This is a good O'Reilly location. Not just a very clean store, organized, friendly... but my friend and I were driving in the area had a wiper blade fly off in the rain that a dealership was paid for!Stop here, staff comes immediately out, neither of us have to do a thing - they installed the new one, and now almost 2 weeks later it is still attached.Won me over.

My Girlfriends sisters van broke down on hwy 2 hours from home. Her insurance company roadside assistance towed vehicle to O'Reilly so I could meet her there to change alternator in parking lot. We bought alternator and tools to change it. The gentlemen was so helpful. And even checked on us. And offered his personal tools if I need them. They made a bad day better. The gentlemen was awesome good dude forsure. O'Reilly should be proud of that guy.

Everytime I've needed this stores help, they've always been quite knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite always being busy, they do their best to help me out. Excellent staff. Usually find a solution. Keep up the good work!

I stopped in to by a bulb for my taillight that was out. I was in and out in just a few minutes and the associate even assisted me in replacing the burnt out bulb. Great staff!! I always go to O'Reilly Auto Parts first because they have the best customer service!

Absolutely unprofessional and lack of customer service. Parts and junk littering the parking lot.How about putting a sign up telling customers your used oil tank is full? People walking in with full containers and patiently waiting so the douche in charge can tell them, oh our tank is full .

I go to this place often because they are very helpful and have reasonable prices. Nice and knowledgeable staff. They will help you find the right part and even help you install it. It's like having your own private car parts tutor. After thinking about my review I raised it to a 5.

Experienced HORRIBLE customer service on 1/9/22 at around 3:40pm. Not only did the middle/late aged, partially bald man who wears glasses intervene in my husband and I conversation and told me to take a chill pill and laughed as if it was justified and funny; he did not do his one and only job at assisting us with our needs professionally. I will be returning for his name for his comments were rude and disrespectful will be writing a letter to corporate. I hope this isn't the direction of customer service that this location is aiming towards. We are just Very disappointed because this was (past tense) our go-to auto store.

My starter went bad and I thought it was going to cost me another 160$. Chris informed me my part was still under warranty. After I already purchased a battery that i didn t need from somewhere else it helped to not have to spend more.

Trying to buy oil for an oil change, was told my car took 10w-30, when I got home I saw my cap read 5W-30. I went to head back to the store to exchange my oil for the correct and the employee put up a fight, stating it didn t matter . I did receive my exchange after nearly 10 minutes of bickering.

I went there to get a battery and they inspected. Told me what I had figured it wouldn't last the winter, I bought a new one and they installed it no charge. Everyone there were nice and friendly and knew what they were talking about. Go get what you need.

We went on for a variety of little stuff and the staff was very helpful. One seat belt accessory didn't work before we left the parking lot and we got a no hassle refund in under a minute.Fair prices also!

Came here after I went to AutoZone and they sold me the wrong power steering line and then the guy at AutoZone wouldn't even look it up to see why the line wasn't right , he just refunded my money , so I came down here got the right line right away and it was $15 cheaper , I won't be using AutoZone no more I'll be coming here

Luis checked and changed my battery in about 15 minutes on a busy Friday evening. Very helpful and courteous. I don't want to say I'll be back often because that implies my car is a POS, but I'll be back if I need anything.

The team members working on 11.28.2021 at the Pontiac, MI location were extremely helpful to me.My early morning daily commute on I-75 requires compliance with vehicle safety protocol. The left hand signal & brake lights were inoperable. The O'Reilly team members helped to ensure that prior to my Monday morning commute, 11.29.2021, my vehicle brake lights & left hand turn signal were operating. The team members helped & supported me to ensure all brake lights, signals were operational.So, tomorrow (11.29.2021) I will commute safely.Thank you O'Reilly's for your support. O'Reilly's has earning my business as a loyal customer. 5 stars!

Engine light of my car turned on and they connected their device to the car and explained the main reason of the alarm for free. They couldn't solve it but the problem was not serious. Helpful staff and free of charge service.

They do have a lot of the parts you may need. The reason I try not to go here is because of their return policies. If you buy the wrong part, odds are you won't be able to take it back

Watch out for this store, the new manager (white lady or mexican lady) if you bought some tool she will not allow for return if you open the box regardless. According to O'reilly return policy you have 30 day return with the original receipt. She make her own return policy. I went this store very often I seen new people all the time. That tell me that a bad decision manager make people quit their job or got fire for a no reason. I will not go to that store any more unless they have a new manager.

DO NOT TRUST!!!! Anita installed a battery in our car under their posted "Free installation", and HACKED the install. Almost destroyed the connectors and cables fumbling around, smashed the cover back on the new battery crooked so the terminals weren't making proper connection, then STOLE OUR CORE DEPOSIT!!! Her only concern was getting the old battery back in the store while she was TRYING to install the new one, then I saw on the receipt that she pocketed our core charge for that! THIEVES!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!

Staff is horrible and moody . Store gives pff a morbid feeling as soon as you enter it. Staff does not live up to O'Reilly culture. No wonder its one of the least busy O'Reillys go to the one on Dixie hwy or Elizabeth lake road if you want a good experience

I was standing in line with three decal stickers. Rick an associate never made eye contact or even said anything to us but walked up to another customer and helped them. Will never go to this O'rielly again. Horrible experience!!
