the first time, I had no doubts this time my vehicle would again be returned as good as new.Of course, I was correct. Blanchard got the job done in 2 days and I m back on the road.5 stars all the way. Jake runs a great operation.They also have two shop dogs named Martini and Blue. Any auto shop with at least one dog is always going to do a good job. I think it s in the rules or something.

Had my 2011 Mariner fixed there after a rear end hit during winter. Back hatch replaced with a down south rust free hatch, bumper changed, new trim, paint and clear coat. Great fix and great people. My contact was Jacob.

Who said service is dead? Jake and his team at Blanchard Body Shop did a wonderful job of helping me navigate my insurance claim, fixed my car like brand new, and delivered it completed on time, as promised. The personal touch and service and communication were top-notch. Tell your insurance you're taking it to someplace you trust---and this should be it.Excellent Body Shop. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

Had a deer run into the side of my car and damaged both driver side doors and shatter the glass. Jake was amazing from beginning to end explaining the process and working with my insurance company. He was able to get my repairs done in less than a week and his communication was excellent the whole time. He even detailed the inside and cleared my check engine light without being asked or expected to. Plus his shop dogs are the cutest sweetest mascots I've ever seen. To put it simply there is a reason this place has 5 stars. Cant recommend them enough!!!!! If anyone has anything bad to say about this place or the customer service they are total Karens.

Excellent customer service. Jake was very clear on the process of getting my vehicle fixed, handling insurance and navigating a rental vehicle. My vehicle was repaired in a couple days looking brand new, and they even cleaned the inside! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

Blanchard Body Shop was easy to work with during the estimating process and their estimate good. It's run by very kind and helpful people. They painted both fenders for my 2015 Equinox in Pearl White and they did a teriffic job. The blend is perfect. The pictures really don't do it justice.They were booked out a couple months when I first called (all good body shops are right now) but once they had the car they made quick work of it!Highly recommend them for any paint or body work you may need.

I have a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4. I was hit at an intersection by a 70 year old lady who turned left right in front of me. The car has 25K miles on it and was in pristine condition. It has always been garaged and covered, and never driven in rain or snow. Since the car was 29 years old, finding parts proved to be highly challenging. My insurance company contemplated totaling the car due to parts not being available. Jake and his team spared no effort to scour the country to find parts to do the repairs. After finding parts, they put my baby back together and restored her to as new condition. Everything was put back together perfectly, lights and electronic repaired, and paint exactly matches the original. The exterior honestly looks like the day I bought it over 29 years ago. As an added touch, the car was washed and they even cleaned the interior. Throughout the entire process, Jake and Bella kept me informed of the process. Without fail, they answered my questions and returned my calls and e mails. In looking at the insurance invoice, their value for services rendered was much higher than I ever imagined. When I originally asked my insurance company where I should get my car repaired, they informed me that Blanchard's was was their top recommendation. I wholeheartedly concur with their opinion!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Blanchard Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my car recently when someone backed into it and damaged the bumper. They made the process so easy by working directly with the insurance company. I especially appreciated Jake's responsiveness. He always sent information when he said he would and responded to my questions right away. Before returning it to me, Blanchard even went the extra step and detailed the inside a bit. My car looked great inside and out when I got it back!Service: Body & Trim

At beginning, when I first saw Blanchard body shop has an all 5 star Google review, I can hardly believe it. Now it is my turn to give my 5 star review :)The estimation is quick and accurate. also inexpensive, although Insurance company will pay for it :). Jake will always reply email quickly.The most important part is that they finished their job on time, with a high quality work. My Venza looks brand new now after repairing.Service: Painting

Had my 2010 dodge Caravan rust on the back left side repaired. They were booked up 3 months but it was totally worth the wait. They only take 1 rust repair a week. I dropped it off on Monday and it was done promptly on Friday. The paint matches perfectly. I plan to take my other car there for body repairs as well.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Someone side swiped my car a couple of months ago so I started looking up body repair and found Blanchard. I don't think I've seen any other businesses with all 5 star reviews so I had them quote the repairs. Jake was super friendly and professional. He emailed me the quote very quickly. The shop is really busy so it took a bit to get the work done but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm someone who pays super close attention to detail and notices any imperfections in things and I can't tell that my car was ever hit. Unbelievable how great of a job they did!! I hope I'm never in another accident but if I am, I'll only ever come here to get my car fixed. Thank you guys so much for the excellent work and for cleaning the car when it was all finished. What a great experience! I haven t had customer service along with quality work done like this in a long time. They cleaned my car after the work, inside and out, set me up with a rental, kept me posted on the progress and were extremely friendly. I made contact with Blanchard easily and got a quote back in less than 24 hrs. Set a convenient appt. All staff were friendly, courteous and customer service oriented. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan with 180000 miles and it started to rust around the left side wheel well and paint was chipping off the aluminum hood. Very few body shops will do rust work anymore. I had multiple estimates done by other Bodyshop s in the area and Blanchard was by far the best price. The staff was very professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable. When it came time to pick my truck up Jake stayed late in order for me to get it. As soon as I pulled in and seen my truck I was very impressed with the work. It was truly like brand new. And just a disclaimer. My last name is Blanchard as well but there is no relation. I am not hyping them up or blowing smoke. Absolute best experience start to finish. I've worked with Blanchard's, specifically with Jake, on a number of occasions now (my mother and father have also been coming here exclusively for YEARS so I've seen him do a number of jobs) and they absolutely deserve all of these 5 star reviews. I've always found that my expectations have been not only met, but exceeded. The work is impeccable and reasonably priced. Jake is honest and really goes the extra mile in terms of quality and service and actually cares about his customers. Blanchards is the only body shop we will ever use and we highly recommend them to others!Service: Body & Trim

Blanchard's was such a pleasant experience start to finish. I hit a deer and needed work done on my front bumper. The owner Jake was very helpful and patient explaining the work that needed to be done and answering my questions. The price was very reasonable and the work was top-notch. Absolutely returning with any auto-body repairs in the future!

This is by far the best auto body shop in town. Very knowledgeable and helpful people. They are very reliable and friendly. Blanchard has very reasonable rates as well. I've shopped around to all the auto body shops in Kalamazoo/ Portage, Blanchard always has the best rates and best service. Thank you for fixing my bumper cover.

Great work, great prices, just takes a while to get in there. They were great working with me to get my Lexus fixed in my budget when insurance wanted to total it. Great car, and couldn't come close to finding an equal with the money the insurance company estimated. Really good work

Love Blanchard Body Shop! They were very easy to work with, great experience! I hit a deer and damaged my front end. I mentioned that my car starter was not working after the accident but let them know it was still under warranty anyway. So I figured I would just take it to the dealership after getting the work done with them. When I got my vehicle back it looked great! Bonus my car started worked as well! Thanks for fast and easy experience!

I have done a back bumper change. The work was done with precision. The work was as quoted or estimated. The estimate was way cheaper than other famous body shops near by Kalamazoo and portage area. Great communication and nice people to work with.

Fantastic work and highly recommended. My vehicle came back in better than expected condition and was completely cleaned INSIDE & OUT upon presentation at time of pickup. Outstanding family business! Our family had a bad run of needing four repairs the past two years and Jake and the team did a fabulous job each time making the vehicles as good as new. All jobs were completed as quoted and on time. Highly recommend.

Loved this place. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. I had brought them a 92' F150 needing some rust repair and floorpans. They exceeded my wants and delivered outstanding service. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for my services.
