Been here many times.. BUT Today they really impressed me. Brought in two trucks, one for brakes, rotor, and a caliper, and one for a water pump. I dropped them off at 9:30am and they were both done a few hours later. They helped me get financed for the work and the best part, the total cost was less than what 2 dealerships priced out for just the pump with a 2-3 week wait time. These guys are simply the best! Hands down.

I was in and out within 30 minutes. Super kind and friendly. They gave me a giant cup of some amazing cinnamon hot chocolate while I waited. Honestly, I'd come back just for that hot chocolate, but they were SO FAST and the service was GREAT!

I recently moved and decided to try this place because I really needed some stuff done and this place had a ton of reviews. I needed my brakes, a tail light and an oil change. I talked to Johnny on the phone to make an appointment and he was so nice and assured me that the price wasn t going to be too bad. He threw around some numbers but I know nothing is final until they see the car. I wish I had dealt with him the whole time because that s not the service that I got coming in. The interaction was awkward when I told a different guy at the front what I needed done and he tried to automatically charge me more. I told him I don t need/want my rotors done and the price went back down to what I originally was told. Not 10 minutes later, I got a call to tell me my rotors needed to be done. I told them again that I couldn t afford it and just do what we originally discussed. He quoted me $450 out the door, including tax and whatever service fee they charge. Ooof but like, okay whatever I need it done. Tell me why I got charged over $470 when I finally came to pick my car up??? For brakes, a brake light, and an oil change? And what happened to out the door $450? I mean, it s only $20 but also, that s at least two meals right there. I dunno man, the whole thing doesn t feel right. Positives: Johnny was great, got my car back really quick (dropped it off at 8, got it at 12:30), and so far my car is drivable. Negatives: inconsistent service and prices higher than I ve personally seen/upcharging

I been here a few times, got good service, but this time around I m not returning. I spent almost 800 dollars for front end repairs, two months later the front end is doing the same thing I took it in for . Now I have to take it s somewhere else and try to get this fixed . I have a family and money is tight. So disappointing!!

Hands down the best place around. Randomly stopped in a few years back and patched a tire for me right on the spot. (Picked up a nail by the shop) Needed new tires this year, stopped in Belle Tire after work to see if any deals going on told them what I was looking for on my truck. They didnt seem to listen or even care what I was saying to them and gave me one option of a very expensive tire not all terrain at all. Firgured I'd get with E&J and see what they had, super nice, friendly and clean shop. Told them what type all terrain tire I looking for and they showed me a bunch of options. All good pricing too! I used to get my tires here alot they used to serve me well no problems. However i got my tires done and they done they scratched my rims. I talked to owner, he just told me it was machines fault, and best he could do is polish it. I was disappointed. I would not recommend to get service here if you don't want your nice rims to get scratched

A couple of weeks ago, I had an emergency where I needed a new tire to replace my spare. It was after closing time but I drove by the shop anyway. Luckily, the guys were still there. I told them about my issue and they were able to get me a new tire and install it for me even though it was well after closing time. They didn't have to do it but I totally appreciate them for taking care of me. Great customer service!!

Guy didn t do my wheel alignment because I told him he didn t balance my tires even though I paid for full tire service. Paid close to $350 for them to swap and balance all 4 tires maybe accept your mistake and fix it instead of getting mad at the customer for something you forgot.

This is a honest business. They fix your car in a timely manner. It's affordable . The prices for repairs are good.I have been coming here for 6 years. Excellent servicetheses gentlemen held off on a holiday weekend (4th july) waiting for us to come on with a flat tire when they could have just left and went home on time. They're a friendly and intensive as if we was the first customers of the day Great guys

Love them! Boyfriend and I come here for all tire needs. Last year I had to go in to have 2 tired plugged. They were fast and efficient! Just had to go again thinking I just needed a plug because there was a screw. I had to wait a few minutes and found 2 more in my tire. They agreed I needed a new tire, grabbed one in good condition and gave me a discount on it. Guys are always so nice and quick!

Super fairly priced. I purchased 4 used, and in great condition tires for $300. Also they pointed out that discount tire had put 3 different sized tires on my car.

My experience here was for a flat tire repair and it was awesome! I got in and out in no time. For tire repairs they have an express service where you can just pull in and they will get on it right away. I was driving on I-75 heading up north when the low tire pressure warning came up, I goggle tire repair near me and after calling a couple of places the guys of EJ were the only ones who where like "just come up and we will repair it"... no appointments needed, no long wait times, super flexible, no false pressure to replace the whole tire...I was defintely impressed and definitely will be coming back when is time to get new tires.

I came in to have the brakes and rotors replaced on my 1999 Yukon. I love my old SUV and the people at EJ's really took great care of her. She's rusty underneath. But, with some welding and TLC, I was out the door a very happy and satisfied customer. They were able to get me in right away. The cost was extremely reasonable. I waited while the repairs were done. It's very nice and clean inside. Everyone was courteous and respectful. I have no problem referring friends and I will definitely be back.Service: Brakes

I had an awesome experience here. I needed new (used) tires and called to inquire. They told me that they only had new tires in stock. Within 10 minutes I got a call from them that they DID have my tires in stock. I get there, was told to drive around and I had someone there waiting for me to put on my tires. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with new (used) tires on. I would rate them a 10 if I was allowed to on here. Thank you!!

Timely and honest!I had a check engine light come on, go off, come on, go off they diagnosed and repaired the problem. They explained to me the situation I also had them do a couple of extra things. Quoted me a price and stayed with it (cheaper than I had expected). I have purchased New tires and brakes done and something else I forgot.I highly recommend these folks!Service: Engine repair

The customer service I received from EJ Tires was phenomenal! I came in because my car was leaking fuel and they took my car in right away to identify the issue. This was (fortunately) my first time at a repair shop and they were very helpful. Once they identified the issue, they brought me to the bay to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. They were upfront and realistic about the cost and timing of the repair, but amazingly ended up fixing it the SAME DAY. I was blown away and extremely grateful for their help. These guys have had to deal with working on my car several times over the past couple of years. So far they have done a really great job every time. They are fast, efficient and thorough. The shop owner is super friendly and always willing to help! He's a Christian and the atmosphere is so welcoming there. His mechanics take their time to explain the service and break down what to expect.
