My car was tied up for 3 weeks. Maintenance and paint. The car was sent back to me due to his employee having a minor eye issue. I was never contacted when to bring it back to have the car completed. After paying $3000.00, yes, $3000.00 I took my car back to the dealer and they calmed me down and made it right. I trusted that place, made a valuable mistake and lesson learnedService: General repairs & maintenance

This place told my mother in law she needed a computer for $2,500.00She took it to a reputable service and paid $400 for what the problem really wasAnd it wasn't a computer!

Mark, Has taken excellent care of my entire families cars over the years andhis work ethic, prices, work men ship have been nothing, but FIVE STARS!!I work at a local luxury dealership, but he takes great care of Family.Thanks again Mark. Will see you Saturday morning.

Prices are much lower than dealerships (less than half what a dealership would charge for a starter replacement). They also let you know if you have the option to use refurbished parts and give the prices for both options. Work is just as good if not better than the dealerships.

Tire went flat across the street and I walked with my spare in hand to see if they could simply put air in it. The boss walked up and told me it would be a few hours and said I should go down the street to the tire shop. I m just going to guess that this place isn t too fond of black people. The boss never looked me in the eye and had no intentions on helping me.

I use Marx for our business vehicles and my personal vehicles. Great honest work and friendly staff. Mark is very friendly and treats the customers right. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

nope not interested in having you buy a part for 75 dollars I can get for 10 dollars at any of the auto stores. if you don't want to warranty it for install that's fine, but dont tell me I have to buy the same thing at 1000% markup. Plenty other shops out there...

I spent 1150 and nothing got fixed. I literally had to take my car up there 3 times and it still was driving the same way it was before I asked them to fix it. THE WORST AUTOSHOP I EVER BEEN TO.. Hands Down

I tried them because they have given my sister good service. They fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and use them again

Took my truck to the shop down the street they said nothing was wrong with it but the check engine light was on brought it to marx fixed it right up few months later now I'm paying 150 for a diagnostic at the dealer ship to find out the work this shister did has gone bad he put an after market catalytic converter on my car and it's gone bad I'm taking my complaint to the state who knows what others damage he's done I spent 3500 with him and now I have the same issue as when I startedService: General repairs & maintenance

Worst place to take your vehicle. They will just try to rip you off. Never ever trust them. The old guy at reception doesn t know how to talk to customer.Try to be away from this place.
