This was a horrible experience! Not only is time management a problem but the lack of accountability. I paid in full for a service just to almost get schemed out of a extra 400$. Got a refund but will never be bk & wld never recommend to anyone.

Very knowledgeable terrific people I know them personally between there knowledge and speedy services they are truly incomparable I gave them a very tough job and they did a terrific done right job with my vehicle back in under 8 hours of being there would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any service big or small

Very friendly and professional. Very good work done. Very reasonable price. No changing estimates once the work has been completed or when it's up on the hoist. No need to haggle, just accept the price and trust it's the best in the area (and across the border, too). 5 stars all the way. Strongly recommend to be your first (or only) call if you need any type of exhaust work done. Truly honest people.***NOTE***ALOT of the negative reviews are for Black Hills, this is Blackmer! So they are probably leaving negative reviews for the wrong company lol (not lol).

Went there cause my brakes were making noise and told them it sounds loud when I start my car underneath. They changed my rear brakes and I paid almost $500. They ignored me time and time again about my car sounding loud when I start it because it doesn t sound loud to them . He test drove my car and brought it back saying it sounds perfect and when I was driving home, my brakes are still making noise. Went to a different shop for them to tell me my front brakes are bad as well as my tie rod. So Blackmer decided to ignore my front brakes and not let me know about anything else that was wrong as well as not check another issue I asked them about at least 5 times. He also blamed the lights on my dash that were on (the brake light btw) that it was an error and that I d have to take it to the dealership to fix it. But when my rear brakes were done, the light shut off. Not reliable or trustworthy and didn t give me any peace of mind leaving the shop as I felt like my car still had issues that weren t addressed and that ended up being the case.Service: Brakes

First time here. Needed brakes, pads and rotors all the way around. Charges were over $900.00. I feel they did a good job and showed me all the bad parts!

They have always been honest with me. Don't overprice the work. They aren't slow working either they always try to get you your vehicle within that day.

I have been taking my car problems to them for years and never ever had a bad experience. As a matter of fact more times than not the cost of repair has been lower than anticipated and the guys up there really know there stuff. Even come in on a Sunday to make sure I could get to work Monday. Very honest good hearted people.

Well first off lets say the Name is BLACKMER AUTO & EXHAUST REPAIR (Google) anyways .. The guys there are down to earth they really do nice work and a quick turn around on most vehicles . Your vehicle repair done right. And that matters to them as it does to you and your family. If you're having vehicle problems just call they are there to help.. Honest and trustworthy mechanics

Didn't fix the problem with my serpentine belt. Wasted 200$ in towing expenses, parts and labor. My car now sits as it was before I even called to have it towed. Not happy at all. I work hard for my money. Calling in the morning to negotiate

We took our Jeep to black hills this week because we heard a rattling. We we're weld we we're hearing a rattlung because we needed all new front struts. Quoted around $500 to fix it. My daughter wanted another opinion and went to Todd's. He hoisted it up, inspected it and test drove it. They said her struts we're fine. The rattling everyone was hearing was her heat shield. Now her rattling has stopped and she saved all that money . She was quoted by Black Hills for work she didn't need.

I went in with a rough running GMC 2002 Sonoma that wouldnt start after rain or a humid night or day. They said it needed a tune up and I provided the parts, which after I conuslted them they said was wrong, I also told them it was a 2.2 engine, they told me the parts for a 2.4. So after two exchanges of parts and the job done much later, they didnt even put the ignition coil I WAS TOLD I NEEDED AS PART OF A FULL TUNE UP on. I was charged over 180 dollars for spark plugs and wires. And left with a vehicle that runs exactly as it did before.

I had some work done on my vehicle where they had to take my locked lug nuts off my wheels. Instead of calling me to find out where the key was to unlock them, they decided to cut them off. Which meant i had to go buy new ones.

Do yourself a favor and don't take your vehicle here. Not only didn't fix the problem, but caused more problems (electrical) the vehicle didn't have. Claimed issus were a "coincidence" and refused to fix, claiming he didn't do electrical, when page advertises they fix electrical. DISHONEST! I'd rate ZERO if it was an option.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I TOOK MY CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEN THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT. I TOOK TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND HAD IT CHECKED OUT AND FIND THAT SOMEONE PUT BRAKE FLUID IN THE POWER STEERING. NOW I HAVE TO PAY OVER $300 FOR A POWER STEERING PUMP!!! BLACK HILLS SHAME ON YOU!!! WHAT PEOPLE WILL DO FOR BUSINESS! WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES BACK HERE AGAIN!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
