These guys are very knowledgeable about cars, including Mercedes Benz & other high end cars. However they don't do technical diagnostic scanning as these diagnostics are done @ dealership. After the mechanical work is done, you can take your car to the dealership to have it tuned for a simple fee, after the major work is done by these guys (that's what I do), this could save you thousands for your high end cars. They're very HONEST, as if parts don't need to be changed they will let you know, or if the part can be repaired for a cheaper price than purchasing a new one. I highly recommend these master mechanics both father & son. Their prices are shockingly low. They don't advertise, they're by word of mouth. PS. They also work on car electrical problems.

We at Papuga Transportation don't trust anyone else but Rich with our fleet. He is reliable, honest, and hands down a phenomenal mechanic all around. Reviews don;'t match quality of service. Definitely recommend coming to see Rich and his team.
