Crash Champions were outstanding. They were recommended by my dealership as an Approved Porsche Collision Shop. They were professional and informative the entire process. My Porsche was returned a head of schedule and in outstanding condition! It looked like the day I purchased it! I was concerned about matching the paint, but they were perfect! The technician assigned to my car was very experienced and knowledgeable, as he continually informed me of the progress. Five Stars!

I was referred to Crash Champions in Pontiac by my dealership. From the first phone call (thank you Stacie!) to the visit at the location, they were so helpful! The hinge on my drivers side door was loud and cranky. The dealership told me that the hinge would need to be replaced. Ugh! Matt looked at the issue, decided to try tightening the bolt on the hinge--it WORKED! Thank you very much for sparing me the time and trouble of getting the hinge replaced before trying an alternative. I am grateful for trying the alternative solution first. Highly recommend!

Brian, the manager of crash champions, is the first person I call with all body shop issues. He s trustworthy, respectful, efficient, and provides bespoke, high-end service. Your car will look like new after he s done with it. Also any work is guaranteed. Five stars.

To make original estimate on your vehicle should be done without any type of validation seem to have legal contractional agreement. for some reason this company refuses to do so. The first interaction after having a car brought in I was told I must sign this five page contract before it was reviewed and I estimate could be put on my car to be put in a position or anything could be happening any numbers could come across and my signature on paper with them in control would be a benefit for them to use there power against this, I'll use the vast majority of garages and venture off to them from here on out

As I was wiping down my Audi after a car wash I found damage to the door trim. I sought a certified Audi body shop and found Service King. Within minutes of sending them an email and photos of the damage, Mike called me. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor but asked me to stop by first as he thought he had a quick fix for the scratches. When I asked him about a charge to pass along to the car wash, he said if he could remove the scratches the service would be complimentary. Needless to say, I'm a believer in Service King. This is the most professionally run business I've dealt with in a long time. I would recommend them without hesitation whether your collision damage is on a Beetle or a Bentley.

If you're looking for a great place to service your vehicle if it's been in a collision, or if you have rust, damage or paint work, they are second to none. They are a Customer Service and Quality focused company that puts the customer ahead of everything else. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. 110% satisfied with my repairs, and they returned my car perfectly cleaned and detailed. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Service King Collision & Repair! I am a customer for life! JJ

My mirror got broken in a hit and run. I asked Brian about fixing it and he was happy to make it happen immediately. I dropped my truck off and had it later that day. Collin did a great job. terrible follow-up at the pontiac-south location. i've used this location several times and it was fine, but i just brought my BMW in for an estimate and for the life of me cannot get anyone to call me back or email a reply so that i can schedule a time to drop off my vehicle.i guess they dont want my money -- i'll try someplace else.

This was the only Porsche recommended body repair service place that State Farm deals with in my area. I had a badly damaged rear bumper on my Cayenne S and Service King did an AMAZING job of replacing and repainting it. Looks brand new. Very happy. I've already recommended this location to other people. And they have an easy rental car pick up/drop off can't beat it.

My experience here started off rocky. I kept getting different dates as far as when my car will be available back to me. After more than a month and still no car, I started to get frustrated because my rental was covered for a month by insurance and anything past that point would come out of my pocket. I spoke to Brian, the manager and explained my frustration, he kept calm and addressed my concerns. He even took care of the remainder rental fees. He was very reassuring and knew exactly what to say to diffuse the situation. Thank you Brian.

I own a beautiful modded 2014 Mustang GT. This fall a deer tried to ride shotgun with me while I was going about 60 mph. It damaged my door and quarter panel. I was devastated seeing the damage to my brand new car. So I contacted my old friend Wes Revers body shop manager of Autometric Collision of Pontiac. After showing him the damage he explained very clearly to me the process they would have to take to fix the damage. He also sent me progress pictures of my vehicle showing every step of the process. After seeing the finished product I was amazed to see the damage was erased. My brand new car looks brand new again! Show car quality! Thank you Wes for the excellent work your guys performed on my vehicle!

I highly recommend Colin Toth at Service King, Pontiac. He provided us with exceptional customer service and went the extra mile to ensure that our vehicle was properly repaired when the insurance company and Suburban Chevy of Troy turned their backs on us, suggested that we accept our vehicle in a substandard condition. Had it not been for our tenacity and Colin' s advocacy, we wouldn't have had any remaining options. Like everyone I also was impressed with the google reviews. My Toyota Camry's trunk was jammed and they had to take out the back seats and open the trunk. Initially they said it would cost me around $70. I said ok as when I approached a Toyota dealer, the dealer said it will be $125. I thought it would be cheaper here.While they repaired it they told that they had to open the lock and it would cost little extra. I said ok as I had no option. At the end I was billed nearly $200(little extra). $70 and $200 is a lot different.This process took one hour. When I looked at the break down of charges I see that I was charged for 3.8 hrs.I am very disappointed and felt cheated. Since service king took over this shop, service has gone to hell. No call backs after making an apt. with a central call center somewhere in the deep south. Calls to management were not returned either. Took 2 months to get an appointment just for an initial assessment. So, took my European sports car across the street to Auto Mark. Better than the dead corps of Autometrics. Stay away from Service King.

I have taken both my Land Rover and Audi A8 for accident or paint work to this shop. This is the only facility in the area that should be touching high end cars. Fantastic service and very high quality work.

I was involved in a collision that ended up costing $8k. I have USAA and looked at other Direct Repair Shops. I decided to call my Dad (who works for a large insurance company.) I asked were HE would take his car? "My car? AutoMetric is Southfield."They did an outstanding job, in appropriate time and kept me in the loop the whole way.If I ever need work done.... I WILL be going back to AutoMetric!

Mike did an excellent job scheduling my repair and keeping me informed. Discovered a minor issue after I picked up the car but they corrected it immediately as soon as I brought the car back.

Labor at $88/ hr and liberty mutual only pays out $50/hr. Not sure it's worth me paying out of my pocket for damage that's not my fault. Their labor is highest in SE Michigan

Had a 2008 smart ForTwo single car accident. Nick and the team at Autometric Collision Pontiac did a superb job reparing the smart ForTwo. Really happy with the fit and finish along with the mechanical work done.

Took them about 2 and a half months to complete in 2018. Rear bumper. I took the rest to a small mom and pop. They got it done in a week.

Had my 2014 BMW 228i repaired here that had a branch fall onto the trunk during a windstorm, you can't even tell it ever happened. Also had a small dent in the passenger door (probably from a parking lot cart accident) repaired and you also can't tell it was ever there.

Refused to replace aluminum parts that were damaged in an accident so as to Bill the insurance company for more hours of labor. I now have misaligned headlights. Thanks.
