Jay was a fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and took the time to show me how everything worked. Financing through Ford was simple and signing the paperwork went smoothly. I recommend visiting Northgate if you're interested in a new vehicle.

Shout out to Tom and John. My engine blew in a 2016 Chevy equinox which Chevy is aware this is an issue and continue to put the 2.4 eco motor in newer vehicles while being sued. Multiple times. These guys went to bat for me and got me a new car the same day. They spent 6 hours finding me the right vehicle for the right price and helping me figure out what the best deal was. Thank you thank you thank you!

Absolutely the best experience I ve had buying a car. My salesman Travis put the deal together over the phone, the honesty and integrity of him and the dealership was amazing. When I arrived to get my Mustang the car greatly exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars for sure for Northgate Ford!

The staff at Northgate Ford really made the process fast, friendly and awesome. This was my second experience with Northgate. I love my Ford Edge and the never thought I would like leather interior! I love that too. I referred my sister there in October for a perviously owned vehicle she loves her car. I would definitely recommend this Ford Dealership.

My wife and I have been buying new and used cars from Northgate for over 10 years. We continue to lease or buy from them because they have the best service around. We personally deal with Jay Baldwin for new car sales and Travis Hall for used cars. We're beyond happy with every purchase and experience we've had. We will continue to come back.

Other than a wire transfer issue (which was probably our fault)everything went smoothly. Our salesman Brook was very responsive and helpful and everyone we dealt with were very nice. Overall, a good experience!

I am very happy with my new Ford Escape. It has all the options on it that I wanted. I also got a nice warranty on it which gives me peace of mind. Todd McLean was very helpful with finding me the perfect car.

I m posting this review on behalf of my daughter, Adrielle. I bought my car here in March 2022, the dealer had replaced all brake rotors and pads, front and back. June 2023 I realized the parking brake wasn t working properly so I got that worked on at this dealership. After they supposedly fixed it, I had trouble after I tested it, the shoes came off and I had to spend more money yet to have that fixed after my car started shaking and shuddering on my test drive. Went back this August after hearing some noises, was told it was a dirty brake pin. They were supposed to have pulled it apart cleaned and regreased it. Apparently though, it hasn t been right since. After hearing noise again I took it to another mechanic who took it all apart and found out the parking brake had been dragging and eating up my brake rotors and pads! He also found it was all dry, no grease at all like they claimed they applied. I am pretty upset that I had to pay for pads and rotors that would have otherwise gotten more good use, because they never did the job right in the first place. I am now without a parking brake, it had to be taken out, since my mechanic told me, there was no way to adjust the clearance. I would have driven off with the same exact problem all over again. The brake would have continued to drag. It obviously was never installed right to begin with. In my experience so far, they can t be trusted. It s left me with a bad taste!

As usual, the service manager at Northgate Ford is taking care of us. Our vehicle was towed there today for repair. Because they don t have the part, need to order it and we have doctors appt set up, they are bringing us a loaner. Can t get any better service than that. We always speak directly w Bob Broecker, the service manager.

Dishonest, took our truck in for oil change and recall work. Got it back with light on dash, no oil change. Now we have to pay to repair something they broke, over $1,200. Do not go here!! They lie for each other, very unprofessional.

Nice dealership, Jay was a nice sales person only problem I have with this dealer is we were looking into acquiring a new truck and were we a little taken back to find out that this dealer does NOT honor a ford employee (A-Z) plans on their new trucks or broncos when it does say so on website. If you do come to this dealer expect to pay full price.

Very poor service from the body shop, no call backs the lady claimed that I rescheduled twice and never showed on the third date, fact they where supposed to call when to bring it with a hard date so I could get a rental car, I called several times and left messages never got a callback and now I got put to the back of the line, they will never my business again beware you probably deal with service more than sales after a purchase

Our salesperson, Jeff Blair, made buying a car a positive experience. His very professional mannerism along with his concerned, caring and trustworthy personality really helped us to decide buying our car through him. He always followed through in finding answers to questions that we had in a very timely manner. Great customer service by Leroy DaFoe and Jay Baldwin. It is especially tricky during this pandemic to make a big purchase. They made it so easy and completely safe. We love our Ford Fusion. I would highly recommend for new or used vehicle !!!

The staff at Northgate Ford are all pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. I experienced all the above with my buying experience. At the dealership I witnessed the above as other salespeople interacted with other customers looking to purchase a vehicle. I also saw them treat past customers with enthusiasm and friendly conversation. I m definitely going back when it s time to purchase another vehicle.

Jeff was my sales associate at Ford Northgate back in 2020 and happy to work with him again 2023. He did everything to make my decision easy and went out of his way to help where he could with trading in my previous vehicle in 2020. Highly recommend seeing Jeff for all your leasing/ purchasing needs. Very great at explaining options and keeps you up to date if you order your vehicle when it will be arriving. Not pushy or rushing you to just get a vehicle.I had a Ford Ecosport and loved that car. Small and easy to park anywhere. I loved it. I just upgraded to a bigger suv and I love it as well. My 2023 Escape is perfect for my small growing needs in a vehicle. Highly recommend both vehicles.Only "complaint" I have is my Ecosport driver side visor kept falling out. The screws never stayed and I had it fixed multiple times, yet it kept coming undone. But other that, it was a great vehicle.

Recently took delivery or 2023 Ranger after waiting 7 months for it.The tailgate cables are not equally tension-ed. Took vehicle in for remedy and was told there is no solution and would not even switch them around to see if it helped. Not happy with NO attempt at resolution.
