everyone is awesome they listen to your issue and fix it very professional best in town, they replaced my transmission sensor and replaced my crankshaft gasket great work and very reasonable on price

My Honda Odyssey ejected a spark plug from one of the cylinders. The dealer told me the only option was a new head or engine ($7000 - $9000). I called 7 other shops looking for a less expensive option, without much luck. Airport Auto Service installed a sleeve and had me up and running 4 hours from when the car arrived there for $400.I've never written an online review, but the service here was outstanding!!!

A small issue that feels like a much bigger issue.When I brought my truck into this place I was happy with the service. Their prices were average but seemed like a good group of people working there. I told them to take their time because I wasn't in a rush to get it back. A few times they dropped the ball on communication but I chalked it up to me saying to not rush. 800 bucks spent on those repairs.Now the issue. I brought my car in to have the AC diagnosed. I communicated that I'm not sure I wanted it fixed and just wanted to know what the issue was. I had a missed call. No message no email no notice what so ever that they went ahead and fixed it. It is state law that a written quote be provided before repairs. Before hand it was communicated that I would have to pay 40 dollars for the diagnosis. 92 dollars later and no apology. Now, that seems small but in the time I have taken to write this I could have replaced the 10-20 dollar fuse. With what I communicated and the way it was handled it seems very shady. I guess at least my air is blowing cold.

Found this place with the help of friends after my favorite shop closed down on West Main. He s always had fair pricing and pretty quick turn around. I did get a chance to ask him a few things about a new car I was looking to purchase and he gave me extremely accurate information. Overall, this shop is great and I recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about my experience. I have worked on my vehicle for a lot of things and was hesitant to take it to a mechanic but glad I took it to these guys. The price was super reasonable, and availability was excellent. A starter was put in my Jeep, but unfortunately it was a defective starter. I brought it back and showed them the sound. The next morning they could not get the issue to present itself, so they ran the vehicle for a while to see it it needed to warm up first. That was what it needed so they could hear the sound again. This shows me they genuinely wanted to correct the issue, and see what was wrong. That means a lot as they could've said "can't hear the problem now, your issue". They honored the warrenty and put a new starter in free of charge. I appreciate the good work.They also did not try to sell me a oil change when my warning displayed one was due, so they got straight to the point. I appreciate that

Very good team here we've had our vehicles, and our son's vehicles serviced , the staff are very friendly and understanding of issues and try their best to accomdate customers in any way possible very knowledgeable of autos and just a breath of fresh air as far as mechanics go the also have a sister location on Portage Rd out by West Lake

very honest guys working here. competitive pricing too. they gave me a quote, finished the work, then when I went in to pay they told me I was over quoted and deducted the money they didn't use. I wasn't sure at first based on location, but I'm glad I stopped in. quality work. I have made this my primary mechanic and recommended them to several friends. Thanks again guys!

The staff was very friendly they got my car in there they worked on it they called me identified the issues I gave them permission to correct them and the car just drives better than it did when it was brand new

Had my Dodge Caliber brought in for a new transmission, because the old one blew. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID!!! My car runs better then when I first bought it. Thank you guys so much!

Great place to have car fixed. He doesnt BS you you tells you what must have to get you back on the road. Doesnt tryt to sell YOU things you dont need. I send my 21 year old son who knows nothing about car and feel confident he wont be mislead on repair s he need
