Update: Communicated with representative and everything was explained and made right. I am retracting most of what was written. The staff were professional and courteous. I had a good experience and will visit again. Went here to get an oil change and nobody was here. Hours on door read 8am-6:30pm. I arrived at 8:45am. No answer at the door, message on telephone line. This seemed incredibly unprofessional but the manager reached out to me and explained that it was all due to in climate weather. I hope that they can make it to when you call the phone number there is an alert if something is preventing normal operations.

They were absolutely amazing! I'm not sure why it's called Big Ray's on here when it's actually called Jazz Oil Change. I paid 59$ for full and a filter! Bonus my husband was in n out in 10 mins! I'll definitely be back!

Went on and behond, they took care of me let the air pressure out of my radiator lines that another place left in and it was over heating. They even switched my lights and wipers .for a great price too . Now my car drives great .

DON'T GO HERE. SERIOUSLY....DO NOT GO HERE. DON'T. NO. DON'T.They told me on the phone that their rates start at $30 for an oil change, and I informed them that my tire pressure is low and asked if they could include it in for free, and they said "yes" (because that's what every other place does).They started doing a bunch of other stuff to my car and charged me $90. NINETY DOLLARS. I'm already struggling really bad financially and they charge me ninety dollars??I will NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR go back here and i live in Pontiac and will be telling my friends not to ever go here. Ever. Please don't give them your money.

Be aware of the hidden charges. Purchased a Groupon and ended up being charged extra $10 for oil filter and $4 for shop fee. Total cost $90 for full synthetic oil change.

Stumbled upon Big Rays by chance, so glad I did, and have been dedicated since- and tell all my friends to go to them too. Gracious, honest staff, excellent, fast service, fair prices. I won't go anywhere else.

These guys went to GREAT length to help an older woman when her transmission gave out in front of their business. They worked on her car for 10 minutes out in street as it would not shift out of park. After their work, we were able to push it into their lot while the lady waited for the tow truck.I can't speak for their core business, but they were very helpful on a Saturday afternoon for a stranger.

Went to get my oil change done and the guy that took care of me was Kevin and didn t even try to sell me stuff that I didn t need like the other guys at quick lubes do. Check all my fluids and also did a multi point inspection that places don t even do. This will be my new place to get my oil changes done and bringing my family cars here. Kevin thank you so much for all your help and not ripping me off. Honest people:)

Found out my motor needs to be replaced from damage done from Big Ray s oil change after mechanic discovered that my oil change was not properly done, Big Ray s oil change took no responsibility denied everything and said they are not going to repair what they damaged. I m completely out of a vehicle now and have to go through legal battles with this company who has inexperienced employees severely damaging people s cars. What a shame when you support your local business and they end up costing you hundreds $$$ of dollars for a $40 oil change. These guys are awesome! They are fast and very professional. They aren't pushy when it comes to the add on. Over all big rays cares about there quality. Will be returning for next oil change.

The next day after my oil change, my engine light came on and my car was starting really rough. I went to get it checked and the mechanic told me that there is oil on the ignition coil (he showed me). The guy that changed my oil spilled it into my spark plug area. This is now going to cost me a few hundred bucks. I went back to the oil change and they did not help me, they just turned their head. On top of all of this, I tried calling many of time and no answer, I was waiting outside to pull my car in, and they let people in before me that came after. This place is not trust worthy at all!

Had a great experience at Big Rays on Telegraph. Kevin had us in and out in 15 minutes while checking additional areas of concern. If you need your oil changed, this is the place to go!

This place is a ripoff. This new guy Kevin I believe??? Is a tool. I was a loyal customer until this week. I brought my fleet there to be serviced by Jim religiously. This new guy is using regular oil and claiming that it's synthetic. He's putting regular oil in Dexos only engines. He doesn't even have synthetic blend. You're getting regular oil no matter what you ask for. I'm currently contacting Oakland County about this place. Kevin is a crook. Thus place was great under Jim but this new guy is a crook.

This place is the best oil change in the pontiac area. Fast, efficient and trustworthy people. Kevin helped me out and was awesome ask for him when you go he is very knowledgeable and helpful with my car.

Did not listen to my concerns while I was almost 1,000 miles away from home. Charged me too much for antifreeze. I would have driven back home from Michigan to Mississippi without help if I hadn't stopped someplace else.

It's now called Jazz oil change. They do mechanical repairs and Amsoil fluid changes. Located at corner of Voorhies ( south of M59/ Huron st) and Telegraph.

Kevin has no clue what he's doing outside of draining your oil and refilling it. Any inspection is a joke considering that he doesn't even know how to change his own serpentine belt lol. All the knowledge left that shop 2 weeks ago when the former manager left 2 weeks ago. These new guys are terrible an uneducated. When I went in yesterday for an oil change and asked simple questions Kevin was fumbling his words and answering every question wrong. These jokers will ruin your car.

This is my spot for oil changes, and in the summer they would give out complementary passes for car washes. Haven't found any other place where I'd rather go!
