I've had 3 repairs done here. Keep coming back because of the quality work and fair prices. One thing that stands out has always been their excellent paint application. They prepare properly and in every case my car came out looking like it came from the factory.

They did a great job on my wife s Mustang. Car was pretty rough they you explained the various options and how to keep costs down while still vastly improving the car. They were honest and set expectations based on the services purchased. Overall it s a great value, you get a great improvement in the vehicle for a cost that is less than 1/2 other body shops. People there are great too Mark and Sterling and the entire team are easy to work with. Will add photos soon but my wife loves her new mustangServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We happened to have several vehicles that needed damage fixed. I took one vehicle to 5 different companies and had estimates done. Maaco's estimate was $840.00 CHEAPER than the lowest estimate I received. We've now sent at least 4 vehicles in for plenty of work. The car I drive was returned as good as new after hitting and running over a deer.The gentleman up front (Sterling) was outstanding with the explanation about things. Great customer service, young man!They've just finished our last vehicle. All were completed in a reasonable time frame.Thank you Maaco! Now our company Fleet looks as good as new after y'all took care of us.

UPDATE:Giving a 5 star review now. There was a small part of my door i was unhappy with. Mark made it right at no extra cost. They redid my door and the finish/blend turned out even better than the 1st time. Great service overall by both Mark and Sterling and i will for sure be back if i need anymore paint chips or scratches refinished.Original review:Took my truck in for a paint chip repair on passenger rear door. Finish came out good, however, they neglected to clean my truck off to where I can t give them a solid review. There was plastic/glue like residue everywhere on my truck from my windows to other doors even the top of my moon roof. A little annoying and I spent over an hour scraping glue/plastic off my truck with a credit card since I got it back. Again, the paint chip I took it in for turned out great. More so disappointed they left the plastic glue material all over everything for me to deal with.Service: Painting

Haven't been In a long time, I disappointed in the service not the work. It was too replace my window, it had to come from the dealer I'm guessing but instead of a day out took 3 days. Not a lot of communication from them to me, then they neglected to apply the touch-up paint I requested. He didn't charge for it and I know things happen. I just wish they communicated more, it was my only car and I do have to work. So things were hard without it, luckily my daughter works from home.

Came back looking like a new car great service great new manager he is a man of his word. I love that in a business!! Update I went back again and I received a discount and another great job fixing my fender. Thank you again; it's a pleasure seeing this manager work his magic and congrats on the new baby you are a great man

Took my 2018 Silverado in to have some body work done on a Friday afternoon. The work was quoted very competitively within 15 minutes of arriving. At the time they were booking a week out, so I scheduled the work for the Monday after next. Fastforward a week, I drop my truck off Monday morning. They said they would need my truck for approximately 4 days to complete the work. I get a call 2 days later saying it is ready for pickup. With it being a black truck I expected to see remnants of the previous damage, but the work was flawless and the truck was as good as new again. In addition to the exceptional quality and quick lead time, the work carried a lifetime warranty. All in all my experience was as good as one could hope for, and I'd happily recommend this company to anyone I know.

I needed my right side door and fender fixed after someone backed into my car. I called Maaco, and was told to "come on in." I first met with Mark. He was friendly, but straight forward regarding price and the work that needed to be done. I appreciated that, no need to waste time. I knew I wanted Maaco to repair my car, however I continued to "shop" around for other quotes. After further research I contacted Maaco to schedule an appointment. Stephanie was able to get me in that same day. Other places weren't going to have openings until after the beginning of 2022. As I was filling out my paperwork Mark remembered meeting me (it had been a couple of weeks). He went over everything we had discussed prior, everything was the same. Not only did he remember me, but he didn't try to increase the price, or add any extras, I was impressed. After a couple of days my insurance hadn't done their part. I needed to pick my car up. This time I spoke with Sterling. He understood I needed to get things done. He told me he would call as soon as he heard from my insurance company. Within a day or so Sterling contacted me. I was able to drop my car off for service on Monday morning. Mark let me know things would take about four days. On the fourth day my car was being painted. I was concerned I wouldn't have my car until after the new year. Sterling let me know he would come in so I wouldn't be without my car. So on New Year's Eve I was able to pick up my car. When Martin pulled my car around I was amazed! It really looked better than the day I got it from the dealership. Martin even had the car nice and warm for my daughter and me. Based on professionalism, customer service, value, timing, and just great work I highly recommend Maaco!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not recommend them. Their price was way too high. Needless to say I didn't have my Jeep repaired there.

They painted a brand new Mustang hood for me and there was a lot of dirt in the paint which is a shame because the color match is perfect and the "clean" portions of the hood look very nice. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars because in daylight only a couple of the dirt spots are noticeable. In a garage, in artificial light it looks much worse. Maaco did respond and asked that I "reach out" to them but I will not pursue it further as it's not that bad. I think the painter was quite good but maybe it was done outside of a paint booth.Service: Painting

I want to thank Mark for providing exceptional service at such a reasonable rate. My Lexus SUV was damaged in an accident though minor and the repair estimates at all the body shops were astronomical. I had decided to live with the ding when I came across Mark at this Maaco who proved to be so sincere and took care of my car as his own. My car looks brand new again. The paint color matches my original color so well. ( that was my initial concern when I dropped off the car).Thank you again Mark for your exceptional service. I got the best paint job they offer but the paint is chipping and breaking off in spots already after one year.Update: I called them and they said they will fix it no charge but I don't feel confident it will last but maybe another year.

Service went above and beyondDerek orchestrated the best service ever. The rust repair appears to be completely done. Excellent work on my car. I called several times asking many questions had many concerns regarding my repairs to my vehicle. They needed another part, and price went from $3100 to $4700. This was never communicated to me until I went to pick it up, 3 weeks later than promised. Sterling found about $300 worth of discounts, but truck still was not fully ready and I had to wait another 1.5 hours. I have taken numerous vehicles to this location, and this was by far the most expensive and worst experience I have had. I am still displeased with the way the one fender flare is not affixed to the body well at all...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an overall great experience here. Needed my new front bumper repainted and the nice respectable lady Courtney helped me out. Got me a great low estimate for painting my replacement and a time table and all. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5 stars is that it was hard to get a hold of someone by phone on one of the days after it was finished. They very well could have been either busy or closed and the paint came out very well so overall, id give them a 4.5

My wife and I brought her vehicle in to have the side and rear bumper fixed and repainted. Honestly I was uncertain because I had never worked with a Maaco before, due to their past reputation for low quality work. Boy was I wrong!!! Mark took such great care of us, gave us a tour of the shop, and exceeded our highest expectations for quality body and paint work. Consider me converted, as I won t be going anywhere but this Maaco from now on for all of my auto body repair needs. Thanks to Mark and his awesome crew!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am writing on behalf of my 80 yr old auntie. She had her 2006 Toyota Camry painted and these guys did a wonderful job. The customer service is excellent and courteous. I warned Mark that she would literally use a magnifying glass to inspect their work. This Maaco facility passed the "white glove" treatment. You will be pleased with their service.Service: Painting

I had a very good experience. I worked with Aaron and he was friendly and helpful in explaining what to expect from the different paint options and warranties. I went from a pretty beat up, raggedy white car, that was truly embarrassing to drive, and had the color changed to black and a few dents fixed. The finished car looks fantastic, and the the price was very fair. I would return. It looks better then I expected- I'm very happy with the experience.

Stopped in for an estimate. The shop was super busy with people dropping off and picking up their cars. They acknowledged me and finished with their other customers. I was able to get a fair and accurate estimate for the work I wanted done. I will definitely be back to schedule in the work. Awesome customer service and everyone in front of me picking up their vehicles loved it!!

Great experience overall. Mark is a really nice dude, makes you feel really taken care of and produces an amazing paint job. A lot of their employees are car guys and are into the car scene, so these guys will take great care of your car and the job they are doing

FAAANTASTIC job and service. Maaco took my 2006 Hawaiian raised Hyundai Tiburon, stripped off the damaged black paint and re-painted the car a yellow OEM color of the era. They left hardly any signs that she was repainted. Of course you can find signs of it and can nitpick it if you have false expectations and are an unreasonable person.But don t do that. The manager and team desire to do a great job. If there are issues, they will work to make it right. I had a few pieces of hardware that the ovens finished off (remember, mine baked for over a decade in a hot, hot Hawaiian sun). I bought new replacement parts and they installed them when the parts came inAnd I do have one minor issue pending that we decided to wait to address until summer when the paint has settled better.I couldn t have come close to getting this kind of quality anywhere else for the price. I am even thinking about getting my other vehicles touched up after this experience with Maaco of Pontiac.Highly recommend Mark and his team over there on Dixie Hwy near Telegraph.
