They were great- helped me figure out my issues with my 2006 Toyota 4runner. Very honest about what they can do, and how they can help/what the prices are. Also gave great recommendations to other places for work they cannot complete. I would refer anyone to them with transmission issues

Tom was an a- hole offered no help with us,told US while I'm on the phone I'm not making money.offered no warranty.felt like he had no time or help. Went to Wayne's transmission,saved us money plus a warranty.

I pulled my manual transmission 3 speed it was jumping out of gear .They rebuilt it I reinstalled it and same issue . Took to other trans shop they fixed it. Showing me first gear was never replaced .Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Anything transmission related is frightening. I m a trades guy that had a worsening transmission leak that my mechanic couldn t fix. I went to this place & the owner personally explained the issue. His diagnosis was correct. I had my E-250 back a couple days later. $260 out the door. Phew! It s a family business. Honest guy. 100% satisfied.I waited a few weeks before writing this. Tom and the team at Fraleys Transmission are an honest and dependable bunch! I have been using them for the last 15 years for all my transmission repairs from racing applications to personal use.. If you want your trans done right the 1st time use Fraleys! They are 2nd to none!

My Crown Vic interceptor lost overdrive. Minor inconvenience, until I found myself fueling up every three days or needing to hit an expressway. I asked two trusted people who build cars and don't know each other, who will do the right thing!? Both, without missing a beat said Fraleys. This review is long overdue! Our transmission in our 2008 Yukon XL gave out on Christmas day. We got an estimate from a "big business" repair shop" that was not in our budget. After sitting on it for a month I found Fraleys! They are upfront, honest, reasonably priced and they know their stuff! We highly recommend their services.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This is a topshelf 5 star Transmission repair & replacement shop. All the mechanics are state certified & highly experienced. They only do the work that is necessary and will never overcharge you. If you want the Best go to Fraley's in Pontiac, for all your Transmission needs. They will not let you drive away unsatisfied. They're professional, prepared & courteous, with the customer the #1 priority!

I have been here 3 times with 2 different vehicles, twice were emergency situations. This is the place to take any truck with transmission issues. Everyone I have talked to knows exactly what they are talking about, including Sherry, who is awesome! They had my Yukon in and out in a day and a half! And I love that nobody has on dress clothes! Nobody is afraid to get dirty at Fraley's! 12/10 recommend

Don t get me wrong, this is a good place to go to and they are good at their job but recently taking a truck and getting it fixed with the diff. We looked under the truck and noticed a part I specifically remember purchasing brand new was switched out and replaced with an older, used piece. We will still go to them for further work but just be careful with the small things they do.

Recommended to Farley s through a friend. Took the car in and they were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Took care of our transmission in just 4 days and invited us to see the old one and exactly what went wrong. We are very grateful the great customer service! Thank you!!!!

The girl at the front desk was so nice and informative. They fit my car in and kept in constant communication with me. And they were honest enough to lower the price when it wasnt as bad as first thought. So appreciative of them.

Took my 2010 gmc yukon in. Thought it was the tcm. In the end the transmission blew. The owner was super knowledgeable and took time out of his day to explain to me exactly what was wrong. They rebuilt my transmission and noticed a slight lag in reverse. Instead of just sending me my car they called me pulled it back in and re fixed it. Super happy with the price and the honesty with this company. In the future I will be going back to them if I have any transmission problems. I highly recommend this placeService: Transmission

They work on my Father van and did a great job. So I tried them when I had problems with my car and did a great job both times. If I have any transmission issues I would definitely use them in the future.

They said they could not fix my transmission they recommend me to go to a Jeep dealership. I only had to have two parts, I know for sure one was a shift module, the other one was gear transfer case . They supposed to be a transmission place I can't give them any stars.

They came highly recommended by a trusted friend that closed his transmission business that I did business with for years, I just had them inspect a transmission that I removed for my truck and they honored the price that they quoted.

I have been going to frayleys transmissions for approximately 20 years and may have rebuilt transmissions for my 4 wheel drive truck and several of my sports cars I was always told that my sports cars were seasonal vehicles and that the time window on their receipt is not what they go by the mileage is what the warranty because the car is only driven on nicer days and only in summer And that the time window on their receipt is not what they go by the mileage is the important part of the Warranty because the car is only driven on nicer days end only in summer the last car I had a complete transrebuilt there had 13500 miles on it And it completely blew up under normal driving conditions I had it towed there and they said they would do nothing for me because it was done a few years ago even though I had only 13500 miles since complete rebuild they lost me as a Customer and a few of my friends and also their business vehicles I would never recommend them ever againService: Transmission

Having just moved to the area and having trouble with my transmission I was referred to Fraleys transmission. I called them and was told to bring it in. They were able to diagnose a sensor problem, change the sensor and have me on my way in a half hour. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them for any transmission problems.

I took my srt8 Jeep here for a transmission leak 4 times and it s still leaking like if it was never touched they said the same thing everytime I picked it up. Good customer service they didn t charge me for the other 3 times but will definitely be finding a different place
