If you want to stand around for absolutely ridiculous amounts of time while staff refuses to acknowledge your presence even though you scanned the QR code that supposedly alerts them to your presence this is the place for you. It's such a headache getting service here. Calls to the tire center are outsourced to a call center so you can't talk to anyone at the actual building. I seriously regret buying me tires here. I didn't save that much money and what it has cost me in time and frustration just trying to get some service or even a hello from anyone in their tire department makes the whole thing not worth it. They do not value you as a customer and it shows.

It was great...me and my coworker couldn't drive from there to upstate NY on a donut and Sam's was a last resort... the Mechanic Jesse made sure it would be done before he went home even if the store was closed... Really appreciate the kindness and care he gave us.

good price. good service. but first time i ever bought "new" tires that had the new tire stickers and pips removed. next time i will ask to see the tires before they are mounted

I have had four tires replaced here and the people were polite, timely and knowledgeable. I also had a flat within three months of the tire change and received a whole new tire for only $5 labor charge.

I always have fun shopping at Sam's Club it's easy scan your own items pay for it on your phone and you're in and out very fast
