Excellent service and people. I called belle tire to get a price estimate knowing little about tires. Sam listened to my needs and made recommendations that aligned with them. He s very knowledgeable and explained the difference between multiple tires. Additionally the process was easy! I dropped off my keys in the after hours box and my tires and alignment was complete that next morning before ten. Matt did an amazing job on my car in this small amount of time and had great communication throughout the process as well. My car is driving noticeably more smooth and I appreciate the work of both these men. Thank you so much! :)

The experience was horrible. Adam also kept interrupting me and not listening to me as I tried to explain my issue. He recommended I put a summer tire on my car and drive it in winter WHAT?!?! We have come here for years and will now never come back. Walked out after waiting 4 weeks for an appointment and will never be back!Follow up: I went down the street to Discount Tire as a walk in with no appointment. They were able to order the exact winter tires I was looking for and the cost was less than half and the treatment and willingness to listen was muchhhh better. Photo shows proof of taking my business somewhere else.

I called ahead of time to get a quote on a tire. I explained to the person that picked up it was an emergency and he seemed willing to have my service.When I go there to purchase the tire the same person who was helpful on the phone decided to give me an attitude and completely profiled me even when I told him I called ahead.He asked if I had a phone number with them and I gave him it. Since it was my mother s name that popped up for the account he says rudely well what s your name? I give him it and then he asks for my address then to see my I.D. just for a tire!So when the guy finishes his interrogation and is ready for payment he says let me see your card and literally looks at it..then says since it isn t my name he can t take it.I tell him it s my girlfriends card and the guy still was saying he couldn t take it so I left after telling him he must not want me spending money with them.I went down to discount tire where they weren t rude, didn t ask ANY kind of questions, and literally just allowed me to purchase a tire.It never should ve been that difficult and I won t ever try to go here again. No one should have to explain themselves so much on a purchase! It felt very discriminating.

The assistant manager has a bad attitude with customers. I dropped my truck off to have wheels,tires,and an alignment done. He gave me an attitude for bringing my own wheels and tires to have mounted and put on my truck. When the wheels and tires were done he called and told me the truck was done and ready for pick up but he couldn't align it due to a a few missing camber pins. (an easy fix). When I picked the truck up I asked why he didn't give me an estimate to repair the truck so it could be aligned after I put all new suspension and $1700 tires on the truck. He claimed I didn't get an estimate because I hung up but then admitted that he never wrote me an estimate in the first place. Don't forget that he told me the truck was ready to pick up when he called me.Obviously he was lying so we began to argue and words were exchanged. The store manager told me I was unreasonable and did not intervene or try to remedy the situation because I said "it would be free if I just jumped in the truck and left". As if that s not enough the tire pressure light is still on and the wheels that have a directional design were placed on the truck wrong so I have to take the front wheels off and switch them from one side of the truck to the other so the design on the front and rear wheels are facing the same way. The wheels boxes say proper directional . What did the do correctly? They got the tires on the wheels without scratching the new wheels. That s it.

Made an appointment to get my tires rotated and all the staff was friendly and kind. Took longer than expected but I ll give grace due to it naturally being a busy part of the day. Would come back again!!

Took me 15 mins early for my 9am drop-off appointment. Received a call at 1:30 that my vehicle was completed. Replaced 4 tires, 4 wheel alignment and full brake job. Everyone at the front service desk was professional, polite and friendly. It was an overall good experience.

It really depends on who you get for customer service. Adam is great. Some of the co-workers not so much. They messed up the alignment the first time. Did their best to blame me. Took 3 hours to correct their mistake. Tried to blame me again. But the fact was they messed it up when they did the original alignment. I shouldn't have to wait 3 hours. Good & consistent customer service seems difficult for this & other similar businesses. Ask for Adam.

Needs to be time conscientious.Made app for 12pm two weeks in advance for two front tires and to have the back tires rotated to the front. I was there at 11:45am and it took till 3pm to finish the task, only to fined out that they did not rotate the tires either. I had to cancel a 2:30pm doctor's app.Service desk could only say sorry and asked me what they could do to make it right.I should not need to tell them what I need to make it right, they should have started by telling me what they would do to make it right.Lost doctor's app and lost 3 hrs of time and did not even get the task completed correctly. Could have started with offering a discount on the tires or on future tires, after all I have a family of 4 with 5 vehicles that always need tires. But in the end I have decided to use another tire supplier for all the tires on our vehicles.

I called to see about getting my tires rotated and the guy said it's walk it's today but that only one car was in the bay so I said ok I'm on my way. I get there and walk up to the desk and tell the guy that I'd like to rotate my tires put the back ones on the front. He rudely said to me I know what a tire rotation is and still taking rudely said are you dropping it off because it will be about 2 hours and I said I understand but thank you and he again said rudely I can get to it but there will be a wait. I said thank you anyway and left. There were 2 other employeesstanding with the guy looking at me like I was dumb and a waiting room full of people. I have never been treated this way in belle tire before and got so embarrassed. I know you won't care losing a customer because Belle Tire is always busy and popular but I won't be disrespected like that. I don't even want to give one star but it won't let me post if I don't.

Took 3.5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires and left the inside of my truck very dirty, not to mention one of my center caps fell off. Avoid Belle Tire at all costs, this place has gone downhill tremendously, not what it used to be.

They have good prices, but the experience was far less than ideal. Got my tires changed, notice they were leaking air so I brought it back and they changed the valve stems. Still leaking air so took it to my family mechanic and turns out they never sanded my corroded rims before putting the tires on. Took it back in and the issue seems to be solved for now. (EDIT: the issue was not fixed. 2 tires are definitely still leaking air, taking it to my family mechanic to be properly fixed this time). I am angry because I had nice valve caps on and they took them the first time I got my tires changed. Annoying but ok. I bought new nice valve caps and what do ya know, they took those too when my valve stems were changed. So I went and bought some more, and when I got my rims sanded, THEY TOOK THOSE AS WELL. I ve been through 3 pairs of the same nice caps and they always put cheap ones back on(not the ones I bought!) I didn t need to pay for the fixes for my leaking tires but I am pretty mad that I spent money on 3 pairs of valve caps and they were all taken and replaced with cheap ones (and they didn t even put the cheap ones on all 4 tires) If you like your valve caps, just do yourself a favor and take them off if you choose them to work on your car.

Belle Tire is a great place that has never steered me wrong. The techs, service crew, and managers are hard working, and devoted to the care of each of their customers.I give them 5 stars because they took on the rebuild of my subaru outback engine even though they are a tire shop! They always do a great job, and if they make errors they own up and fix it on the house.Thanks for everything Belle Tire!

This place has the cheapest tire prices in town. Once they get you to buy new tires, the grift starts. Belle Tire will try to upsell you or scam you into paying more for other parts that you may or may not need. Every. Single. Time.They will say "Oh, ____ part is nearing the end of its life on one side, well, they will sell you both sides, and the 3 other "supporting" parts that they recommend. And they will mark it up 2.5 times the part cost. And charge $129/hour for labor."When this happens, NEVER pay the first price they offer. ALWAYS ask for a lower price. When they give you a lower price, ask again. They will lower it twice without much argument, and before you think the deal is done, they will find another surprise way to screw you over.The best thing you can do is to AVOID ALL BELLE TIRE LOCATIONS at all costs. They are not highly experienced, and they have made mistakes almost every time I've used their cheap services. I would give them negative stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

They ll jack your car all up and then fix it. They have to put it up on a jack so they can fix the parts they need to.Honestly, haven t used them but for there free air. Nice thing to have access to.

Purchased 4 Bfg ko2s from Bell Tire on S Westnedge. A few days later,my tire sensor goes off. Three of the four tires were low. Added air, a few days later low again. Added air again with the same results. Called Bell Tire, set up an appointment was told we will have you in and out. Great I waited two hours to have them installed. Go in for the appointment was told it would be a hour to an hour and a half. What a waste of time, they did not do the job correctly and I am the one out more time. I will never do business with them again.

They fixed my tire which was losing air, apparently it had an item lodged between the rim. The guy with hat on the picture is rude, and didn't even greeted anyone who walked in, including me, when I asked him something he rolled his eyes as if I was interrupting/bothering him. The other gentlemen was much nicer.

I bought 4 tires online and made an appointment.I spent 3 1/2 hours in their waiting room, and they didn't even get the alignment done within that time.NOT GOING BACK

Drove in and explained what i was experiencing with my vehicle to Sam. He told me about the wait time in which I did not have a lot of that day. He was worried about me driving and it possibly going bad and grabbed my keys Js the mechanic take my car for a drive to see if a it would be safe. After deciding I probably shouldn't drive. I am now sitting and waiting for my car to get fixed. Thank you Sam for getting me in and making sure I am safe!

Do not go to Belle Tire on Westnedge in Portage, MI! Bunch of shadiness! Had a 10:30am scheduled appointment and just left at 2:45pm. About 2 hours in they told me my car was ready. Well I walked out to my car after I saw them pull it out and the same tires I drove in on were still on it! Did they think I wouldn t notice!? I had ordered the tires online and had set the appointment 3 days ago. The CSR said he would walk out with me after I came in and told them. All he could say was hmmm. Then the Asst. Manager jumped in and said that they had to drive up early this morning to Plainwell to get my tires and they didn t discover until they got back that there was a defect in one of the tires (he had it sitting there behind the counter). Well guess what? Not even the tires that I ordered. He said I would need to reschedule and that they would have my tires on Monday (mind you when I did the appointment online and selected the tires I wanted, it said they were in stock at this location). Then after more time they said they had them and they had been misplaced and they would get my car right in. My car was pulled back in and sat up in the bay with no tires on for quite some time with no action. Then I went outside and it was parked. I went out to check and they had the tires on finally. He asked if I wanted an alignment and I said yes, but you re not charging me for it. At 1:50 I left a voicemail with the corporate office to call me. He said I would be next for the alignment after the white truck that was in there. When I saw them pulling a different car in there instead of mine I told them I was out. Got in my car and my tires were between 39-41 psi (my car is supposed to be 33 psi). They couldn t even do that! OMG BEWARE!!! They blamed it on being short staffed.

I was dropping my vehicle off 45 minutes before store hours to have a new set of wheels installed. Before I could fill out the info for the key drop box, the manager, Matt, came outside and greeted me. He invited me in, listened to my requests and put me on their schedule. He was open and honest about the potential additional costs that may accrue so I wouldn't be surprised later on.I went to work and received a call from Matt 45 minutes later. He confirmed that additional costs he had mentioned would apply. I gave him my blessing to continue their work. Another 45 minutes later, the job was complete and was done well.Matt's professionalism was top-notch and his team did a great job quickly. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I went to belle tire to get a front end alignment and they found I needed parts before they could align the car so I said fix it. When I picked it up I noticed a couple dash lights that were on Matt personally called me back told me bring in in the next day and he would take care of it and he did no charge. What a great group of guys. I recommend them.

Accidentally purchased a set of tires at a competitor a few months back. I was actually getting an oil change and the mechanic mentioned I needed new tires and since it was already there I accepted. Here's the story... Wheel starting making a noise soon after. A clicking sound. I took it back in and it was diagnosed as a heat shield issue. I'm not mechanic, but it seemed a heat shield is closer to the front of the car and not the back wheel area. Again, I fell victim like a chump and let them fix the "heat shield". Next day... click, click, click. So, I'm back and they now say I need new brakes on the back.. Chump gets manhandled yet again. Two hours later... click, click, click. I get frustrated and remove the wheel myself and instantly see that the weight on the rim is loose. Took me 5 seconds to find this problem. So, they "fix" the problem. Nope... they removed the weight and put the wheel back on. So, now its out of balance. Long story short.. I'm going to Belle to fix the problem and pay them to do so. Belle always gets it right. I will never sway again. Thanks Belle's.

Excellent at wasting your time, Arrogant, unprofessional Rude, Overpriced, not worth a free set of tires. They do not deserve your time or money! 4,5,6 1 star reviews. Read for yourself.Called Thursday & was told they would have tires by Friday and to arrive early before opening Saturday for installation. I've been sitting here for 3 hours they haven't touched my vehicle. 3 hours for 2 tires? Really ?As I have to sit here I have overheard the assistant manager & other counter clerk be rude with multiple customers over the phone and when they walk in. It's not the customers fault your shop can't keep up w demand. Then the prices! $1500 for some brake pads & hoses they quoted a customer. RidiculousAfter 3 hours I went to Walmart tires, found tires $60 cheaper w install.

The night before was told to show up at 8am and would get quick service. 4.5 hours! later we got out of the shop. Did not put spare back in trunk. (They should know their service time and allow people to make choices. Up front info is expected.) Also, charged $200 more than quoted over the phone. Ridiculous. No offer to make it right, just politely told to pound sand. Could have gotten cheaper tires anywhere else. We knew that. Thought we were paying for service. Go to Costco. Go to Discount Tire. Anywhere else.

Picked my car up after a tire change then my car started doing things it s never done before. Brought my car back the next morning to get looked at at 8am, sat there for an hour before I had to ask how long it d be & they said we didn t realize you were waiting here it only took about 15 minutes for a diagnosis, meanwhile people that came in after me were able to get there cars in and worked on before mine. So I sat there as the 1st person in line for an hour for no reason. How much longer was I going to have to wait before someone realized I was waiting on a car I checked in as soon as you unlocked the doors?

By FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE since their manager left the Westnedge location 2 years ago. THE FRONT DESK ESPECIALLY AT (WESTNEDGE) CARE EXCEPT JUST TO ADD ONE SERVICES AFTER ANOTHER SO THEY CAN GET EXTRA COMMISSIONS.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH DISCOUNT THEY PRETEND TO OFFER.ALSO, DON'T LET THEM LURE YOU WITH COUPONS OR BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY WON'T EVEN LET THEIR WEBSITE EXCEPT YOUR RECEIPT FORMAT even though it will be exact right format AND YOU LOSE YOUR REBATE BECAUSE IT EXPIRED. IT HAPPENED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KNOW PEOPLE GET BUSY AND THEY GIVE UP TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE RECEIPT WHICH A PROBLEM I NEVER HAD AND I'M A COMPUTER WIZ.DO NOT AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY BELLE TIRE LOCATIONS

Been a Belle tire customer for YEARS. They used to care about their customers and quality. That is NO longer the case. $3000 on tires last year only to have to spend $1000 again this year. After these tires will NEVER go to Belle again, and don t recommend anyone else to. They have extreme wait times and tires last no where near what they re rated for. Buyer BEWARE!! Avoid Belle tire.

Hit a pothole on the way to an appointment in Kalamazoo from Marshall. By the time I got to Kalamazoo, the tire was flat. Stopped at Belle on Westnedge and Matt was a great help. Tires had to be ordered and they were in when scheduled and ready when I got there. Thanks!

Dropped my car off for new tires around 10am on June 30. I was quoted a price with 90.00 rebate from Matt Oman. Got a text message around 1pm that my car was done but there was a slight problem. So I went into Belle to find out my car was stuck on the lift up in the air. They had to call a repairman to come from Lansing. It would take a couple hours to get repaired. I had to find a friend to pick me up. My car was not off lift until 6:30pm!!! I had a whole day blown without my vehicle. I went to pick it up and asked Nate Everett for some compensation since I lost a whole day. He said he could give me 10% off my tires and do a free alignment. I did not feel like this was fair. I had to beg for more money off. He did discount the whole invoice my 100 dollars. Big deal. He then said that is the best he can do. Then to top off the horrible customer service I had...I find out the rebate on the tires is only 40!!
