EXCEPTIONAL. their craftsmanship is meticulous. Their work is beautiful. I can t say enough about how wonderful Service Glass is. I used another place for our lower level bathroom but our contractor uses them. I was fine with that. But after seeing their work Ans their customer service, I m blown away at how fabulous they are! Scott is the nicest guy. He s cordial, timely and doesn t leave a huge mess for you to clean up. DON T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

A golf ball broke my bathroom window and Service Glass was quick to replace it. Additionally, their customer service is fantastic!! The Golf Center was going to reimburse me, but was giving me the runaround with my receipts. Deborah was very helpful with providing my receipts and Howard took it upon himself to call the Golf Center and clear it all up for me so I could get my reimbursement in full. Thank you so much!!

I've never used or been to this business previously. They were recommended by a local hardware store. I was looking to replace part of a frame my husband threw out for a 75+ year old window. They were super helpful and friendly. 3rd generation running this business. Owner was great and employees inside were great.

New edit to my rating and minus one star to four. Whether intentionally or lack of attention to detail two screens that I ordered were not made and that obviously changes the overall price with two less items and frustrated that I have to go through the process again just for two screens.Needed two windows repaired, two screens made and the rest of the screens repairedI can say that you need to be on top of the whole process. I followed up to find out when they d come out to the house. Didn t expect them to say a week. But because it was local they arranged to come out the next day. Then I followed up to see when they were replacing the windows and they said the windows were coming in Friday. Called again Monday to see when they were installing and they said Wednesday but called Tuesday to have them installed.If you agree to proceed expect to pay half upfront. I paid all in full. Being that I understand how things can go with small jobs I was constantly calling within reasonable time. It seems they do repairs but their bread and butter is bigger commercial jobs. I could be wrong. Either wayI was impressed with the final product and the clean up was great. Better than I expected.

I remember Service Glass from 1980's so when I needed a windshield replaced they were my first call. Turns out...my only call. Price was so good I had them repeat it. Twice. No extra add-ons or other reasons to increase the price. It was done quickly and as you can tell, I would recommend them again.

Superrrr fast and friendly service! Called in to request a quote and someone came out to appraise the damage within the hour. The price was right and they installed our new window immediately. Start to finish the whole thing was completed in about two hours.I will come here for all of my glass needs in the future! I was very impressed with Service Glass Co. Inc.!

We used them for a bathroom renovation for shower glass euro style. Very careful and considerate. Price was excellent. Any other renovation, we will call them.

Stopped in to ask a quick question about a stone chip in my windshield and walked out with a perfect repair, at a reasonable cash price. This was a very good experience and I am going to reccomend this place EVERYONE!

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely no communication with me. Charged for work that was not completed. Work looks like an amatuer did it. Still waiting to get things rectified. Never cleaned up the mess they left behind. Zero stars is not an option or it would have been selected.
