Don't trust oil change places when they say you need certain things on your car, like the transmission needing to be drained. Took it to a really awesome mechanic down the road and they said there was no need for it..I did full service with them instead and they gave me a free oil change coupon for my next visit. I'll never come back here again. Scammers.Service: Oil change

Professional technician on my visit for an oil change. Informed me of two small issues which one I later took care of. Air filters were offered, with no pressure to buy. Although not required at the time of oil change due to them being recently changed.Time was taken to show me how to reset oil change notification.Will definitely return to the South Port Pennzoil location for future oil changes.

Went there to get a oil change. Wanted 54$ for a basic oil change. And 4 percent charge for using a card. Went down the road to magic touch quick lube. 35$ for same service.

I pulled in to get my oil changed. (Small car )I asked how much this dude looked me dead in my face and said $100. I said how? He goes because it s going to need special oil. Lmfao special oil ah? Obviously I didn t get the oil changed because I knew better. I just hope that this will help someone else. These guys are a joke and definitely play into women don t know anything about cars . Don t give them your money! Go somewhere you can trust not a shop that tries to take advantage of people.

Called to get price on a oil change for my ram truck. The person was nice on phone but Gezz..by time he got done with price it was expensive. I went elsewhere

Went with my daughter to get her oil changed today and John took care of us what an awesome guy and asset to this business! He took the time to explain things to her and just very knowledgeable &informative-he didn't try to take advantage of a young girl and was just impressed .

I started going there this year. They have went way beyond the call of duty. They always let me know what I can do to keep my truck running. The whole team is great and funny. I recommended them to people I know and will continue to do so. They are the best.

Dan is amazing. My truck was literally dying and he saved her. I bought them lunch because of how amazing the service is. I will definitely be returning here as long as Dan is here. 5/5 stars.

It's not a bad place, typical oil change shop. The guys that work there are always very nice. They always check all fluids and tire pressure. If you want to get in and out quick and cheap it's decent, however, the lil extras will add up fast. Washer fluid filled, extra. Coolant filled, extra, etc. The location being right on the corner of 2 busy streets does make it a bit difficult to exit, especially if you want to hit the freeway. I'm not saying don't go, it's a good place, just stating some facts and maybe answering a few questions.

I took my son s new car in for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement. John and Steve were AMAZING! They even helped me try to install the remote start fob!!! I left and went to put gas in the car, and the car wouldn t start. I called them and they came to the gas station to look at it!!!!! Everything they told me was SPOT ON!!! They REALLY went above and beyond! The customer service here is PHENOMENAL!!!!

I loved the North end location but the best manager moved to the South End. So therefore the South End is the best now. He is a good professional boss. He is vary helpful. He also take good care of me.

My car died right in front of this location today. I waited 15 minutes for my brother to come save the day. I watched the employee walk back and forth with the sign for the most part of the fifteen minutes; I also observed that they didn't have one customer during this time. I was shocked that they just watched me sit in the middle of the road and didn't offer to do the human thing and help me pull in their driveway ( where I did end up). It wouldn't of took two minutes. Where's the Christmas spirit ? I'll never go to this location again, and I'll make sure to tell all my friends and family to do the same.

I always go here for my oil changes, fluids, and flushes. John is very knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Would recommend to any and all.

Quick and easy. They break down all the things they notice wrong with your car the only reason why I didn't 5 star is they always try touching my transmission and offering flushes and my expert mechanic said my transmission is fine and there just trying to make more money off ya

They screwed my brother over at this location a simple oil change and onto the highway 45 miles later the engine blew. I left work to go and get him and saw a pool of black oil stretched out across the road. When we confronted the owner he refused to pay for the engine even after we had it checked and proven the oil had been the cause. We took them to court and they played him like a card costing him thousands.

Had a popped tire left car there and they went above and beyond to even call the north point pennzoil and have the guy come grab my tire and put a new one on the rim and they were very courteous, complete, and informative. Would give 10 stars if I could!
