Great dealership! Traveled from Ohio to buy a used truck. Vehicle was as promised and everyone was great to work with. Honest upfront and super accommodating. Tina Smart was a great communicator and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They handled all the out of state paperwork with no issues and didn t charge much for it. If they have something you like go get it, it s worth the trip.

Update to my review. They got the car into the service department for me and found and fixed the issue. Plus the broken tail light is getting replaced as well. They went above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer and it's definitely appreciated so much. They really do care about their customers at cawood, and without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Cawood service department is excellent! From their fast and friendly email responses to the ease of bringing your car in for a quick service- I had a great experience. It was my first oil change at Cawood, which was free and included a complimentary car wash as well. Everyone there was nice and not trying to force any other car services down my throat like most places. I appreciated the quick service, friendly staff and comfy customer lounge. Thanks Cawood! I will be back!

It was great!! From the beginning of our purchase to the end, Kyle, Carl and Matt went over and above working together to make sure I left with no questions. Kyle was super awesome with explaining all the functions of my New Honda, Carl made sure I got the exact crv I was looking for and Matt did an excellent job getting us an Amazing rate for financing!! Never to pushy and very honest!!!

I'm so very happy with my experience at Cawood, from start to finish. My insurance company gave me some push back with fixing some hail damage, and Rob fought to ensure my car was fixed the way it should be. It was nice to have them in my corner. I was blown away by how amazing my car looked when I went to pick it up. I truly appreciate the whole team at Cawood for their level of communication, speed of service, and quality of work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Pedro saw our truck listed on FB marketplace and contacted us with an offer. He was great to work with and made the process quick and simple. So much easier than having to schedule and show it to a bunch of random people. We would definitely do business with Pedro and Cawood Honda again.

I did a lot of business with Cawood over the past week, and I must say that everything proceeded beautifully. We turned in one car, and purchased another beautiful used car. Our other car at home needed service, and the staff in that department was both professional and efficient. In the end, we decided to get that car detailed, and now that car looks brand new! This is the go-to place in the region for anything related to automobiles.

Once again Cawood provided excellent service with the lease turn in and new lease. Pedro made the entire operation seamless up to and including the delivery of the new lease to my home in Ypsilanti. The sales man Pedro he first greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and walked us around showing us the different vehicles they had on the lot and showed. I was interested in a jeep and he show me a few of them and helped us with getting us the best deal and best financing and all in all he was very great sales person and got us in a nice jeep .
