Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You'll never have to worry about bringing your car in for 1 problem and them finding 5 more unless they are truly there. Super honest, thorough, and up front. A lot of my family goes here and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As a single woman there's always the worry you'll be taken advantage of, not here. My late husband was a car guy for 20 years and I have no doubt he would give them a 5 star rating too. If you're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, caring, and honest mechanic...look no further.

Muffler Man went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in time to go on an out of state trip. With their tech and staff staying beyond close to have my car ready in time. They were courteous, friendly, and affordable as well! Prices are great here, staff is also great. I would highly recommend them to both family and friends!

Took my car to muffler man in Port Huron was having issues with my headlights. They were able to get me in and out same day. Great customer service at a very reasonable price.

It was hard finding a shop that can do custom exhaust work on my 52 Chevy. I gave muffler man a call and they said bring it on in! Glad I did, ended up with an awesome sounding and show quality stainless steel exhaust

I just wanna say muffler man is the best out there. Me being a female the owner didn't try taking advantage of that. The owners are very nice and respectful and worked with me with me being on disability money is tight and had a rough couple of yrs they let me keep my car there and make payments until I was able to pay it off. As a female one of the worst things is heading to the automotive shop. Get ready for people to talk to you like you know nothing and swindle you into purchasing $1,000 of things you don t need. Muffler Man is the exception to this! We ve used them twice now for simple and more complex car trouble. We ve also used them for basic upkeep. Each and every time is a breeze. I am treated respectfully, given honest options and feedback. When I ask if anything else needs done they are upfront and honest. I ve actually been told no, she s good to go! Timely as well and they beat every quote I have had!

I actually walked in and asked about having the Brakes done& An oil change.I was very impressed by the way I was treated. The owners & the Staff are awesome!I was / am happy with the job they did & the cost . I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced . Great place. Good service. First time using this company. Been hearing amazing things about them and i can see why. Had multiple things wrong with my car. I have always been leery about going to auto repair shops due to me being a female. But I came here, met the owners Bobby and Tiffany. I felt right at ease, it's so refreshing seeing a woman running an auto repair business. The service was top notch and faster than I expected! I felt like family coming into this place and the technicians are so welcoming and helpful. I would advise everyone to come to this shop! They do everything here! I'm so happy to have people like this in Port Huron! If i could give 20 stars i would do it in a heartbeat. Can't express how much gratitude I feel towards them. Thank you for everything guys!5/11/23: Muffler man blows it out of the park again! I had my boyfriend drop off his truck with hearing a ticking noise coming from under the hood. Tech found the timing chains were bad and recommended all timing stuff. They were so polite from start to finish. The price was so much lower than we were expecting. Thank god for these people. They are crazy fast too. They really value their customers and I can't even describe how much i appreciate their help especially since we were in a pinch. What a great company. The owners are amazing. They get cars done faster than any other shop around here. The technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. They will actually show you what's wrong on the car. Customer service is top notch. My car is running better than it ever did before. I can't say enough good things about this place. They do everything here, not just mufflers. Tiffany & Bob were great and got me back on the road with my ride smoother than ever. They kept me updated with a reasonable estimate on some safety issues they flagged. Fantastic customer service. Great service at a great price! We called ahead, and they got us in the same day to fix the a/c on my vehicle. Half the price we were quoted by the dealership, and it was finished by the end of the day. So grateful they were available, and I was relieved to know I wouldn't have to drive around all summer with warm air blowing in my face.

They are wonderful. I went to a 15 min oil change and when I was there they messed up my car and told me I had to leave so when I called muffler man they were very nice and help me right away all while I was panic and on the verge of tears. When I arrived they explained everyone me bring out the man who looked at my car and he even explained what was happening. I m a young female and I m use to places being rude and dismissive or trying to get one over on me. Not here they are wonderful. Honestly I would recommend here to everyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

well, I tried to get my vehicle looked at...called, needed exhaust repaired - sure, bring the vehicle in. Ok, dropped it off - few cars ahead of me, no problem. 4-5 hrs. later and 2 hours before closing - I called to check back. still a car ahead of me, ok - ask for estimate when they might be able to look at my vehicle, since I needed it back that day for trip the next day - and I explained this when I first dropped it off. They're response to me asking....."you can just come pick it up now" Guess these folks object to anyone asking for a status when they're vehicle might be going on the rack. Facts. Now my $.03.... if you're looking for good customer service - not gonna get it here. This guy, zero tact - zero customer service skills....he was a jerk. I read similar reviews but said, can't be that bad - should have headed the warnings. Avoid this place. I can fully recommend Doug's Muffler in Clinton Twp. - good folks, good prices, well worth the drive vs this place.To Owner....100% true accounting of my visit to your shop, what...you think I'm making this stuff up???? You and your shop did nothing but waste my time. Called that morning - said yep can do the work...bring it in, car was there all day....nothing, on what was a 30 min job. If you cant do the work, don't tell customers to bring they're vehicle in. I said up front, I cant leave it overnight....deal with the issues vs calling me a liar. Every thing I said is fact.Service: Exhaust

Let me start by saying that every negative review they have they respond by calling every single one a liar unable to EVER own up to being in the wrong I took my vehicle in and had 1900$ worth of front end work done. They claim they rotated my tires and did an alignment but they for sure did not do either!I know this because my tires had a locks on them and they never had the key to take the tires off. ( I was unaware my tires needed this key) They never asked for it.I went back to ask them about it and I was greeted by the owner. He became very antsy and upset with me and told me his guys probably found the key and used it to do the job and that they would have put it back in my vehicle. I told him I searched my entire vehicle and there is no key. He then began to bounce aggressively around insisting that he come help me look through my vehicle for the key. I said maybe your guys accidentally kept the key? He was very rude like that was not possible and then (to send me on my way) he told me if he found the key he would give me a call.. ( didn t ask for my name or number) I never heard from him ..what makes me the most upset is that everyone knows ( including them) front end work requires an alignment for proper wear and tear. So Inevitably now I have more front end issues. How nice of them! Honestly, it wouldn t surprise me if they don t even own the machine to do it!Also I had to take it back to them immediately after fixing it because it was shaking. They made me leave it a second time for a couple hours and then with no apology they tell me some bolts needed tightened (This should have been my sign) but .I took it back to them for something that was wrong a month later they gave me another 900$ estimate i told them I would have to wait and bring it back another time they charged me 40$ for looking at it.Really???I had just given them 1900$!!!!!!!A repeat customer should not be charged for an inspection.. unless you don t like repeat customers??!We will not return .

I highly recommend Muffler Man. Bobby and Tiffany the owners along with their employees are highly trained and certified to do any issues with Auto repairs, from simple to complex repairs. I have been their cousterm for a couple years now. Not only are they honest, friendly, and the prices are more reasonable than anyone in Port Huron they treat you like family with the upmost respect.

Had an issue. They fixed the problem immediately. Thankful for honest shops. I grew up watching my dad support people who worked out of their homes. People he trusted. Great we have right on main street a local family treating people like I watched my dad get treated growing up. With respect honesty and best bang for your buck.Update. 7/13/21. Had some more work done. They did the job. Installed a new shifter cable. Found issues on top of that issue. Resolved it and got me on my way. Kept running into bobby and Tiffany around town. Now I know why. Great people to work with. And their head mechanic is great to. Knowledgeable and gets things done.3/15/22Changed my front wheel bearing running a ton better. Anton for the win like usual. I love the whole damn place. Saves me time money and headache.5/15/22Had a all the sudden noise show up in my front end. I haul a trailer. Anton let me know the tie rod is shot. So we decided to change the whole assembly.6/1/22Changed my serpentine belt in and out. 30 minutes. Great work.10/25/22Rear brake work. Pads calipers and rotors. Where else am I gonna go but muffler man port Huron !1/5/23Swapped out my old rims for some new rims. Fair price great service. We love Tiffany Bobby and the team2/1/23-Had new rear shocks put on.-Fixed wiring in my rear tail light-Changed my oil.Muffler man is the best.6/1/23-new rotors-new pads-new calipers.Solid work as usual in and out. 8/1/23New tires from muffler man. They saved me hundreds! Don't sleep on the small business thinking youre gonna save with the big tire store.9/12/23Had an electrical issue. Anton identified the issue within ten minutes, I noticed my fuel tank brackets needed a swap all set.12/26/23My voltage regulator was going nuts. Needed a new alternator. They saved the day again!!!

The technician at Muffler Man quickly & accurately diagnosed & replaced the rear differential on my 2008 Mercedes. I feel like I have a new car! Bobby & Tiffany are very efficient, with excellent communication & attention to detail. This is our second great experience with them & my husband and I will continue doing business with them in the future! We are currently getting new tires from them on our car and truck. I highly recommend Muffler Man Port Huron!

Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they were going to take good care of my car. I would recommend coming here for any of your car needs! I know I'll be back.Update: My car decided it needed to go back after a nice trip down pothole lane. Once again, I was impressed by the customer service and excellent work on my car. They re officially one of my favorites!

Not fast at all and they leave your vehicles unlocked . Had items stolen from car when parked in the lot and they could care less. It wasn't just spare change it was atleast $200 worth of things. How did I place my coffee in my vehicle before I came in to pay? Because it was unlocked.Never said it was your staff.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I highly recommend this shop very reasonable cost for the parts and labor. I did my own research on the cost of the parts for my repairs, and they beat the prices, labor cost was lower than I expected. The owners are nice and friendly and very through on their diagnosis of problems/issues. I highly recommend The Muffler Man on Military St. and will be returning if and when needed.Services: Exhaust, Brakes
