They always have everything I need for my personal car but i don't care for the young guys who act like they work on cars all day. Just because you sell parts doesn't mean you know how to put them on! Never try to school your elders

The staff was friendly and helpful. The review would have been higher except for the fact that the brake calipers I bought had some sort of glue all over them. I was able to mostly clean them but I was disappointed they had obviously repackaged returned parts that were in poor condition. Thankfully they still worked safely.

Not super happy with the level of service I was provided recently. The staff in the evening were phenomenal. That is the only reason why I am leaving 2 stars. I will be going to the auto zone on stadium drive for future visits.

John Edwards. Horrible, condescending, extremely hostile individual, and should not be handling customers in any capacity. Went in and simply asked if they had a particular part I was looking for, and was met with a barrage of scoffs, scolds, and the biggest attitude for absolutely no reason. I felt extremely uncomfortable during that transaction. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but no adult that age should interact with a customer if they can't put aside their issues like a grown up.

The customer service here is fantastic. One of my headlights went out, and I had no clue which bulb I needed. An older gentlemen, I believe he was the manager, helped point me in the right direction. After making my purchase, him and a younger red headed guy were kind enough to install the bulb for me. They sure saved me a lot of trouble!

We pulled in with a flat tire and Jeremy, the manager, was very helpful! Offering us assistance with getting the tire filled, making sure we had somewhere warm to wait and telling us the best place to go to get the offending tire replaced! Absolutely found two new customers for life!

I went here to get my engine assessed because the lights were on. The gentleman who assisted (I can't remember his name) was the manager at opening and was there alone. He worked hard to juggle several customers that came in as well as run a quick diagnostic test on my car. Their system was down and he tried various methods to counteract the issue. Unfortunately, he was unable to remedy the system at the time but he maintained his composure, kept me updated, and offered an alternative once he realized his efforts were futile.Thank you kind sir

Online order said in stock at this store. Arrived to pick up and was treated like I was dumb for not understanding that it isn t there even though website said in stock at this specific address. Manager dismissively handed me canceled transaction receipt after saying he couldn t do anything with online orders. Won t be coming here for auto parts in the future

Auto zone in portage is a great place to get what you need or they can order it. They even will even install some things.I've gone there for years. Recently though I went in for simply windshield wipers and no customers were there when I arrived. Mistakes happen but first they were yelling across the store what number to get for my suv then they were the wrong ones and to ring up my card again for the right ones so a though 10-15 minutes as before being there turned into 35- 40minute's. Then inside the young guy working told me to get my own receipt off the computer. This visit was not a great one.

Went in for engine oil. They were marked for $5.19 but ringing in for $5.99. When I brought this to the gentleman ringing me up, he acted as if he did not care at all. I asked to speak with a manager, he claim he was the manager but I don't think he was because he didn't have the power to change the price. When he got another manager involved. That manager also had an attitude and made the other guy go check to make sure I wasn't lying about the price. Overall, HORRIBLE customer service. Not helpful at all.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their price's are fair, and they usually have everything I need. It's refreshing to deal with a great team. Seems like most places these days (post scamdemic hysteria) are so desperate that they hire anyone with a pulse, not here.

My brother-in-law (from out of town) needed a new car battery so I took him to AutoZone. The person at the register was very polite and helpful. We told him what the issue was, what kind of vehicle we had, he looked on the computer and...walla (is that a word) he recommended a car battery AND they had it in stock. BUT the greatest thing was the AutoZone employee even installed the battery. Which was so helpful since my brother-in-law was from...out of town and he didn't have any tools. Great service!! And quick!

I came to this location with a bad battery. There were only 2 employees working (Krystal and Bob)and, I could tell they were busy early. There was a customer asking about propane, and this man, this man standing in line gives him very helpful detailed info about what he was looking for and said what isle to go to. Then, this same man standing in line (Alex) sets down his purchases, goes behind the counter, puts on his name tag and just goes to work helping me and my girlfriend. Alex goes on to install my battery and check me out in his regular clothes and everything. I am truly inspired and thankful for this display of teamwork and service . Thank you Auto Zone team!

Very helpful at this location! The gentleman at the counter told me about a special deal to save 8 bucks on the set of wiper blades that I was purchasing that I was unaware of. Then he realized that the wiper blades that I was buying did not qualify for the deal but he gave it to me anyway because he had already mentioned it. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

I really appreciated the help of the staff, particularly Anthony, in helping me locate parts for my car. I travel 100 miles a day for work, and getting the parts I need to keep my vehicle safe and running well is important. Anthony took the time to help figure out what parts I needed and where to get them. This level of customer service is why I will shop at AutoZone.

Very friendly. Always get greeted with a smile and great help finding stuff I need and told about good products on sale. Carolyn is great with customer service and never pushy with trying to sell me stuff. She also has a great smile.

I can't believe what I just experienced! There was nobody but me and the store. The phone rang and the manager had them put on hold to listen to their advertisement. Then he stood around waiting. I asked him if that person has to wait to here their sales before being helped and he just giggled. I told them I'm good and left. I won't use Auto Zone again.

Sold me wrong battery after seeing old battery model number and tractor model. No apology for wasted time when I had to return it and they didn't have one that fit. They did refund though.

Went in for a brake bleeder screw and was happily greeted upon entering. Easily found what I needed and was able to check out promptly. Service was polite and helpful, I will be back again soon.

Went to autozone to buy wiper blades because one of mine snapped off in the cold. The service I received was above and beyond!! The gentleman helping me not only recommended a great pair of blades, installed them, but also went as far as to scrape the extra ice build up that I had!!! It was fast, convenient, and genuinely a great experience!! I ll definitely be back for future car needs!!

The brake light bulbs stopped working on my car, replaced them with new light bulbs from here and they didn't work- I thought that they may have been defective but it seemed odd for both bulbs being new. I asked an employee and she said it's more than likely a connection issue, switch or fuse. I thought of the most simple thing first, I had pulled out the tangs and ground outward from the inside of the socket, put bulbs back in and they work! Yes, prices are a bit high (all auto places are like this- they have overhead); their knowledge is often worth it to go there

Staff was nice but despite them saying they had stuff in stock even on their computer I made the drive for nothing as they didn't actually have the part I needed after they confirmed over the phone they had it

I hate coming here but sometimes they are the only ones in town that have the parts I need in stock. The service is horrible, the staff has almost zero knowledge of cars and they tend to give you the wrong parts so check your part number before you leave the store. When I do have to come here I just come in and tell them the part number I need or else they will give me the wrong parts. Same yourself some grief and go to O'Reilly Auto parts instead!
